Псалтирь 10
1 Для чего, Господи, стоишь вдали, скрываешь Себя во время скорби?
Wherefore, O Yahweh, shouldst thou stand afar off? [Wherefore] hide thyself, in times of destitution?
2 По гордости своей нечестивый преследует бедного: да уловятся они ухищрениями, которые сами вымышляют.
In the pride of the lawless one, he hotly pursueth the poor, let them be caught in the plots which they have devised!
3 Ибо нечестивый хвалится похотью души своей; корыстолюбец ублажает себя.
For the lawless one hath boasted over the longing of his soul, and, the robber, hath blasphemed Yahweh.
4 В надмении своем нечестивый пренебрегает Господа: “не взыщет”; во всех помыслах его: “нет Бога!”
The lawless one, in the loftiness of his countenance, will not enquire, God is not in any of his plots:
5 Во всякое время пути его гибельны; суды Твои далеки для него; на всех врагов своих он смотрит с пренебрежением;
His ways are firm at all times, On high, are thy righteous regulations, out of his sight, As for all his adversaries, he puffeth at them:
6 говорит в сердце своем: “не поколеблюсь; в род и род не приключится мне зла”;
He hath said in his heart, I shall not be shaken, —From generation to generation, shall I be in no misfortune.
7 уста его полны проклятия, коварства и лжи; под языком - его мучение и пагуба;
With cursing, his mouth is full, and with deceptions and oppression, Under his tongue, are trouble and mischief:
8 сидит в засаде за двором, в потаенных местах убивает невинного; глаза его подсматривают за бедным;
He abideth in the lurking-place of villages, In the hiding-places, he murdereth the innocent, —His eyes, for the unfortunate, are on the watch:
9 подстерегает в потаенном месте, как лев в логовище; подстерегает в засаде, чтобы схватить бедного; хватает бедного, увлекая в сети свои;
He lieth in wait in a hiding-place, like a lion in his covert, He lieth in wait to catch the humbled, He catcheth the humbled, by drawing him into his net:
10 сгибается, прилегает, - и бедные падают в сильные когти его;
He croucheth, he lieth down, then falleth he with his strong claws upon the unfortunate.
11 говорит в сердце своем: “забыл Бог, закрыл лице Свое, не увидит никогда”.
He hath said in his heart, GOD hath forgotten, —He hath veiled his face, Oh he hath never seen!
12 Восстань, Господи, Боже мой, вознеси руку Твою, не забудь угнетенных.
Arise! Yahweh! O GOD! raise thy hand, —Do not forget the patient!
13 Зачем нечестивый пренебрегает Бога, говоря в сердце своем: “Ты не взыщешь”?
Wherefore hath the lawless one blasphemed God? He hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require [it]!
14 Ты видишь, ибо Ты взираешь на обиды и притеснения, чтобы воздать Твоею рукою. Тебе предает себя бедный; сироте Ты помощник.
Thou hast seen! For, thou, mischief and misery, dost discern, to requite with thine own hand, Unto thee, doth, the unfortunate one, give himself up, To the fatherless, thou thyself, hast become a helper.
15 Сокруши мышцу нечестивому и злому, так чтобы искать и не найти его нечестия.
Shatter thou the arm of the lawless one, And, as for the wrongful, wilt thou not enquire for his lawlessness—wilt thou not find [it]?
16 Господь - царь на веки, навсегда; исчезнут язычники с земли Его.
Yahweh, is king, to times age-abiding and beyond, The nations have perished out of his land.
17 Господи! Ты слышишь желания смиренных; укрепи сердце их; открой ухо Твое,
The longing of the patient, thou hast heard, O Yahweh, Thou wilt establish their heart, Thou wilt make attentive thine ear:
18 чтобы дать суд сироте и угнетенному, да не устрашает более человек на земле.
To vindicate the fatherless and the crushed, A man of the earth, shall, no further, cause terror!
