1 Вай, ын че ынтунечиме а арункат Домнул, ын мыния Луй, пе фийка Сионулуй! А азвырлит дин чер пе пэмынт подоаба луй Исраел ши ну Шь-а май адус аминте де скаунул пичоарелор Луй ын зиуа мынией Луй!
ALEPH. O how the Lord has covered the daughter of Zion with gloom in his fury! O how he has thrown down from heaven to earth the famous one of Israel, and he has not remembered his footstool in the day of his fury.
2 Домнул а нимичит фэрэ милэ тоате локуинцеле луй Иаков. Ын урӂия Луй, а дэрымат ынтэритуриле фийчей луй Иуда ши ле-а прэвэлит ла пэмынт; а фэкут де окарэ ымпэрэция ши кэпетенииле ей.
BETH. The Lord has cast down, and he has not been lenient, with all the beauties of Jacob. In his fury, he has destroyed the fortifications of the virgin of Judah, and he has thrown them down to the ground. He has polluted the kingdom and its leaders.
3 Ын мыния Луй апринсэ, а доборыт тоатэ путеря луй Исраел; Шь-а трас ынапой де ла ел дряпта ынаинтя врэжмашулуй ши а апринс ын Иаков о вэпае де фок каре мистуе тоате де жур ымпрежур.
GHIMEL. In the anger of his fury, he has broken the entire horn of Israel. He has drawn back his right hand before the face of the enemy. And he has kindled within Jacob a flaming fire, devouring all around.
4 Шь-а ынкордат аркул ка ун врэжмаш, Шь-а ридикат дряпта ка ун асупритор ши а прэпэдит тот че ера плэкут привирилор; Шь-а вэрсат ка ун фок урӂия песте кортул фийчей Сионулуй.
DALETH. He has bent his bow like an enemy. He has fixed his right hand like an adversary. And he has cut down all that was beautiful to behold in the tabernacle of the daughter of Zion. He has poured out his indignation like fire.
5 Ка ун врэжмаш а ажунс Домнул: а нимичит пе Исраел, й-а дэрымат тоате палателе, й-а прэбушит ынтэритуриле ши а умплут пе фийка луй Иуда де жале ши суспин.
HE. The Lord has become like an enemy. He has thrown down Israel. He has thrown down all of his defenses. He has torn apart his fortifications. And he has filled the daughter of Judah with humbled men and humbled women.
6 Й-а пустиит кортул сфынт ка пе о грэдинэ, а нимичит локул адунэрий сале; Домнул а фэкут сэ се уйте ын Сион сэрбэториле ши Сабатул ши, ын мыния Луй нэпрасникэ, а лепэдат пе ымпэрат ши пе преот.
VAU. And he has torn apart her tent like a garden. He has demolished her tabernacle. In Zion, the Lord has delivered feast and Sabbath into oblivion, and king and priest into disgrace, and into the indignation of his fury.
7 Домнул Шь-а диспрецуит алтарул, Шь-а лепэдат Локашул Сэу чел Сфынт. А дат ын мыниле врэжмашулуй зидуриле палателор Сионулуй; ау рэсунат стригэтеле ын Каса Домнулуй ка ынтр-о зи де сэрбэтоаре.
ZAIN. The Lord has pushed away his own altar. He has cursed his own sanctuary. He has delivered the walls of its towers into the hand of the enemy. They have made a noise in the house of the Lord, as if on the day of a solemnity.
8 Шь-а пус де гынд Домнул сэ дэрыме зидуриле фийчей Сионулуй; а ынтинс сфоара де мэсурат ши ну Шь-а трас мына пынэ ну ле-а нимичит. А куфундат ын жале ынтэритура ши зидуриле, каре ну май сунт, тоате, декыт ниште дэрымэтурь тристе.
HETH. The Lord has decided to tear down the wall of the daughter of Zion. He has stretched out his measuring line, and he has not turned away his hand from perdition. And the rampart has mourned, and with the wall it has been torn apart.
9 Порциле ый сунт куфундате ын пэмынт; й-а нимичит ши рупт зэвоареле. Ымпэратул ши кэпетенииле сале сунт ынтре нямурь. Леӂе ну май ау ши кяр пророчий ну май примеск ничо ведение де ла Домнул.
TETH. Her gates have been buried in the ground. He has ruined and crushed its bars. Her king and her princes are with the Gentiles. There is no law, and her prophets have found no vision from the Lord.
10 Бэтрыний фийчей Сионулуй шед пе пэмынт ши так; шь-ау пресэрат цэрынэ пе кап, с-ау ынчинс ку сачь; фечоареле Иерусалимулуй ышь плякэ ла пэмынт капул.
JOD. The elders of the daughter of Zion have become idle; they sit on the ground. They have sprinkled their heads with ashes. They have been wrapped with haircloth. The virgins of Jerusalem have cast their heads down to the ground.
11 Ми с-ау сторс окий де лакримь, ымь ферб мэрунтаеле, ми се варсэ фикатул пе пэмынт дин причина прэпэдулуй фийчей попорулуй меу, дин причина копиилор ши прунчилор де цыцэ лешинаць пе улицеле четэций.
CAPH. My eyes have exhausted their tears. My internal organs have become disturbed. My liver has been poured out on the earth, over the grief of the daughter of my people, when the little ones and the infants passed away in the streets of the town.
