Псалтирь 16
1 Песнь Давида. Храни меня, Боже, ибо я на Тебя уповаю.
[A Poem by David.] Preserve me, God, for in you do I take refuge.
2 Я сказал Господу: Ты - Господь мой; блага мои Тебе не нужны.
I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing."
3 К святым, которые на земле, и к дивным Твоим - к ним все желание мое.
As for the holy ones who are in the land, they are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.
4 Пусть умножаются скорби у тех, которые текут к богу чужому; я не возлию кровавых возлияний их и не помяну имен их устами моими.
Their sorrows will multiply who pay a dowry for another. Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, nor take their names on my lips.
5 Господь есть часть наследия моего и чаши моей. Ты держишь жребий мой.
The LORD is the portion of my inheritance and my cup. You made my lot secure.
6 Межи мои прошли по прекрасным местам, и наследие мое приятно для меня.
The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, beautiful is my inheritance.
7 Благословлю Господа, вразумившего меня; даже и ночью учит меня внутренность моя.
I will bless the LORD, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.
8 Всегда видел я пред собою Господа, ибо Он одесную меня; не поколеблюсь.
I have put the LORD before me at all times. Because he is at my right hand I will never be upended.
9 Оттого возрадовалось сердце мое и возвеселился язык мой; даже и плоть моя успокоится в уповании,
Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.
For you will not abandon my soul in Sheol, neither will you allow your Holy One to see decay. (Sheol h7585)
11 Ты укажешь мне путь жизни: полнота радостей пред лицем Твоим, блаженство в деснице Твоей вовек.
You make known to me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.
