Иоан 18
1 Дупэ че а ростит ачесте ворбе, Исус а плекат ку ученичий Сэй динколо де пырыул Кедрон, унде ера о грэдинэ, ын каре ау интрат Ел ши ученичий Луй.
When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples.
2 Иуда, вынзэторул, штия ши ел локул ачела, пентру кэ Исус де мулте орь Се адунасе аколо ку ученичий Луй.
And Judas also, which betrayed him, knew the place: for Jesus frequently resorted thither with his disciples.
3 Иуда деч а луат чата осташилор ши пе апрозий тримишь де преоций чей май де сямэ ши де фарисей ши а венит аколо ку фелинаре, ку фэклий ши ку арме.
Judas then, having received a band of men and officers from the chief priests and Pharisees, comes thither with lanterns and torches and weapons.
4 Исус, каре штия тот че авя сэ И се ынтымпле, а мерс спре ей ши ле-а зис: „Пе чине кэутаць?”
Jesus therefore, knowing all things that should come upon him, went forth, and said unto them, Whom seek all of you?
5 Ей Й-ау рэспунс: „Пе Исус дин Назарет!” Исус ле-а зис: „Еу сунт!” Иуда, вынзэторул, ера ши ел ку ей.
They answered him, Jesus of Nazareth. Jesus says unto them, I am he. And Judas also, which betrayed him, stood with them.
6 Кынд ле-а зис Исус: „Еу сунт”, ей с-ау дат ынапой ши ау кэзут ла пэмынт.
As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.
7 Ел й-а ынтребат дин ноу: „Пе чине кэутаць?” „Пе Исус дин Назарет”, Й-ау зис ей.
Then asked he them again, Whom seek all of you? And they said, Jesus of Nazareth.
8 Исус а рэспунс: „В-ам спус кэ Еу сунт. Деч, дакэ Мэ кэутаць пе Мине, лэсаць пе ачештя сэ се дукэ.”
Jesus answered, I have told you that I am he: if therefore all of you seek me, let these go their way:
9 А зис лукрул ачеста ка сэ се ымплиняскэ ворба пе каре о спусесе: „Н-ам пердут пеничунул дин ачея пе каре Ми й-ай дат.”
That the saying (logos) might be fulfilled, which he spoke, Of them which you gave me have I lost none.
10 Симон Петру, каре авя о сабие, а скос-о, а ловит пе робул марелуй преот ши й-а тэят урекя дряптэ. Робул ачела се нумя Малху.
Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and stroke the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear. The servant's name was Malchus.
11 Исус а зис луй Петру: „Багэ-ць сабия ын тякэ. Ну вой бя пахарулпе каре Ми л-а дат Татэл сэ-л бяу?”
Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up your sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father has given me, shall I not drink it?
12 Чата осташилор, кэпитанул лор ши апрозий иудеилор ау принс деч пе Исус ши Л-ау легат.
Then the band and the captain and officers of the Jews took Jesus, and bound him,
13 Л-ау дус ынтый ла Ана, кэч ел ера сокрул луй Каяфа, каре ера маре преот ын анул ачела.
And led him away to Annas first; for he was father in law to Caiaphas, which was the high priest that same year.
14 Ши Каяфа ера чел че дэдусе иудеилор сфатул ачеста: „Есте де фолос сэ моарэ ун сингур ом пентру нород.”
Now Caiaphas was he, which gave counsel to the Jews, that it was expedient that one man should die for the people.
15 Симон Петру мерӂя дупэ Исус; тот аша а фэкут ши ун алт ученик. Ученикул ачеста ера куноскут де мареле преот ши а интрат ку Исус ын куртя марелуй преот.
And Simon Peter followed Jesus, and so did another disciple: that disciple was known unto the high priest, and went in with Jesus into the palace of the high priest.
16 Петру ынсэ а рэмас афарэ ла ушэ. Челэлалт ученик, каре ера куноскут марелуй преот, а ешит афарэ, а ворбит ку портэрица ши а бэгат пе Петру ынэунтру.
But Peter stood at the door without. Then went out that other disciple, which was known unto the high priest, and spoke unto her that kept the door, and brought in Peter.
17 Атунч, служника, портэрица, а зис луй Петру: „Ну кумва ши ту ешть унул дин ученичий Омулуй ачестуя?” „Ну сунт”, а рэспунс ел.
Then says the damsel that kept the door unto Peter, Are not you also one of this man's disciples? He says, I am not.
18 Робий ши апрозий каре ерау аколо фэкусерэ ун фок де кэрбунь, кэч ера фриг, ши се ынкэлзяу. Петру стэтя ши ел ку ей ши се ынкэлзя.
And the servants and officers stood there, who had made a fire of coals; for it was cold: and they warmed themselves: and Peter stood with them, and warmed himself.
19 Мареле преот а ынтребат пе Исус деспре ученичий Луй ши деспре ынвэцэтура Луй.
The high priest then asked Jesus of his disciples, and of his doctrine.
20 Исус й-а рэспунс: „Еуам ворбит лумий пе фацэ; тотдяуна ам ынвэцат пе нород ын синагогэ ши ын Темплу, унде се адунэ тоць иудеий, ши н-ам спус нимик ын аскунс.
Jesus answered him, I spoke openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, where the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.
