Лука 17
1 Исус а зис ученичилор Сэй: „Естеку непутинцэ сэ ну винэ прилежурь де пэкэтуире, дар вай де ачела прин каре вин!
Jesus said to his disciples, “It is inevitable that there should be temptations but sorrow awaits the person who does the tempting!
2 Ар фи май де фолос пентру ел сэ и се леӂе о пятрэ де моарэ де гыт ши сэ фие арункат ын маре, декыт сэ факэ пе унул дин ачешть микуць сэ пэкэтуяскэ.
It would be better for them if they had been flung into the sea with a millstone around their neck, rather than that they should cause even one of these little ones to stumble.
3 Луаць сяма ла вой ыншивэ! Дакэ фрателе тэу пэкэтуеште ымпотрива та, мустрэ-л! Ши дакэ-й паре рэу, яртэ-л!
Be on your guard! If your brother or sister does wrong, rebuke them; but if they repent, forgive them.
4 Ши кяр дакэ пэкэтуеште ымпотрива та де шапте орь пе зи ши де шапте орь пе зи се ынтоарче ла тине ши зиче: ‘Ымь паре рэу!’ сэ-л ерць.”
Even if they wrong you seven times a day, but turns to you every time and says ‘I am sorry,’ you must forgive them.”
5 Апостолий ау зис Домнулуй: „Мэреште-не крединца!”
“Give us more faith,” said the apostles to the Master;
6 Ши Домнул а зис: „Дакэ аць авя крединцэ кыт ун грэунте де муштар, аць зиче дудулуй ачестуя: ‘Дезрэдэчинязэ-те ши сэдеште-те ын маре’, ши в-ар аскулта.
but the Master said, “If your faith were only like a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
7 Чине динтре вой, дакэ аре ун роб каре арэ сау паште оиле, ый ва зиче кынд вине де ла кымп: ‘Вино ындатэ ши шезь ла масэ’?
Which of you, if he had a servant ploughing, or tending the sheep, would say to him, when he came in from the fields, ‘Come at once and take your place at the table,’
8 Ну-й ва зиче май деграбэ: ‘Гэтеште-мьсэ мэнынк, ынчинӂе-те ши служеште-мь пынэ вой мынка ши вой бя еу; дупэ ачея, вей мынка ши вей бя ши ту’?
Instead of saying ‘Prepare my dinner, and then make yourself ready and serve me while I am eating and drinking, and after that you will eat and drink yourself’?
9 Ва рэмыне ел ындаторат фацэ де робул ачела, пентру кэ робул а фэкут че-й фусесе порунчит? Ну кред.
Does he feel grateful to his servant for doing what he is told?
10 Тот аша ши вой, дупэ че вець фаче тот че ви с-а порунчит, сэ зичець: ‘Сунтем ниште робьнетребничь; ам фэкут че ерам даторь сэ фачем.’”
And so with you – when you have done all that you have been told, still say ‘We are but useless servants; we have done no more than we ought to have done.’”
11 Исус мерӂя спре Иерусалим ши а трекут принтре Самария ши Галилея.
On the way to Jerusalem Jesus passed between Samaria and Galilee.
12 Пе кынд интра ынтр-ун сат, Л-ау ынтымпинат зече лепрошь. Ей ау стат департе,
As he was entering a village, ten lepers met him.
13 шь-ау ридикат гласул ши ау зис: „Исусе, Ынвэцэторуле, ай милэ де ной!”
Standing still, some distance off, they called out loudly, “Jesus! Sir! Pity us!”
14 Кынд й-а вэзут Исус, ле-а зис: „Дучеци-вэши арэтаци-вэ преоцилор!” Ши пе кынд се дучяу, ау фост курэциць.
When Jesus saw them, he said, “Go and show yourselves to the priest.” And, as they were on their way, they were made clean.
15 Унул дин ей, кынд с-а вэзут виндекат, с-а ынторс, слэвинд пе Думнезеу ку глас таре.
One of them, finding he was cured, came back, praising God loudly,
16 С-а арункат ку фаца ла пэмынт ла пичоареле луй Исус ши Й-а мулцумит. Ера самаритян.
and threw himself on his face at Jesus’ feet, thanking him for what he had done; and this man was a Samaritan.
17 Исус а луат кувынтул ши а зис: „Оаре н-ау фост курэциць тоць чей зече? Дар чейлалць ноуэ унде сунт?
“Were not all the ten made clean? exclaimed Jesus. But the nine – where are they?
