1 Ну стригэ ынцелепчуня ши ну-шь ыналцэ причеперя гласул?
Doth not wisedome crie? and vnderstanding vtter her voyce?
2 Еа се ашазэ сус, пе ынэлцимь, афарэ пе друм, ла рэспынтий,
She standeth in the top of the high places by the way in the place of the paths.
3 ши стригэ лынгэ порць, ла интраря четэций, ла интраря порцилор:
She cryeth besides the gates before the citie at the entrie of the doores,
4 „Оаменилор, кэтре вой стриг ши спре фиий оаменилор се ындряптэ гласул меу.
O men, I call vnto you, and vtter my voyce to the children of men.
5 Ынвэцаци-вэ минте, проштилор, ши ынцелепцици-вэ, небунилор!
O ye foolish men, vnderstand wisedome, and ye, O fooles, be wise in heart.
6 Аскултаць, кэч ам лукрурь марь де спус ши бузеле ми се дескид ка сэ ынвеце пе алций че есте дрепт!
Giue eare, for I will speake of excellent things, and the opening of my lippes, shall teache things that be right.
7 Кэч гура мя вестеште адевэрул ши бузеле меле урэск минчуна!
For my mouth shall speake the trueth, and my lippes abhorre wickednesse.
8 Тоате кувинтеле гурий меле сунт дрепте, н-ау нимик неадевэрат, нич сучит ын еле.
All the wordes of my mouth are righteous: there is no lewdenes, nor frowardnesse in them.
9 Тоате сунт лэмурите пентру чел причепут ши дрепте пентру чей че ау гэсит штиинца.
They are all plaine to him that will vnderstande, and streight to them that woulde finde knowledge.
10 Примиць май деграбэ ынвэцэтуриле меле декыт арӂинтул ши май деграбэ штиинца декыт аурул скумп.
Receiue mine instruction, and not siluer, and knowledge rather then fine golde.
11 Кэч ынцелепчуня прецуеште май мулт декыт мэргэритареле ши ничун лукру де прец ну се поате асемуи ку еа.
For wisdome is better then precious stones: and all pleasures are not to be compared vnto her.
12 Еу, ынцелепчуня, ам ка локуинцэ минтя ши пот нэскочи челе май кибзуите планурь.
I wisdome dwell with prudence, and I find foorth knowledge and counsels.
13 Фрика де Домнул есте урыря рэулуй; труфия ши мындрия, пуртаря ря ши гура минчиноасэ – ятэ че урэск еу.
The feare of the Lord is to hate euill as pride, and arrogancie, and the euill way: and a mouth that speaketh lewde things, I doe hate.
14 Де ла мине вин сфатул ши избында, еу сунт причеперя, а мя есте путеря.
I haue counsell and wisedome: I am vnderstanding, and I haue strength.
15 Прин мине ымпэрэцеск ымпэраций ши дау воевозий порунчь дрепте.
By me, Kings reigne, and princes decree iustice.
16 Прин мине кырмуеск дрегэторий ши май-марий, тоць жудекэторий пэмынтулуй.
By me princes rule and the nobles, and all the iudges of the earth.
17 Еу юбеск пе чей че мэ юбеск, ши чей че мэ каутэ ку тот динадинсул мэ гэсеск.
I loue them that loue me: and they that seeke me earely, shall finde me.
18 Ку мине сунт богэция ши слава, авуцииле трайниче ши дрептатя.
Riches and honour are with me: euen durable riches and righteousnesse.
19 Родул меу есте май бун декыт аурул чел май курат ши венитул меу ынтрече арӂинтул чел май алес.
My fruite is better then golde, euen then fine golde, and my reuenues better then fine siluer.
20 Еу умблу пе каля невиновэцией, пе мижлокул кэрэрилор неприхэнирий,
I cause to walke in the way of righteousnes, and in the middes of the paths of iudgement,
21 ка сэ дау о адевэратэ моштенире челор че мэ юбеск ши сэ ле умплу вистиерииле.
That I may cause them that loue me, to inherite substance, and I will fill their treasures.
22 Домнул м-а фэкут чя динтый динтре лукрэриле Луй, ынаинтя челор май векь лукрэрь але Луй.
The Lord hath possessed me in the beginning of his way: I was before his workes of olde.
23 Еу ам фост ашезатэ дин вешничие, ынаинте де орьче ынчепут, ынаинте де а фи пэмынтул.
I was set vp from euerlasting, from the beginning and before the earth.
24 Ам фост нэскутэ кынд ынкэ ну ерау адынкурь, нич извоаре ынкэркате ку апе;
When there were no depths, was I begotten, when there were no fountaines abounding with water.
25 ам фост нэскутэ ынаинте де ынтэриря мунцилор, ынаинте де а фи дялуриле,
Before the mountaines were setled: and before the hilles, was I begotten.
26 кынд ну ерау ынкэ нич пэмынтул, нич кымпииле, нич чя динтый фэрымэ дин пулберя лумий.
He had not yet made the earth, nor the open places, nor the height of the dust in the worlde.
27 Кынд а ынтокмит Домнул черуриле, еу ерам де фацэ; кынд а трас о заре пе фаца адынкулуй,
When hee prepared the heauens, I was there, when he set the compasse vpon the deepe.
28 кынд а пиронит норий сус ши кынд ау цышнит ку путере извоареле адынкулуй,
When he established the cloudes aboue, when he confirmed the fountaines of the deepe,
29 кынд а пус ун хотар мэрий, ка апеле сэ ну трякэ песте порунка Луй, кынд а пус темелииле пэмынтулуй,
When he gaue his decree to the Sea, that the waters shoulde not passe his commandement: when he appointed the foundations of the earth,
30 еу ерам мештерул Луй, ла лукру лынгэ Ел, ши ын тоате зилеле ерам десфэтаря Луй, жукынд неынчетат ынаинтя Луй,
Then was I with him as a nourisher, and I was dayly his delight reioycing alway before him,
31 жукынд пе ротоколул пэмынтулуй Сэу ши гэсинду-мь плэчеря ын фиий оаменилор.
And tooke my solace in the compasse of his earth: and my delite is with the children of men.
32 Ши акум, фиилор, аскултаци-мэ, кэч фериче де чей че пэзеск кэиле меле!
Therefore nowe hearken, O children, vnto me: for blessed are they that keepe my wayes.
33 Аскултаць ынвэцэтура, ка сэ вэ фачець ынцелепць, ши ну лепэдаць сфатул меу!
Heare instruction, and be ye wise, and refuse it not:
34 Фериче де омул каре м-аскултэ, каре вегязэ зилник ла порциле меле ши пэзеште прагул уший меле!
blessed is the man that heareth mee, watching dayly at my gates, and giuing attendance at the postes of my doores.
35 Кэч чел че мэ гэсеште, гэсеште вяца ши капэтэ бунэвоинца Домнулуй.
For he that findeth me, findeth life, and shall obteine fauour of the Lord.
36 Дар чел че пэкэтуеште ымпотрива мя ышь ватэмэ суфлетул сэу; тоць чей че мэ урэск пе мине юбеск моартя.”
But he that sinneth against me, hurteth his owne soule: and all that hate me, loue death.
