1 Вот родословие сынов Ноевых: Сима, Хама и Иафета. После потопа родились у них дети.
Now this is the history of the generations of the sons of Noah and of Shem, Ham, and Japheth. Sons were born to them after the flood.
2 Сыны Иафета: Гомер, Магог, Мадай, Иаван, Елиса, Фувал, Мешех и Фирас.
The sons of Japheth were: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
3 Сыны Гомера: Аскеназ, Рифат и Фогарма.
The sons of Gomer were: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
4 Сыны Иавана: Елиса, Фарсис, Киттим и Доданим.
The sons of Javan were: Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5 От сих населились острова народов в землях их, каждый по языку своему, по племенам своим, в народах своих.
Of these were the islands of the nations divided in their lands, everyone after his language, after their families, in their nations.
6 Сыны Хама: Хуш, Мицраим, Фут и Ханаан.
The sons of Ham were: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.
7 Сыны Хуша: Сева, Хавила, Савта, Раама и Савтеха. Сыны Раамы: Шева и Дедан.
The sons of Cush were: Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah were: Sheba and Dedan.
8 Хуш родил также Нимрода; сей начал быть силен на земле;
Cush became the father of Nimrod. He began to be a mighty one in the earth.
9 он был сильный зверолов пред Господом Богом, потому и говорится: сильный зверолов, как Нимрод, пред Господом Богом.
He was a mighty hunter before the LORD. Therefore it is said, “like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the LORD”.
10 Царство его вначале составляли: Вавилон, Эрех, Аккад и Халне в земле Сеннаар.
The beginning of his kingdom was Babel, Erech, Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
11 Из сей земли вышел Ассур и построил Ниневию, Реховоф-ир, Калах
Out of that land he went into Assyria, and built Nineveh, Rehoboth Ir, Calah,
12 и Ресен между Ниневиею и между Калахом; это город великий.
and Resen between Nineveh and the great city Calah.
13 От Мицраима произошли Лудим, Анамим, Легавим, Нафтухим,
Mizraim became the father of Ludim, Anamim, Lehabim, Naphtuhim,
14 Патрусим, Каслухим, откуда вышли Филистимляне, и Кафторим.
Pathrusim, Casluhim (which the Philistines descended from), and Caphtorim.
15 От Ханаана родились: Сидон, первенец его, Хет,
Canaan became the father of Sidon (his firstborn), Heth,
16 Иевусей, Аморрей, Гергесей,
the Jebusites, the Amorites, the Girgashites,
17 Евей, Аркей, Синей,
the Hivites, the Arkites, the Sinites,
18 Арвадей, Цемарей и Химафей. Впоследствии племена Ханаанские рассеялись,
the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Afterward the families of the Canaanites were spread abroad.
19 и были пределы Хананеев от Сидона к Герару до Газы, отсюда к Содому, Гоморре, Адме и Цевоиму до Лаши.
The border of the Canaanites was from Sidon—as you go towards Gerar—to Gaza—as you go towards Sodom, Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboiim—to Lasha.
20 Это сыны Хамовы, по племенам их, по языкам их, в землях их, в народах их.
These are the sons of Ham, after their families, according to their languages, in their lands and their nations.
21 Были дети и у Сима, отца всех сынов Еверовых, старшего брата Иафетова.
Children were also born to Shem (the elder brother of Japheth), the father of all the children of Eber.
22 Сыны Сима: Елам, Ассур, Арфаксад, Луд, Арам и Каинан.
The sons of Shem were: Elam, Asshur, Arpachshad, Lud, and Aram.
23 Сыны Арама: Уц, Хул, Гефер и Маш.
The sons of Aram were: Uz, Hul, Gether, and Mash.
24 Арфаксад родил Каинана, Каинан родил Салу, Сала родил Евера.
Arpachshad became the father of Shelah. Shelah became the father of Eber.
25 У Евера родились два сына; имя одному: Фалек, потому что во дни его земля разделена; имя брату его: Иоктан.
To Eber were born two sons. The name of the one was Peleg, for in his days the earth was divided. His brother’s name was Joktan.
26 Иоктан родил Алмодада, Шалефа, Хацармавефа, Иераха,
Joktan became the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,
27 Гадорама, Узала, Диклу,
Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,
28 Овала, Авимаила, Шеву,
Obal, Abimael, Sheba,
29 Офира, Хавилу и Иовава. Все эти сыновья Иоктана.
Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were the sons of Joktan.
30 Поселения их были от Меши до Сефара, горы восточной.
Their dwelling extended from Mesha, as you go towards Sephar, the mountain of the east.
31 Это сыновья Симовы по племенам их, по языкам их, в землях их, по народам их.
These are the sons of Shem, by their families, according to their languages, lands, and nations.
32 Вот племена сынов Ноевых, по родословию их, в народах их. От них распространились народы на земле после потопа
These are the families of the sons of Noah, by their generations, according to their nations. The nations divided from these in the earth after the flood.
