Псалтирь 110

1 Псалом Давида. Сказал Господь Господу моему: седи одесную Меня, доколе положу врагов Твоих в подножие ног Твоих.

“A psalm of David.” Jehovah said to my lord, “Sit thou at my right hand, Until I make thy foes thy footstool.”

2 Жезл силы Твоей пошлет Господь с Сиона: господствуй среди врагов Твоих.

Jehovah will extend the sceptre of thy power from Zion: Rule thou in the midst of thine enemies!

3 В день силы Твоей народ Твой готов во благолепии святыни; из чрева прежде денницы подобно росе рождение Твое.

Thy people shall be ready, when thou musterest thy forces, in holy splendor; Thy youth shall come forth like dew from the womb of the morning.

4 Клялся Господь и не раскается: Ты священник вовек по чину Мелхиседека.

Jehovah hath sworn, and he will not repent: “Thou art a priest for ever, After the order of Melchisedeck!”

5 Господь одесную Тебя. Он в день гнева Своего поразит царей;

The Lord is at thy right hand, He shall crush kings in the day of his wrath.

6 совершит суд над народами, наполнит землю трупами, сокрушит голову в земле обширной.

He shall execute justice among the nations; He shall fill them with dead bodies, He shall crush the heads of his enemies over many lands.

7 Из потока на пути будет пить, и потому вознесет главу.

He shall drink of the brook in the way; Therefore shall he lift up his head.
