1 Дупэ че а испрэвит тот попорул де трекут Йорданул, Домнул а зис луй Иосуа:
And it came to pass, when all the people had finished passing over the Jordan, That the Lord said unto Joshua, as followeth,
2 „Я дойспрезече бэрбаць дин попор, кыте ун бэрбат дин фиекаре семинцие.
Take yourselves twelve men out of the people, one man each out of every tribe,
3 Дэ-ле порунка урмэтоаре: ‘Луаць де аич, дин мижлокул Йорданулуй, дин локул унде с-ау оприт преоций, доуэспрезече петре, пе каре сэ ле дучець ку вой ши сэ ле пунець ын локул унде вець петрече ноаптя ачаста.’”
And command ye them, saying, Take yourselves hence out of the midst of the Jordan, out of the place where the priests' feet stood firmly, twelve stones, and ye shall carry them over with you, and leave them in the lodging-place, where ye will lodge this night.
4 Иосуа а кемат пе чей дойспрезече бэрбаць пе каре й-а алес динтре копиий луй Исраел, кыте ун бэрбат де фиекаре семинцие,
Then did Joshua call the twelve men, whom he had appointed out of the children of Israel, one man each out of every tribe:
5 ши ле-а зис: „Тречець ынаинтя кивотулуй Домнулуй Думнезеулуй востру, ын мижлокул Йорданулуй, ши фиекаре дин вой сэ я о пятрэ пе умэр, дупэ нумэрул семинциилор копиилор луй Исраел,
And Joshua said unto them, Pass over before the ark of the Lord your God into the midst of the Jordan, and take yourselves up every man one stone upon his shoulder, according unto the number of the tribes of the children of Israel;
6 пентру ка ачеста сэ фие ун семн де адучере аминте ын мижлокул востру. Кынд вор ынтреба копиий воштри ынтр-о зи: ‘Че ынсямнэ петреле ачестя пентру вой?’,
In order that this may be a sign among you, when your children ask in time to come, saying, What mean ye by these stones?
7 сэ ле спунець: ‘Апеле Йорданулуй с-ау деспикат ын доуэ ынаинтя кивотулуй легэмынтулуй Домнулуй; кынд а трекут кивотул Йорданул, апеле Йорданулуй с-ау деспикат ын доуэ’, ши петреле ачестя сэ фие тотдяуна о адучере аминте пентру копиий луй Исраел.”
That ye shall answer them, That the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord; when it passed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off; and these stones shall be for a memorial unto the children of Israel for ever.
8 Копиий луй Исраел ау фэкут аша кум ле порунчисе Иосуа. Ау луат доуэспрезече петре дин мижлокул Йорданулуй, кум спусесе луй Иосуа Домнул, дупэ нумэрул семинциилор копиилор луй Исраел, ле-ау луат ку ей ши ле-ау пус ын локул унде авяу сэ рэмынэ песте ноапте.
And the children of Israel did so as Joshua had commanded; and they took up twelve stones out of the midst of the Jordan, as the Lord had spoken unto Joshua, according to the number of the tribes of the children of Israel; and they carried them over with them unto the place where they lodged, and laid them down there.
9 Иосуа а ридикат ши ел доуэспрезече петре ын мижлокул Йорданулуй, ын локул унде се оприсерэ пичоареле преоцилор каре дучяу кивотул легэмынтулуй, ши еле ау рэмас аколо пынэ ын зиуа де азь.
Twelve stones also did Joshua set up in the midst of the Jordan, on the spot where the feet of the priests who bore the ark of the covenant had stood: and they have remained there unto this day.
10 Преоций каре дучяу кивотул ау стат ын мижлокул Йорданулуй пынэ ла деплина ымплинире а челор че порунчисе луй Иосуа Домнул сэ спунэ попорулуй, потривит ку тот че порунчисе Мойсе луй Иосуа. Ши попорул с-а грэбит сэ трякэ.
But the priests who bore the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan, until every thing was finished that the Lord had commanded Joshua to speak unto the people, according to all that Moses had commanded Joshua; and the people hastened and passed over.
