ЦЕФАНИЯ 3
1 Вай де четатя ындэрэтникэ ши спуркатэ, вай де четатя плинэ де асуприре!
Woe to her that is rebellious and polluted, to the oppressing city!
2 Еа н-аскултэ де ничун глас, ну цине сяма де мустраре, ну се ынкреде ын Домнул, ну се апропие де Думнезеул сэу.
She obeyed not the voice; she received not correction; she trusted not in the LORD; she drew not near to her God.
3 Кэпетенииле ей ын мижлокул ей сунт ниште лей каре рэкнеск; жудекэторий ей сунт ниште лупь де сярэ, каре ну май ласэ ничун ос пынэ диминяца.
Her princes in the midst of her are roaring lions; her judges are evening wolves; they leave nothing till the morrow.
4 Пророчий ей сунт ушуратичь ши ыншелэторь; преоций ей пынгэреск лукруриле сфинте, калкэ Леӂя.
Her prophets are light and treacherous persons: her priests have profaned the sanctuary, they have done violence to the law.
5 Домнул есте фэрэ приханэ ын мижлокул ей. Ел ну фаче ничо нелеӂюире; ын фиекаре диминяцэ, Ел Ышь скоате ла луминэ жудекэциле фэрэ сэ ынчетезе вреодатэ, дар чине есте нелеӂюит ну штие де рушине!
The LORD in the midst of her is righteous; he will not do iniquity; every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
6 „Ам нимичит нямурь, ле-ам дэрымат турнуриле, ле-ам пустиит улицеле ши ну май трече нимень пе еле! Четэциле лор сунт пустиите, ну май ау ничун ом ын еле ши нимень ну май локуеште ын еле!
I have cut off nations, their battlements are desolate; I have made their streets waste, that none passeth by: their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, that there is none inhabitant.
7 Зичям: ‘Дакэ ай вои мэкар сэ те темь де Мине ши сэ ций сяма де мустраре! Ну ць-ар фи нимичитэ локуинца ши н-ар вени песте тине тоате педепселе ку каре те-ам аменинцат.’ Дар ей с-ау грэбит сэ-шь стриче тоате фаптеле.
I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive correction; so her dwelling should not be cut off, [according to] all that I have appointed concerning her: but they rose early and corrupted all their doings.
8 Де ачея аштептаць нумай”, зиче Домнул, „пынэ ын зиуа кынд Мэ вой скула ла прадэ, кэч ам хотэрыт сэ стрынг нямуриле, сэ адун ымпэрэцииле, ка сэ-Мь вэрс урӂия песте еле, тоатэ априндеря мынией Меле, кэч тоатэ цара ва фи мистуитэ де фокул ӂелозией Меле.
Therefore wait ye for me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation, even all my fierce anger; for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.
9 Атунч вой да попоарелор бузе курате, ка тоць сэ кеме Нумеле Домнулуй, ка сэ-Й служяскэ ынтр-ун гынд.
For then will I turn to the peoples a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of the LORD, to serve him with one consent.
10 Динколо де рыуриле Етиопией Ымь вор адуче дарурь де мынкаре ынкинэторий мей, обштя Мя чя рисипитэ.
From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine offering.
11 Ын зиуа ачея, ну вей май авя невое сэ рошешть де тоате фаптеле тале прин каре ай пэкэтуит ымпотрива Мя, кэч атунч вой скоате дин мижлокул тэу пе чей труфашь ши ну те вей май ынгымфа пе мунтеле Меу чел сфынт!
In that day shalt thou not be ashamed for all thy doings, wherein thou hast transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of thee thy proudly exulting ones, and thou shalt no more be haughty in my holy mountain.
12 Вой лэса ын мижлокул тэу ун попор смерит ши мик, каре се ва ынкреде ын Нумеле Домнулуй.
But I will leave in the midst of thee an afflicted and poor people, and they shall trust in the name of the LORD.
13 Рэмэшицеле луй Исраел ну вор май сэвырши нелеӂюире, ну вор май спуне минчунь ши нич ын гура лор ну се ва май гэси о лимбэ ыншелэтоаре. Чи вор паште ши се вор одихни ши нимень ну-й ва тулбура.”
The remnant of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and none shall make them afraid.
14 Стригэ де букурие, фийка Сионулуй! Стригэ де веселие, Исраеле! Букурэ-те ши салтэ де веселие дин тоатэ инима та, фийка Иерусалимулуй!
Sing, O daughter of Zion; shout, O Israel; be glad and rejoice with all the heart, O daughter of Jerusalem.
15 Домнул а абэтут де ла тине педепселе тале, а ындепэртат пе врэжмашул тэу; Домнул, Ымпэратул луй Исраел, есте ын мижлокул тэу; ну требуе сэ те май темь де ничо ненорочире!
The LORD hath taken away thy judgments, he hath cast out thine enemy: the king of Israel, even the LORD, is in the midst of thee: thou shalt not fear evil any more.
16 Ын зиуа ачея, се ва зиче Иерусалимулуй: „Ну те теме де нимик! Сиоане, сэ ну-ць слэбяскэ мыниле!
In that day it shall be said to Jerusalem, Fear thou not: O Zion, let not thine hands be slack.
17 Домнул Думнезеул тэу есте ын мижлокул тэу, ка ун витяз каре поате ажута; Се ва букура де тине ку маре букурие, ва тэчя ын драгостя Луй ши ну ва май путя де веселие пентру тине.”
The LORD thy God is in the midst of thee, a mighty one who will save: he will rejoice over thee with joy, he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.
18 „Вой стрынӂе пе чей ынтристаць каре сунт департе де адунаря сфынтэ, пе чей ешиць дин сынул тэу асупра кэрора акум апасэ окара.
I will gather them that sorrow for the solemn assembly, who were of thee: [to whom] the burden upon her was a reproach.
19 Ятэ, ын время ачея, вой лукра ымпотрива тутурор асуприторилор тэй; вой избэви пе чей шкьопь ши вой стрынӂе пе чей че ау фост изгониць ши ый вой фаче о причинэ де лаудэ ши де славэ ын тоате цэриле унде сунт де окарэ акум.
Behold, at that time I will deal with all them that afflict thee: and I will save her that halteth, and gather her that was driven away; and I will make them a praise and a name, whose shame hath been in all the earth.
20 Ын время ачея, вэ вой адуче ынапой; ын время ачея, вэ вой стрынӂе, кэч вэ вой фаче о причинэ де славэ ши де лаудэ ынтре тоате попоареле пэмынтулуй, кынд вой адуче ынапой пе принший воштри де рэзбой суб окий воштри”, зиче Домнул.
At that time will I bring you in, and at that time will I gather you: for I will make you a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth, when I bring again your captivity before your eyes, saith the LORD.
