1 Dadꞌi mete conto mia hita atahori Yahudi ra, baꞌi Abraham na. Hita bisa tanori saa mia e, soꞌal atahori maloleꞌ ro Lamatualain, huu ramahere neu Kristus?
What then will we say that Abraham, our forefather, has found according to the flesh?
2 Hita bisa tanori taꞌo ia: mete ma Abraham bisa maloleꞌ no Lamatualain huu ana tao dala maloleꞌ, na ana naꞌena netehuuꞌ de mbarani olaꞌ naeꞌ sia atahori mata nara. Te sia Lamatualain matan, ana nda mbarani olaꞌ saa sa boe.
For if Abraham was justified by works, he has something to boast about, but not toward God.
3 Te nenesuraꞌ sia Lamatualain Susura Meumaren oi, “Huu Abraham namahere neu Lamatualain, naa de Lamatualain cap e, atahori rala ndoos mana maloleꞌ no Eni.”
For what does the Scripture say? “Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”

Now to him who works, the reward is not counted as grace, but as something owed.

But to him who doesn’t work, but believes in him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness.

Even as David also pronounces blessing on the man to whom God counts righteousness apart from works:

Blessed is the man whom the Lord will by no means charge with sin.”

Is this blessing then pronounced only on the circumcised, or on the uncircumcised also? For we say that faith was accounted to Abraham for righteousness.
10 Eni bes Lamatuaꞌ cap Abraham taꞌo naa? Leleꞌ ana sunat ena, do nda feꞌe sunat sa? Matetun, nda leleꞌ ana sunat basa sa, te leleꞌ ana nda feꞌe sunat sa.
How then was it counted? When he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision.
11 Tebꞌe! Leleꞌ Abraham nda feꞌe sunat sa, te Lamatualain cap e, nae atahori rala ndoos mana maloleꞌ no Lamatuaꞌ. Huu Lamatuaꞌ simbo basa atahori mana ramahere neu E, fo ara maloleꞌ ro Lamatua, mae ara mana nenesunat, do hokoꞌ.
He received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they might be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might also be accounted to them.
12 Abraham o soi dalaꞌ fee hita atahori Yahudi mana sunat ra boe. Nda huu hita sunat sa, te huu hita tamahere Kristus, onaꞌ Abraham namahere Lamatuaꞌ leleꞌ ana nda feꞌe sunat sa.
He is the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had in uncircumcision.
13 Lamatualain hengge-nee hehelu-fufulin no Abraham ma tititi-nonosi nara nae, dꞌoo-dꞌoo te raefafoꞌ dadꞌi sira hata-heto nara. Lamatuaꞌ helu-fuli taꞌo naa, huu Abraham namahere E, de Lamatuaꞌ cap e nae, atahori rala ndoos ma mana maloleꞌ no Eni. Te Lamatuaꞌ nda helu-fuli taꞌo naa sa, huu Abraham tao tungga Eni Hohoro-lalanen.
For the promise to Abraham and to his offspring that he would be heir of the world wasn’t through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
14 Huu mete ma atahori mana tao tunggaꞌ a Lamatuaꞌ Hohoro-lalanen bisa simbo nala hata-hetoꞌ fo Lamatuaꞌ helu-fuliꞌ naa, naa sosoan nae, parsumaꞌ a nemehere neu Lamatuaꞌ. Ma Lamatuaꞌ a hehelu-fufulin naa o nda naꞌena ngguna sa boe.
For if those who are of the law are heirs, faith is made void, and the promise is made of no effect.
15 Sia bee hambu Lamatuaꞌ Hohoro-lalanen, na, sia naa o atahori ralena-langga Hohoro-lalaneꞌ naa ra boe. Ma mete ma atahori ralena-langga Hohoro-lalanen, na, Lamatuaꞌ namanasa, de huku-dꞌoki se. Onaꞌ Lamatuaꞌ Hohoro-lalanen nese, na, neꞌo nda hambu atahori ralena-langga Hohoro-lalaneꞌ naa sa. Te memaꞌ hohoro-lalane naa sia.
For the law produces wrath; for where there is no law, neither is there disobedience.
16 Naa de hita musi tamahere E. Naa, nenendin seli lenaꞌ basaꞌ e. Te Lamatuaꞌ hiiꞌ a natudꞌu rala malolen neu atahori mana ramahere neu E. For this cause it is of faith, that it may be according to grace, to the end that the promise may be sure to all the offspring, not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all.

As it is written, “I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.

Against hope, Abraham in hope believed, to the end that he might become a father of many nations, according to that which had been spoken, “So will your offspring be.”
19 Abraham namahere tebꞌe-tebꞌeꞌ neu Lamatuaꞌ, mae ana bubꞌuluꞌ eni lasi kakaluꞌ ena, too natun esa ena. Ma Sara mamana anan naꞌateꞌeme, ma ana nggonggoo ena.
Without being weakened in faith, he didn’t consider his own body, already having been worn out, (he being about a hundred years old), and the deadness of Sarah’s womb.

Yet, looking to the promise of God, he didn’t waver through unbelief, but grew strong through faith, giving glory to God,
21 Abraham namahere tebꞌe-tebꞌeꞌ nae, saa fo Lamatua helu-fuli, Ana bisa tao natetu e.
and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was also able to perform.
22 Naa de Lamatualain cap Abraham, atahori rala ndoos mana maloleꞌ no E.
Therefore it also was “credited to him for righteousness.”
23 Te Lamatuaꞌ Susura Meumaren nae, Lamatuaꞌ nda ito-reken taꞌo naa fee neuꞌ a Abraham sa,
Now it was not written that it was accounted to him for his sake alone,
24 te fee neu nggita boe! Huu mete ma tamahere neu E, Ana o cap nggita atahori rala ndoos mana maloleꞌ to E. Lamatuaꞌ naa, mana tao nasodꞌa baliꞌ hita Lamatuan Yesus mia mamaten.
but for our sake also, to whom it will be accounted, who believe in him who raised Yeshua our Lord from the dead,
25 Yesus mate, huu sala singgo tara. Basa boe ma, Ana nasodꞌa baliꞌ fo soi dalaꞌ, naa fo ata bisa maloleꞌ baliꞌ to Lamatualain.
who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification.