18 Ну с-а гэсит декыт стрэинул ачеста сэ се ынтоаркэ ши сэ дя славэ луй Думнезеу?”
Were there none to come back and praise God except this foreigner?
19 Апой й-а зис: „Скоалэ-те ши плякэ; крединца та те-а мынтуит.”
Get up,” he said to him, “and go on your way. Your faith has delivered you.”
20 Фарисеий ау ынтребат пе Исус кынд ва вени Ымпэрэция луй Думнезеу. Дрепт рэспунс, Ел ле-а зис: „Ымпэрэция луй Думнезеу ну вине ын аша фел ка сэ избяскэ привириле.
Being once asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God was to come, Jesus answered, “The kingdom of God does not come in a way that can be seen,
21 Нусе ва зиче: ‘Уйте-о аич’ сау ‘Уйте-о аколо!’ Кэч ятэ кэ Ымпэрэциялуй Думнезеу есте ынэунтрул востру.”
nor will people say ‘Look, here it is!’ or ‘There it is!’; for the kingdom of God is within you!
22 Ши а зис ученичилор: „Ворвени зиле кынд вець дори сэ ведець уна дин зилеле Фиулуй омулуй, ши н-о вець ведя.
The day will come,” he said to his disciples, “when you will long to see but one of the days of the Son of Man, and will not see it.
23 Висе ва зиче: ‘Ятэ-Л аич, ятэ-Л аколо!’ Сэ ну вэ дучець, нич сэ ну-й урмаць.
People will say to you ‘There he is!’ Or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go and follow them.
24 Кэч, кум есе фулӂерул ши луминязэ де ла о марӂине а черулуй пынэ ла чялалтэ, аша ва фи ши Фиул омулуй ын зиуа Са.
For, just as lightning will lighten and flare from one side of the heavens to the other, so will it be with the Son of Man.
25 Дар, май ынтый, требуе сэ суфере мулте ши сэ фие лепэдат де нямул ачеста.
But first he must undergo much suffering, and he must be rejected by the present generation.
26 Чес-а ынтымплат ын зилеле луй Ное, се ва ынтымпла ла фел ши ын зилеле Фиулуй омулуй:
As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be again in the days of the Son of Man.
27 мынкау, бяу, се ынсурау ши се мэритау пынэ ын зиуа кынд а интрат Ное ын корабие; ши а венит потопул ши й-а прэпэдит пе тоць.
They were eating and drinking and marrying and being married, up to the very day on which Noah entered the ark, and then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 Чес-а ынтымплат ын зилеле луй Лот, се ва ынтымпла аидома: оамений мынкау, бяу, кумпэрау, виндяу, сэдяу, зидяу,
So, too, in the days of Lot. People were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building;
29 дар, ын зиуа кынд а ешит Лот дин Содома, а плоуат фок ши пучоасэ дин чер ши й-а пердут пе тоць.
but, on the very day on which Lot came out of Sodom, it rained fire and sulfur from the skies and destroyed them all.
30 Тот аша ва фи ши ын зиуа кынд Сева арэта Фиул омулуй.
It will be the same on the day on which the Son of Man reveals himself.
31 Ын зиуа ачея, чинева фи пе акоперишул касей ши ышь ва авя васеле ын касэ сэ ну се кобоаре сэ ле я ши чине ва фи пе кымп, де асеменя, сэ ну се май ынтоаркэ.
On that day, if a person is on their house-top and their goods in the house, they must not go down to get them; nor again must one who is on the farm turn back.
32 Адучеци-вэаминте де неваста луй Лот.
Remember Lot’s wife.
33 Орьчинева кэута сэ-шь скапе вяца о ва перде ши орьчине о ва перде о ва гэси.
Whoever is eager to get the most out of their life will lose it; but whoever will lose it will preserve it.
34 Вэ спункэ, ын ноаптя ачея, дой иншь вор фи ын ачелашь пат, унул ва фи луат ши алтул ва фи лэсат;
On that night, I tell you, of two people on the same bed, one will be taken and the other left;
35 доуэ фемей вор мэчина ымпреунэ: уна ва фи луатэ ши алта ва фи лэсатэ.
of two women grinding grain together, one will be taken and the other left.”
36 Дой бэрбаць вор фи ла кымп: унул ва фи луат ши алтул ва фи лэсат.”
37 Ученичий Л-ау ынтребат: „Унде, Доамне?” Яр Ел а рэспунс: „Ундева фи трупул, аколо се вор стрынӂе вултурий.”
“Where will it be, Master?” asked the disciples. “Where there is a body,” said Jesus, “there will the vultures flock.”
