Числа 30

1 И сказал Моисей начальникам колен сынов Израилевых, говоря: вот что повелел Господь:

And Moses spoke unto the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saving, This is the thing which the Lord hath commanded,

2 если кто даст обет Господу, или поклянется клятвою, положив зарок на душу свою, то он не должен нарушать слова своего, но должен исполнить все, что вышло из уст его.

If a man make a vow unto the Lord, or he swear an oath to bind his soul with an obligation: he shall not profane his word; according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth shall he do.

3 Если женщина даст обет Господу и положит на себя зарок в доме отца своего, в юности своей,

And if a woman make a vow unto the Lord, and bind herself by an obligation, being in her father's house in her youth;

4 и услышит отец обет ее и зарок, который она положила на душу свою, и промолчит о том отец ее, то все обеты ее состоятся, и всякий зарок ее, который она положила на душу свою, состоится;

And her father hear her vow, and her obligation wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father be silent to her: then shall all her vows stand, and every obligation wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.

5 если же отец ее, услышав, запретит ей, то все обеты ее и зароки, которые она возложила на душу свою, не состоятся, и Господь простит ей, потому что запретил ей отец ее.

But if her father disallow her on the day that he heareth it: all her vows or her obligations, wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall not stand; and the Lord will forgive her, because her father hath disallowed her.

6 Если она выйдет в замужество, а на ней обет ее, или слово уст ее, которым она связала себя,

And if she be given to a man, and have vows upon her, or what she may have uttered with her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul;

7 и услышит муж ее и, услышав, промолчит: то обеты ее состоятся, и зароки ее, которые она возложила на душу свою, состоятся;

And her husband hear it, and be silent to her on the day that he heareth it: then shall her vows stand, and her obligations wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand.

8 если же муж ее, услышав, запретит ей и отвергнет обет ее, который на ней, и слово уст ее, которым она связала себя, то они не состоятся, потому что запретил ей муж ее, и Господь простит ей.

But if on the day of her husband's hearing it, he disallow her: then doth he annul her vow which is upon her, and that which she hath uttered with her lips, wherewith she hath bound her soul; and the Lord will forgive her.

9 Обет же вдовы и разведенной, какой бы она ни возложила зарок на душу свою, состоится.

But regarding the vow of a widow, or of her that is divorced, all, wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand for her.

10 Если жена в доме мужа своего дала обет, или возложила зарок на душу свою с клятвою,

And if she had vowed in her husband's house, or had bound her soul by an obligation with an oath;

11 и муж ее слышал, и промолчал о том, и не запретил ей, то все обеты ее состоятся, и всякий зарок, который она возложила на душу свою, состоится;

And her husband heard it, and was silent to her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every obligation, wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand.

12 если же муж ее, услышав, отвергнул их, то все вышедшие из уст ее обеты ее и зароки души ее не состоятся: муж ее уничтожил их, и Господь простит ей.

But if her husband hath annulled them on the day he heard them: then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips, concerning her vows, or concerning the obligation of her soul, shall not stand; her husband hath annulled them; and the Lord will forgive her.

13 Всякий обет и всякий клятвенный зарок, чтобы смирить душу, муж ее может утвердить, и муж ее может отвергнуть;

Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the person, her husband may confirm it, or her husband may annul it.

14 если же муж ее молчал о том день за день, то он тем утвердил все обеты ее и все зароки ее, которые на ней, утвердил, потому что он, услышав, молчал о том;

But if her husband should be silent to her from day to day: then hath he confirmed all her vows, or all her obligations, which are upon her; he hath confirmed them, because he was silent to her on the day that he heard them.

15 а если муж отвергнул их, после того как услышал, то он взял на себя грех ее.

But if he should annul them after [the day] that he hath heard them: then shall he bear her iniquity.

16 Вот уставы, которые Господь заповедал Моисею об отношении между мужем и женою его, между отцом и дочерью его в юности ее, в доме отца ее.

These are the statutes, which the Lord commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth, in her father's house.
