1 Диминяца, преоций чей май де сямэ ау фэкут ындатэ сфат ку бэтрыний, кэртурарий ши тот соборул. Дупэ че ау легат пе Исус, Л-ау дус ши Л-ау дат ын мыниле луй Пилат.
And forthwith, in the morning, the chief priests with the Elders and the Scribes, and the whole Sanhedrim, held a consultation. And they bound Jesus, and led him away, and delivered him over to Pilate the president.
2 Пилат Л-а ынтребат: „Ешть Ту Ымпэратул иудеилор?” „Да, сунт”, й-а рэспунс Исус.
And Pilate asked him: Art thou the king of the Jews? He replied and said to him: Thou hast said.
3 Преоций чей май де сямэ Ыл ынвинуяу де мулте лукрурь.
And the chief priests accused him of many things.
4 Пилат Л-а ынтребат дин ноу: „Ну рэспунзь нимик? Уйте де кыте лукрурь Те ынвинуеск ей!”
And Pilate again questioned him, and said to him: Makest thou no reply? See how much they testify against thee!
5 Исус н-а май дат ничун рэспунс, лукру каре а мират пе Пилат.
But Jesus gave no answer; so that Pilate wondered.
6 Ла фиекаре Празник ал Паштелор, Пилат ле слобозя ун ынтемницат, пе каре-л черяу ей.
And it was his custom, at each festival, to release to them one prisoner, whom they might desire.
7 Ын темницэ ера унул нумит Бараба, ынкис ымпреунэ ку товарэший луй, дин причина унуй омор, пе каре-л сэвыршисерэ ынтр-о рэскоалэ.
And there was one named Bar Abas, who was confined with the movers of sedition, who had committed murder in the insurrection.
8 Нородул с-а суит ши а ынчепут сэ чарэ луй Пилат сэ ле дя че авя обичей сэ ле дя тотдяуна.
And the people clamored, and began to demand, that he should do to them as he was accustomed.
9 Пилат ле-а рэспунс: „Воиць сэ вэ слобозеск пе Ымпэратул иудеилор?”
And Pilate answered, and said: Will ye, that I release to you the king of the Jews?
10 Кэч причепусе кэ преоций чей май де сямэ дин пизмэ Ыл дэдусерэ ын мына луй.
For Pilate knew that the chief priests, from envy, had delivered him up.
11 Дар преоций чей май де сямэ ау ацыцат нородул сэ чарэ луй Пилат сэ ле слобозяскэ май бине пе Бараба.
But the chief priests further persuaded the multitudes, that Bar Abas should be released to them.
12 Пилат а луат дин ноу кувынтул ши ле-а зис: „Дар че воиць сэ фак ку Ачела пе каре-Л нумиць Ымпэратул иудеилор?”
And Pilate said to them: What will ye, therefore, that I do to him whom ye call king of the Jews?
13 Ей ау стригат дин ноу: „Рэстигнеште-Л!”
And they again cried out: Crucify him.
14 „Дар че рэу а фэкут?” ле-а зис Пилат. Ынсэ ей ау ынчепут сэ стриӂе ши май таре: „Рэстигнеште-Л!”
And Pilate said to them: But what evil hath he done? And they cried out the more: Crucify him.
15 Пилат а врут сэ факэ пе плакул нородулуй ши ле-а слобозит пе Бараба, яр пе Исус, дупэ че а пус сэ-Л батэ ку нуеле, Л-а дат сэ фие рэстигнит.
And Pilate was willing to gratify the wishes of the multitudes; and he released to them Bar Abas; and, having scourged Jesus, he delivered him to them to be crucified.
16 Осташий ау адус пе Исус ын курте, адикэ ын палат, ши ау адунат тоатэ чата осташилор.