12 Ей зичяу кэтре мамеле лор: „Унде есте пыне ши вин?” ши кэдяу лешинаць ка ниште рэниць пе улицеле четэций, ышь дэдяу суфлетул ла пептул мамелор лор.
LAMED. They said to their mothers, “Where is the wheat and the wine?” when they fell like the wounded in the streets of the city, when they breathed out their lives into the bosoms of their mothers.
13 Ку че сэ те ымбэрбэтез ши ку че сэ те асемэн, фийка Иерусалимулуй? Ку чине сэ те пун алэтурь ши ку че сэ те мынгый, фечоарэ, фийка Сионулуй? Кэч рана та есте маре ка маря. Чине ва путя сэ те виндече?
MEM. To what shall I compare you, or to what shall I liken you, O daughter of Jerusalem? To what shall I equate you, so as to console you, O virgin daughter of Zion? For your destruction is as great as the sea. Who will cure you?
14 Пророчий тэй ць-ау пророчит ведений дешарте ши амэӂитоаре, ну ць-ау дат пе фацэ нелеӂюиря ка сэ абатэ астфел робия де ла тине, чи ць-ау фэкут пророчий минчиноасе ши ыншелэтоаре.
NUN. Your prophets have seen false and foolish things for you. And they have not laid open your iniquity, so as to provoke you to repentance. Yet they have seen for you false revelations and banishments.
15 Тоць трекэторий бат дин палме асупра та, шуерэ ши дау дин кап ымпотрива фийчей Иерусалимулуй ши зик: „Ачаста есте четатя деспре каре се зичя кэ есте чя май фрумоасэ ши букурия ынтрегулуй пэмынт?”
SAMECH. All those who passed by the way have clapped their hands over you. They have hissed and shook their heads over the daughter of Jerusalem, saying, “Is this the city of perfect dignity, the joy of all the earth?”
16 Тоць врэжмаший тэй дескид гура ымпотрива та, флуерэ, скрышнеск дин динць ши зик: „Ам ынгицит-о! Да, ачаста есте зиуа пе каре о аштептам; ам ажунс-о ши о ведем!”
PHE. All your enemies have opened their mouth over you. They have hissed and gnashed their teeth, and they said: “We will devour her. Yes, this is the day we waited for. We have found it, we have seen it.”
17 Домнул а ынфэптуит че хотэрысе, а ымплинит кувынтул пе каре-л сорочисе де мултэ време, а нимичит фэрэ милэ; а фэкут дин тине букурия врэжмашулуй, а ынэлцат тэрия асуприторилор тэй!
AIN. The Lord has done what he decided to do. He has fulfilled his word, which he instructed since the days of antiquity. He has destroyed, and he has not been lenient, and he has caused the enemy to rejoice over you, and he has exalted the horn of your adversaries.
18 Инима лор стригэ кэтре Домнул: „Зид ал фийчей Сионулуй, варсэ зи ши ноапте широае де лакримь! Ну-ць да ничун рэгаз ши окюл тэу сэ ну айбэ одихнэ!
SADE. Their heart cried out to the Lord from the walls of the daughter of Zion. Let tears run down like a torrent throughout the day and the night. Do not give rest to yourself, and do not allow the pupil of your eye to cease.
19 Скоалэ-те ши ӂемь ноаптя, кынд ынчеп стрэжиле! Варсэ-ць инима ка ниште апэ ынаинтя Домнулуй! Ридикэ-ць мыниле спре Ел пентру вяца копиилор тэй, каре мор де фоаме ла тоате колцуриле улицелор!”
COPH. Rise up. Give praise in the night, in the first of the watches. Pour out your heart like water before the sight of the Lord. Lift up your hands to him on behalf of the souls of your little ones, who have passed away from famine at the head of all the crossroads.
20 „Уйтэ-Те, Доамне, ши привеште! Куй й-ай фэкут Ту аша? Сэ мэнынче фемеиле родул пынтечелуй лор, прунчий дезмердаць де мыниле лор? Сэ фие мэчелэриць преоций ши пророчий ын Локашул чел Сфынт ал Домнулуй?
RES. O Lord, see and consider those whom you have made into such a vintage. So then, shall women eat their own fruit, little ones measured by the palm of the hand? Shall priest and prophet be killed in the sanctuary of the Lord?
21 Копиий ши бэтрыний стау кулкаць пе пэмынт ын улице; фечоареле ши тинерий мей ау кэзут учишь де сабие; й-ай учис ын зиуа мынией Тале ши й-ай ынжунгият фэрэ милэ.
SIN. The boy and the old man lie down on the ground outside. My virgins and my youths have fallen by the sword. You have slain them in the day of your fury. You have struck down, and you have not shown pity.
22 Ай кемат гроаза дин тоате пэрциле песте мине, ка ла о зи де сэрбэтоаре. Ын зиуа мынией Домнулуй, н-а скэпат унул ши н-а рэмас ку вяцэ. Пе чей ынгрижиць ши крескуць де мине, ми й-а нимичит врэжмашул!”
THAU. You have called, as if to a day of solemnity, those who would terrify me all around. And there was no one, in the day of the fury of the Lord, who escaped or was left behind. Those whom I educated and nourished, my enemy has consumed.