21 Пентру че Мэ ынтребь пе Мине? Ынтрябэ пе чей че М-ау аузит деспре че ле-ам ворбит; ятэ, ачея штиу че ам спус.”
Why ask you me? ask them which heard me, what I have said unto them: behold, they know what I said.
22 Ла аузул ачестор кувинте, унул дин апрозий каре стэтяу аколо а дат о палмэ луй Исус ши а зис: „Аша рэспунзь марелуй преот?”
And when he had thus spoken, one of the officers which stood by struck Jesus with the palm of his hand, saying, Answer you the high priest so?
23 Исус й-а рэспунс: „Дакэ ам ворбит рэу, аратэ че ам спус рэу, дар, дакэ ам ворбит бине, де че Мэ баць?”
Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil, bear witness of the evil: but if well, why smite you me?
24 Ана Л-а тримис легат ла мареле преот Каяфа.
Now Annas had sent him bound unto Caiaphas the high priest.
25 Симон Петру стэтя аколо ши се ынкэлзя. Ей й-ау зис: „Ну кумва ешть ши ту унул дин ученичий Луй?” Ел с-а лепэдат ши а зис: „Ну сунт.”
And Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Are not you also one of his disciples? He denied it, and said, I am not.
26 Унул дин робий марелуй преот, рудэ ку ачела кэруя ый тэясе Петру урекя, а зис: „Ну те-ам вэзут еу ку Ел ын грэдинэ?”
One of the servants of the high priest, being his kinsman whose ear Peter cut off, says, Did not I see you in the garden with him?
27 Петру яр с-а лепэдат. Ши ындатэ а кынтат кокошул.
Peter then denied again: and immediately the cock crew.
28 Ау адус пе Исус де ла Каяфа ын одая де жудекатэ. Ера диминяцэ. Ей н-ау интрат ын одая де жудекатэ, ка сэ ну се спурче ши сэ поатэ мынка Паштеле.
Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.
29 Пилат деч а ешит афарэ ла ей ши ле-а зис: „Че пырэ адучець ымпотрива Омулуй ачестуя?”
Pilate then went out unto them, and said, What accusation bring all of you against this man?
30 Дрепт рэспунс, ей й-ау зис: „Дакэ н-ар фи фост ун фэкэтор де реле, ну Л-ам фи дат ной ын мыниле тале.”
They answered and said unto him, If he were not a villain, we would not have delivered him up unto you.
31 Атунч, Пилат ле-а зис: „Луаци-Л вой ши жудекаци-Л дупэ Леӂя воастрэ.” „Ноуэ ну не есте ынгэдуит де Леӂе сэ оморым пе нимень”, й-ау зис иудеий.
Then said Pilate unto them, Take all of you him, and judge him according to your law. The Jews therefore said unto him, It is not lawful for us to put any man to death:
32 Ачаста с-а ынтымплат ка сэ се ымплиняскэ ворба прин каре арэтасе Исус ку че моарте авя сэ моарэ.
That the saying (logos) of Jesus might be fulfilled, which he spoke, signifying what death he should die.
33 Пилат а интрат ярэшь ын одая де жудекатэ, а кемат пе Исус ши Й-а зис: „Ешть Ту Ымпэратул иудеилор?”
Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Are you the King of the Jews?
34 Исус й-а рэспунс: „Де ла тине ынсуць зичь лукрул ачеста сау ци л-ау спус алций деспре Мине?”
Jesus answered him, Say you this thing of yourself, or did others tell it you of me?
35 Пилат а рэспунс: „Еу сунт иудеу? Нямул Тэу ши преоций чей май де сямэ Те-ау дат ын мына мя. Че ай фэкут?”
Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? your own nation and the chief priests have delivered you unto me: what have you done?
36 „ЫмпэрэцияМя ну есте дин лумя ачаста”, а рэспунс Исус. „Дакэ ар фи Ымпэрэция Мя дин лумя ачаста, служиторий Мей с-ар фи луптат ка сэ ну фиу дат ын мыниле иудеилор, дар, акум, Ымпэрэция Мя ну естеде аич.”
Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from behind.
37 „Атунч, ун Ымпэрат тот ешть!” Й-а зис Пилат. „Да”, а рэспунс Исус. „Еу сунт Ымпэрат. Еу пентру ачаста М-ам нэскут ши ам венит ын луме, ка сэ мэртурисеск деспре адевэр. Орьчине есте дин адевэр аскултэ гласул Меу.”
Pilate therefore said unto him, Are you a king then? Jesus answered, You say that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth hears my voice.
38 Пилат Й-а зис: „Че есте адевэрул?” Дупэ че а спус ачесте ворбе, а ешит ярэшь афарэ ла иудей ши ле-а зис: „Еу ну гэсеск ничо винэ ын Ел.
Pilate says unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and says unto them, I find in him no fault at all.
39 Дар, фииндкэ вой авець обичей сэ вэ слобозеск пе чинева де Паште, врець сэ вэ слобозеск пе „Ымпэратул иудеилор?””
But all of you have a custom, that I should release unto you one at the passover: will all of you therefore that I release unto you the King of the Jews?
40 Атунч, тоць ау стригат дин ноу: „Ну пе Ел, чи пе Бараба!” Ши Бараба ера ун тылхар.
Then cried they all again, saying, Not this man, but Barabbas. Now Barabbas was a robber.