And the soldiers led him into the hall which was the Praetorium; and they called together the whole regiment;
17 Л-ау ымбрэкат ынтр-о хайнэ де пурпурэ, ау ымплетит о кунунэ де спинь ши Й-ау пус-о пе кап.
and they clothed him in purple, and braided a crown of thorns and put upon him;
18 Апой ау ынчепут сэ-Й урезе ши сэ зикэ: „Плекэчуне, Ымпэратул иудеилор!”
and began to salute him with, " Hail, king of the Jews!"
19 Ши-Л ловяу ын кап ку о трестие, Ыл скуйпау, ынӂенункяу ши И се ынкинау.
And they smote him on the head with a reed and spit in his face, and bowed upon their knees and worshipped him.
20 Дупэ че шь-ау бэтут астфел жок де Ел, Л-ау дезбрэкат де хайна де пурпурэ, Л-ау ымбрэкат ын хайнеле Луй ши Л-ау дус сэ-Л рэстигняскэ.
And having mocked him, they divested him of the purple, and clothed him in his own garments, and led him forth to crucify him.
21 Ау силит сэ дукэ кручя луй Исус пе ун трекэтор каре се ынторчя де ла кымп, нумит Симон дин Чирене, татэл луй Александру ши ал луй Руфус.
And they compelled a passer-by, Simon the Cyrenian, the father of Alexander and Rufus, who was coming from the fields, to bear his cross.
22 Ши ау адус пе Исус ла локул нумит Голгота, каре, тэлмэчит, ынсямнэ: „Локул кэпэцыний”.
And they brought him to Golgotha, the place which is interpreted a Skull.
23 Й-ау дат сэ бя вин аместекат ку смирнэ, дар Ел ну л-а луат.
And they gave him to drink wine in which myrrh was mixed; and he would not receive it.
24 Дупэ че Л-ау рэстигнит, Й-ау ымпэрцит хайнеле ынтре ей трэгынд ла сорць, ка сэ штие че сэ я фиекаре.
And when they had crucified him, they divided his garments; and cast the lot upon them, what each should take.
25 Кынд Л-ау рэстигнит, ера часул ал трейля.
And it was the third hour when they crucified him.
26 Дясупра Луй ера скрисэ вина Луй: „Ымпэратул иудеилор”.
And the cause of his death was written in the inscription: THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
27 Ымпреунэ ку Ел ау рэстигнит дой тылхарь, унул ла дряпта ши алтул ла стынга Луй.
And they crucified with him two robbers, the one on his right hand, and the other on his left.
28 Астфел с-а ымплинит Скриптура, каре зиче: „А фост пус ын нумэрул челор фэрэделеӂе.”
And the scripture was fulfilled which saith: He was accounted among the wicked.
29 Трекэторий ышь бэтяу жок де Ел, дэдяу дин кап ши зичяу: „Уэ! Ту, каре стричь Темплул ши-л зидешть ла лок ын трей зиле,
And they also that passed by, reviled him; and, nodding their heads, they said: Aha, thou that destroyest the temple and buildest it in three days,
30 мынтуеште-Те пе Тине Ынсуць ши кобоарэ-Те де пе круче!”
rescue thyself, and come down from the cross.
31 Тот астфел ши преоций чей май де сямэ, ымпреунэ ку кэртурарий, ышь бэтяу жок де Ел ынтре ей ши зичяу: „Пе алций й-а мынтуит, ши пе Сине Ынсушь ну Се поате мынтуи!
And so also the chief priests, jeering one with another, and the Scribes, said: He gave life to others, his own life he cannot save.
32 Христосул, Ымпэратул луй Исраел, сэ Се кобоаре акум де пе круче, ка сэ ведем ши сэ кредем!” Чей рэстигниць ымпреунэ ку Ел, де асеменя, ышь бэтяу жок де Ел.
Let Messiah, the king of the Jews, now descend from the cross, that we may see it and believe in him. And those also who were crucified with him, derided him.
33 Ла часул ал шаселя, с-а фэкут ынтунерик песте тоатэ цара, пынэ ла часул ал ноуэля.