11 Дупэ че а испрэвит де трекут тот попорул, кивотул Домнулуй ши преоций ау трекут ынаинтя попорулуй.
And it came to pass, when all the people had finished passing over, that the ark of the Lord passed over with the priests in the presence of the people.
12 Фиий луй Рубен, фиий луй Гад ши жумэтате дин семинция луй Манасе ау трекут ынармаць ынаинтя копиилор луй Исраел, кум ле спусесе Мойсе.
And the children of Reuben, and the children of Gad, and the half tribe of Menasseh, passed over armed before the children of Israel, as Moses had spoken unto them:
13 Апроапе патрузечь де мий де бэрбаць прегэтиць де рэзбой ау трекут гата де луптэ ынаинтя Домнулуй ын кымпия Иерихонулуй.
About forty thousand ready armed for war, did they pass over before the Lord unto battle, to the plains of Jericho.
14 Ын зиуа ачея, Домнул а ынэлцат пе Иосуа ынаинтя ынтрегулуй Исраел ши с-ау темут де ел, кум се темусерэ де Мойсе, ын тоате зилеле веций луй.
On that day the Lord made Joshua great in the eyes of all Israel; and they feared him, as they had feared Moses, all the days of his life.
15 Домнул а зис луй Иосуа:
And the Lord said unto Joshua, as followeth,
16 „Порунчеште преоцилор каре дук кивотул мэртурией сэ ясэ дин Йордан.”
Command the priests that bear the ark of the testimony, that they come up out of the Jordan.
17 Ши Иосуа а порунчит преоцилор: „Ешиць дин Йордан.”
And Joshua commanded the priests, saying, Come ye up out of the Jordan.
18 Кынд ау ешит преоций каре дучяу кивотул легэмынтулуй Домнулуй дин мижлокул Йорданулуй ши кынд ау кэлкат ку талпа пичоарелор пе ускат, апеле Йорданулуй с-ау ынторс ла локул лор ши с-ау ревэрсат ка май ынаинте песте тоате малуриле луй.
And it came to pass, when the priests that bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord were come up out of the midst of the Jordan, the soles of the feet of the priests were lifted up unto the dry land, that the waters of the Jordan returned unto their place, and flowed over all its banks, as on the preceding days.
19 Попорул а ешит дин Йордан ын зиуа а зечя а луний ынтый ши а тэбэрыт ла Гилгал, ла марӂиня де рэсэрит а Иерихонулуй.
And the people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and encamped in Gilgal, on the extreme eastern border of Jericho.
20 Иосуа а ридикат ла Гилгал челе доуэспрезече петре пе каре ле луасерэ дин Йордан.
And those twelve stones, which they had taken out of the Jordan, did Joshua set up in Gilgal.
21 Ел а зис копиилор луй Исраел: „Кынд вор ынтреба копиий воштри ынтр-о зи пе пэринций лор: ‘Че ынсямнэ петреле ачестя?’
And he said unto the children of Israel, thus, When your children shall ask in time to come their fathers, saying, What mean these stones?
22 сэ ынвэцаць пе копиий воштри ши сэ ле спунець: ‘Исраел а трекут Йорданул ачеста пе ускат.’
Then shall ye let your children know, saying, On dry land did Israel pass over this Jordan;
23 Кэч Домнул Думнезеул востру а секат ынаинтя воастрэ апеле Йорданулуй пынэ че аць трекут, дупэ кум фэкусе Домнул Думнезеул востру ла Маря Рошие, пе каре а секат-о ынаинтя ноастрэ пынэ ам трекут,
That the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan from before you, until ye were passed over, as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea, which he dried up from before us, until we were gone over;
24 пентру ка тоате попоареле пэмынтулуй сэ штие кэ мына Домнулуй есте путерникэ ши сэ вэ темець тотдяуна де Домнул Думнезеул востру.”
In order that all the nations of the earth may know the hand of the Lord, that it is mighty; in order that ye may fear the Lord your God all the days.
