Провербеле 5
1 Фиуле, я аминте ла ынцелепчуня мя ши плякэ урекя ла ынвэцэтура мя,
My son, attend unto my wisdom, incline thine ear to my understanding;
2 ка сэ фий ку кибзуинцэ ши бузеле тале сэ айбэ куноштинцэ.
that thou mayest keep reflection, and that thy lips may preserve knowledge.
3 Кэч бузеле фемеий стрэине стрекоарэ мьере ши черул гурий ей есте май лунекос декыт унтделемнул,
For the lips of the strange woman drop honey, and her mouth is smoother than oil;
4 дар ла урмэ есте амарэ ка пелинул, аскуцитэ ка о сабие ку доуэ тэишурь.
but her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged sword.
Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on Sheol. (Sheol h7585)
6 Аша кэ еа ну поате гэси каля веций, рэтэчеште ын кэиле ей ши ну штие унде мерӂе.
Lest she should ponder the path of life, her ways wander, she knoweth not [whither].
7 Ши акум, фиуле, аскултэ-мэ ши ну те абате де ла кувинтеле гурий меле:
And now, children, hearken unto me, and depart not from the words of my mouth.
8 депэртязэ-те де друмул каре дуче ла еа ши ну те апропия де уша касей ей,
Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:
9 ка ну кумва сэ-ць дай алтора влага та ши унуй ом фэрэ милэ аний тэй,
lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel;
10 ка ну кумва ниште стрэинь сэ се сатуре де аверя та ши ту сэ те трудешть пентру каса алтуя,
lest strangers be filled with thy wealth, and the fruits of thy toil [come] into the house of a stranger;
11 ка ну кумва сэ ӂемь, ла урмэ, кынд карня ши трупул ци се вор истови
and thou mourn in thine end, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed;
12 ши сэ зичь: „Кум ам путут еу сэ урэск чертаря ши кум а диспрецуит инима мя мустраря?
and thou say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof!
13 Кум ам путут сэ н-аскулт гласул ынвэцэторилор мей ши сэ ну яу аминте ла чей че мэ ынвэцау?
and I have not hearkened unto the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to those that instructed me;
14 Кыт пе че сэ мэ ненороческ де тот ын мижлокул попорулуй ши адунэрий!”
I was well nigh in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.
15 Бя апэ дин фынтына та ши дин извоареле пуцулуй тэу!
Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
16 Че, врей сэ ци се версе извоареле афарэ? Ши сэ-ць кургэ рыуриле пе пецеле де обште?
Thy fountains shall be poured forth, as water-brooks in the broadways.
17 Ласэ-ле сэ фие нумай пентру тине, ши ну пентру стрэиний де лынгэ тине.
Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.
18 Изворул тэу сэ фие бинекувынтат ши букурэ-те де неваста тинереций тале!
Let thy fountain be blessed; and have joy of the wife of thy youth.
19 Чербоайкэ юбитэ, кэприоарэ плэкутэ: фий ымбэтат тот тимпул де дрэгэлэшииле ей, фий ындрэгостит некурмат де драгостя ей!
As a lovely hind and a graceful roe, let her breasts satisfy thee at all times: be thou ravished continually with her love.
20 Ши пентру че, фиуле, ай фи ындрэгостит де о стрэинэ ши ай ымбрэциша сынул уней некуноскуте?
And why shouldest thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
21 Кэч кэиле омулуй сунт лэмурите ынаинтя окилор Домнулуй ши Ел веде тоате кэрэриле луй.
For the ways of man are before the eyes of Jehovah, and he pondereth all his paths.
22 Чел рэу есте принс ын ынсешь нелеӂюириле луй ши есте апукат де легэтуриле пэкатулуй луй.
His own iniquities shall take the wicked, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sin.
23 Ел ва мури дин липсэ де ынфрынаре, се ва потикни дин пря мулта луй небуние.
He shall die for want of discipline; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
