And whanne Sichem, the sone of Emor Euey, the prince of that lond, hadde seyn hir, he louede hir, and rauyschide, and sclepte with hir, and oppresside the virgyn bi violence.
3 Sikem rala na hii Dina. De ana olaꞌ malolole no Dina, naa fo Dina o simbo e boe.
And his soule was boundun faste with hir, and he pleside hir sory with flateringis.
4 Basa ma, Sikem nafadꞌe ama na nae, “Amaꞌ e! Tulun muu mutane Dina fee au, fo au sao ala e.”
And he yede to Emor,

7 Ruꞌa se ola-olaꞌ ma, Yakob ana nara baliꞌ mia mooꞌ a. Ara rena oi Sikem parkosa sira feton Dina ma, rala nara mera, ma ramanasa seli. Ara rae, “Tataos mataꞌ naa, nda nandaa sia Israꞌel sa. Ata afiꞌ simbo atahori mana tao deꞌulakaꞌ mataꞌ naa.”

And so Emor spak to hem, The soule of my sone Sichem cleuyde to youre douytir, yeue ye hir a wijf to hym,
9 Mete ma nau naa, hita ana nara esa sao esa. Hei ana mone mara sao hai ana feto mara. Ma hai ana mone mara sao hei ana feto mara.
and ioyne we weddyngis to gidere; yyue ye youre douytris to vs,
10 No taꞌo naa, hei leo miꞌibꞌue mo hai sia ia. Hei hii ao mara sudꞌiꞌ a mae leo sia bee. Fo ama danggan, ma hambu suꞌi sia ia.”
and take ye oure douytris, and dwelle ye with vs; the lond is in youre power, tile ye, make ye marchaundise, and welde ye it.
11 Basa naa ma, Sikem olaꞌ no Dina aman ma naa nara nae, “Hei mae moꞌe saa o, au tunggaꞌ a. Hei mae moꞌe doi tatana mamaet do, felis baꞌu sa o, au bꞌae. Sadꞌi fee au sao hei feto ma.”
But also Sichem seide to the fadir and britheren of hir, Fynde Y grace bifor you, and what euer thingis ye ordeynen Y schal yyue;
encreesse ye the dower, and axe ye yiftis, Y schal yyue wilfull that that ye axen; oonli yyue ye this damysele a wijf to me.
13 Te Yakob ana nara bubꞌuluꞌ oi Sikem parkosa sira feto na Dina ena. De ara rataa eꞌedik Sikem no ama na Hemor,
The sones of Jacob answeriden in gile to Sichem and his fadir, and weren feerse for the defoulyng of maidenhod of the sistir,
14 rae, “Hai nda nau fee ne sao atahori nda mana sunat saa! Naa, naꞌamamaeꞌ hai!
We moun not do this that ye axen, nether we moun yyue oure sistir to a man vncircumcidid, which thing is vnleueful and abhomynable anentis vs.
15 Te dala malole na taꞌo ia: Basa hei touꞌ musi sunat onaꞌ hai dei.
But in this we schulen mowe be boundun in pees, if ye wole be lijk vs, and ech of male kynde be circumcidid in you,

thanne we schulen yyue and take togidre oure douytris and youre; and we schulen dwelle with you, and we schulen be o puple.
17 Te mete ma hei nda tungga hai hihii mara sa, ma nda sunat sa, dei fo hai mo baliꞌ hai feto ma, fo lao hela mamanaꞌ ia.”
Forsothe if ye nylen be circumcidid, we schulen take oure douytir, and schulen go a wei.
18 Boe ma, Hemor no Sikem simbo oꞌola nara no maloleꞌ.
The profryng of hem pleside Emor and Sichem,
19 Te Sikem nda afiꞌ naꞌatataaꞌ sa ena, huu ana hii Dina seli. Leleꞌ naa, basa atahori sia nusaꞌ naa fee hadat neu Sikem.
his sone, and the yong wexynge man dilaiede not, that ne he fillide anoon that that was axid, for he louede the damysele greetli, and he was noble in al `the hous of his fadir.
20 De Hemor no Sikem risiꞌ lelesu ineꞌ kamboꞌ, mamana nggero-furi dedꞌeat a, de reu raꞌabꞌue ro basa atahori nusaꞌ naa. Ara olaꞌ rae,

22 Te ara roꞌe akaꞌ a dala anaꞌ esa, mia hita. Ara roꞌe fo basa hita touꞌ ra musi sunat onaꞌ sira boe.
O thing is, for which so greet good is dilaied; if we circumciden oure malis, and suen the custom of the folc,

24 Basa atahori mana maꞌabꞌueꞌ sia naa ra, tungga Hemor no Sikem oꞌola na. De basa touꞌ sia nusaꞌ naa sunat.
And alle men assentiden, and alle malis weren circumcidid.
25 Fai ka telu na ma, leleꞌ basa mana sunat ra bisu nara feꞌe rambeta, Dina naa nara, Simeon no Lewi, lesu rala fela-tafa nara, ma masoꞌ nenee risiꞌ kamboꞌ rala reu. De ara tao risa basa touꞌ ra.
And lo! in the thridde day, whanne the sorewe of woundis was moost greuous, twei sones of acob, Symeon and Leuy, britheren of Dyna, token swerdis, and entriden in to the citee booldeli; and whanne alle malis weren slayn,

thei killiden Emor and Sichem togidere, and token Dyna, her sistir, fro the hous of Sichem.

And whanne thei weren goon out, othere sones of Jacob felden in on the slayn men, and rifeliden the citee for the veniaunce of defoulyng of a virgyn.
28 Ara rambas rendi basa atahori ra saa-saa nara mia ume rala, ma mboo rendi basa banda mana mia mooꞌ ra.
And thei wastiden the scheep of tho men, and droues of oxun, and assis, and alle thingis that weren in howsis and feeldis,

30 Yakob bubꞌuluꞌ ana nara tao taꞌo naa ma, ana olaꞌ no Simeon no Lewi nae, “Hei tao tatao nggoaꞌ saa ia? Tao miꞌisususaꞌ au! And whanne these thingis weren don hardili, Jacob seide to Symeon and Leuy, Ye han troblid me, and han maad me hateful to Cananeis and Fereseis, dwellers of this lond; we ben fewe, thei schulen be gaderid to gidere and schulen sle me, and Y schal be don a wey and myn hous.
31 Ara rataa no nasat rae, “Amaꞌ nau fo hai hela ara tao hai feto ma dadꞌi ina dalaꞌ, do?”
Symeon and Leuy answeriden, Whether thei ouyten mysuse oure sistir as an hoore?
