1 Nkashele Ongolobhe abhavyosezye pandwemo no Kristi, ganzajiamambo gamwauya gashele o Kristi akhala hukhono gwakwe ogwahushilome wa Ngolobhe.
If then you were raised together with Meshikha, seek the things that are above, where Meshikha is, seated on the right hand of God.
2 Sebhaji amambo gagali amwanya gashelesegaoegenzi.
Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth.
3 Afwatanaje mfwinye naolukhalo lwenyu gafisilwe pandwemo no Kristi hwa Ngolobhe.
For you died, and your life is hidden with Meshikha in God.
4 O wakati o Kristi naibhoneha, afwateje lukhalo lwenyu, shashesho namwe nantele mwaibhonehana no mwene hutuntumu.
When Meshikha, your life, is revealed, then you will also be revealed with him in glory.
5 Esho gafisi amambo gagalipansiyai omalaya, ochafu, azilishe shibhibhi, eniyaimbibhi, nanyonywe, eyo mputo oilenka.
Put to death, therefore, whatever is worldly in you: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
6 Afwataneje amambo ega ilyoyo elya Ngolobhe libhenza, whabhana bhashelesesebha whogopa.
Because of these, the wrath of God is coming on the children of disobedience.
7 Afwataneje amambo ega amwe nantele mwajendilehwego nna mwakhalaga hwabhene.
You also once walked in those, when you lived in them;
8 Eshi lazima mgefye amambo ega gonti yau. Ilyoyo, enkuni enia embibhi, indigo, nenongwa embibhi, gagafuma mwilomulyenyu.
but now you also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth.
9 Msakhopelane mwewhamwe afatane mwabhue ubhuntu wenyu owehale ne mbombo yakwe.
Do not lie to one another, seeing that you have put off the old self with its practices,
10 Mkwate ubhuntu opya, wahwubhombashipya nenjele afume no lengano whayola yabhomba.
and have put on the new self, who is being renewed in knowledge after the image of his Creator,
11 Hunjele ezi nomo Myunani, no Mmyuhadi atahiliwe nasinte tailiwe, obhazo nosagabhaza otumwa yasagali tumwa lelopesho oKristi yomambo gonti wagonti.
where there cannot be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave, freeman; but Meshikha is all, and in all.
12 Nkashele asalulwe bhangolobhe, abhoziwa naabhelwo vwano, hwikwattizi owhuntu owinza, epyana awhishe opole na ajimbe.
Put on therefore, as God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, gentleness, humility, and patience;
13 Ejelanaji mwemwehwamwe. Sajilanaji shilamuntu nowamwabho, nkashele umntu alamiha whawamwabho asajileshashila, nashi ogosi sabhhasajie amwe.
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as the Lord forgave you, so you also do.
14 Ega amambo gonti, mganane eshoshenyezyo shegolosi.
Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.
15 E amani eya Kristi ebhalongozye amoyo genyu. Ehalishe enashe olweteho eli huje mwakwiziwe hubelegumo mbhenolusalifo.
And let the peace of Meshikha rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
16 Izu elya Kristi likhale mhatiyenyu hubhutajiri. Neshinshi yontii fundizanyaji na ajehane mwemwe namwe nahwembe, enyembo, ne nyembo zya humwoyo e, mbaji salifiaji amogogenyu wha Ngolobhe.
Let the word of Meshikha dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your heart to God.
17 Hahonti hambhomba whizu olwe whitawailya Gosi O Yesu, peliensalifyo Ongolobhe oBaba ashilile whamwene.
Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Yeshua, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.
18 Mbhashe ihaji hwalumebhenyu, nashisasungwa Ogosi.
Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
19 Amwebhalume bhagani abhashe bhenyu msabhebhakhali whabhene.
Husbands, love your wives, and do not be bitter against them.
20 Wana bhogopaji apaji bhenyu humambogoti, eshosasungwa Ogosi.
Children, obey your parents in all things, for this pleases the Lord.
21 Mwababa mgaje whandizye abahna bhenyu. bhasahilamwe.
Fathers, do not provoke your children, so that they won't be discouraged.
22 Fasontelezi bhogopi agosi bhenyu hubele na mambo gonti, saga huhuduma eyimasonashiabhantu. Nashi abhantu bhasombezye wene nahumoyo uwelwoli mwogopaji Ongolobhe.
Servants, obey in all things those who are your masters according to the flesh, not just when they are looking, as people-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord.
23 Hahonti hambhomba bhombaji afume mioyo genyu nashi Ogosi nate hwabhantu.
And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for people,
24 Mmenyeaje mbhapate etunzo eyatabhale afumeusha Gosi yo Kristi Ogosi yamhuputa.
knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Meshikha.
25 Eshiwawhonti yabhomba gasheleseminza abhapate longwe hunjendo zya shelesenyinza gabhombele amnawhemele.
But he who does wrong will receive again for the wrong that he has done, and there is no partiality.
