1 Аду-ле аминте сэ фие супушь стэпынирилор ши дрегэторилор, сэ-й аскулте, сэ фие гата сэ факэ орьче лукру бун,
Put them in mind that to princes and to powers they are to hearken and to be obedient, and to be prepared for every good work.
2 сэ ну ворбяскэ де рэу пе нимень, сэ ну фие гата де чартэ, чи кумпэтаць, плинь де блындеце фацэ де тоць оамений.
And against no man to rail, nor be contentious, but gentle, and in every thing to show their benignity towards all men.
3 Кэч ши ной ерам алтэдатэ фэрэ минте, неаскултэторь, рэтэчиць, робиць де тот фелул де пофте ши де плэчерь, трэинд ын рэутате ши ын пизмэ, вредничь сэ фим урыць ши урынду-не уний пе алций.
For we also were afore-time without understanding, and disobedient and erring, and were subjected to various lusts; and in malice, and in envy we conversed, and were hateful, and also hating one another.
4 Дар, кынд с-а арэтат бунэтатя луй Думнезеу, Мынтуиторул ностру, ши драгостя Луй де оамень,
But when appeared the goodness and mercy of Aloha our Saviour,
5 Ел не-а мынтуит ну пентру фаптеле фэкуте де ной ын неприхэнире, чи пентру ындураря Луй, прин спэларя наштерий дин ноу ши прин ынноиря фэкутэ де Духул Сфынт,
not by works of righteousness which we had done, but by his own mercy he saved us, by the laving of the birth which is afresh, by the renewing of the Spirit of Holiness,
6 пе каре Л-а вэрсат дин белшуг песте ной прин Исус Христос, Мынтуиторул ностру;
which he shed upon us abundantly, by Jeshu Meshiha our Saviour;
7 пентру ка, одатэ сокотиць неприхэниць прин харул Луй, сэ не фачем, ын нэдежде, моштениторь ай веций вешниче. (aiōnios g166)
that by his grace we might be justified, and be made heirs according to the hope of the life which is eternal. (aiōnios g166)
8 Адевэрат есте кувынтул ачеста, ши вряу сэ спуй апэсат ачесте лукрурь, пентру ка чей че ау крезут ын Думнезеу сэ кауте сэ фие чей динтый ын фапте буне. Ятэ че есте бине ши де фолос пентру оамень!
Faithful is the word; and in this I will that thou also establish them, that they should be careful to perform good works, they who have believed in Aloha. These are good and profitable unto men.
9 Дар де ынтребэриле небуне, де ынширэриле де нямурь, де чертурь ши чоровэель привитоаре ла Леӂе, фереште-те, кэч сунт нефолоситоаре ши задарниче.
But from foolish disputations, and from tales of genealogies, and from contentions, and strifes of the sophree, withdraw; for profit is not in them, and they are vain.
10 Дупэ ынтыя ши а доуа мустраре, депэртязэ-те де чел че адуче дезбинэрь,
From an heretical man, after one time and twice thou hast admonished him, withdraw;
11 кэч штим кэ ун астфел де ом есте ун стрикат ши пэкэтуеште, де ла сине фиинд осындит.
and know that he who is such is perverse, and sinneth, and condemneth himself.
12 Кынд вой тримите ла тине пе Артема сау пе Тихик, грэбеште-те сэ вий ла мине ын Никополи, кэч аколо м-ам хотэрыт сэ ернез.
When I have sent to thee Artema, or Tykikos, be careful to come to me at Nikopolis; for there I have determined in my mind to winter.
13 Ай грижэ де леӂуиторул Зена ши Аполо, сэ ну дукэ липсэ де нимик дин че ле требуе пентру кэлэтория лор.
But concerning Zina the sophra, and Apolo, be careful to provide them well, that nothing may be wanting to them.
14 Требуе ка ши ай ноштри сэ се деприндэ сэ фие чей динтый ын фапте буне пентру невоиле грабниче ши сэ ну стя неродиторь.
And let those also who are of us, learn to perform good works in things which are necessary, that they may not be without fruits.
15 Тоць чей че сунт ку мине ыць тримит сэнэтате. Спуне сэнэтате челор че не юбеск ын крединцэ. Харул сэ фие ку вой ку тоць! Амин.
All they who are with me ask for thy peace. Ask for the peace of all who love us in the faith. Grace be with all of you. Amen.