And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over all the land until the ninth hour.
34 Ши ын часул ал ноуэля, Исус а стригат ку глас таре: „Елой, Елой, Лама Сабактани?”, каре, тэлмэчит, ынсямнэ: „Думнезеул Меу, Думнезеул Меу, пентру че М-ай пэрэсит?”
And at the ninth hour, Jesus cried with a loud voice, and said: Il, Il, lemono shebakthone; that is: My God, my God; why hast thou forsaken me?
35 Уний дин чей че стэтяу аколо, кынд Л-ау аузит, зичяу: „Ятэ, кямэ пе Илие!”
And some of them that stood by, when they heard it, said: He calleth for Elijah.
36 Ши унул дин ей а алергат де а умплут ун бурете ку оцет, л-а пус ынтр-о трестие ши Й-а дат сэ бя, зикынд: „Лэсаць сэ ведем дакэ ва вени Илие сэ-Л кобоаре де пе круче!”
And one ran and filled a sponge with vinegar, and tied it on a reed, to offer him drink. And they said: Desist; let us see if Elijah will come to take him down.
37 Дар Исус а скос ун стригэт таре ши Шь-а дат духул.
And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and expired.
38 Пердяуа динэунтрул Темплулуй с-а рупт ын доуэ, де сус пынэ жос.
And the curtain of the door of the temple was rent, from the top to the bottom.
39 Суташул, каре ста ын фаца луй Исус, кынд а вэзут кэ Шь-а дат астфел духул, а зис: „Ку адевэрат, Омул ачеста ера Фиул луй Думнезеу!”
And when the centurion, who was standing near him, saw that he so cried and expired, he said: Verily, this was the Son of God.
40 Аколо ерау ши ниште фемей каре привяу де департе. Принтре еле ерау Мария Магдалена, Мария, мама луй Иаков чел мик ши а луй Иосе, ши Саломе,
And there were women looking on, from a distance, Mary Magdalena, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome;
41 каре, пе кынд ера Ел ын Галилея, мерӂяу дупэ Ел ши-Й служяу, ши мулте алте фемей каре се суисерэ ымпреунэ ку Ел ын Иерусалим.
who, when he was in Galilee adhered to him, and ministered to him; and many other women, who had come up with him to Jerusalem.
42 Кынд с-а ынсерат, фииндкэ ера Зиуа Прегэтирий, адикэ зиуа динаинтя Сабатулуй,
And, as it was the eve of preparation, which precedeth the sabbath,
43 а венит Иосиф дин Ариматея, ун сфетник ку вазэ ал соборулуй, каре ши ел аштепта Ымпэрэция луй Думнезеу. Ел а ындрэзнит сэ се дукэ ла Пилат ка сэ чарэ трупул луй Исус.
Joseph of Ramath, an honorable counsellor, who also himself waited for the kingdom of God, came, and assuming courage, went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
44 Пилат с-а мират кэ мурисе аша де курынд. А кемат пе суташ ши л-а ынтребат дакэ а мурит демулт.
And Pilate wondered that he should be already dead. And he called the centurion, and inquired if he had been any time dead.
45 Дупэ че с-а ынкрединцат де ла суташ кэ а мурит, а дэруит луй Иосиф трупул.
And when he learned it, he gave his body to Joseph.
46 Ши Иосиф а кумпэрат о пынзэ субцире де ин, а дат жос пе Исус де пе круче, Л-а ынфэшурат ын пынза де ин ши Л-а пус ынтр-ун мормынт сэпат ын стынкэ. Апой а прэвэлит о пятрэ ла уша мормынтулуй.
And Joseph bought fine linen, and took it down, and wrapped it in the linen, and deposited it in a sepulchre that was hewed in a rock, and rolled a stone against the door of the sepulchre.
47 Мария Магдалена ши Мария мама луй Иосе се уйтау унде-Л пуняу.
And Mary Magdalena and Mary the mother of Joses saw where he was laid.
