Йов 4
1 Елифаз дин Теман а луат кувынтул ши а зис:
Then answered Eliphaz the Temanite, and said,
2 „Дакэ вом ындрэзни сэ-ць ворбим, те вей супэра? Дар чине ар путя сэ такэ?
If one assay to commune with thee, wilt thou be grieved? but who can withhold himself from speaking?
3 Де мулте орь ту ай ынвэцат пе алций ши ай ынтэрит мыниле слэбите.
Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast strengthened the weak hands.
4 Кувинтеле тале ау ридикат пе чей че се клэтинау ши ай ынтэрит ӂенункий каре се ындояу.
Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast confirmed the feeble knees.
5 Ши акум, кынд есте ворба де тине, ешть слаб! Акум, кынд ешть атинс ту, те тулбурь! Ну есте фрика та де Думнезеу сприжинул тэу?
But now it is come unto thee, and thou faintest; it toucheth thee, and thou art troubled.
6 Нэдеждя та ну-й неприхэниря та?
Is not thy fear [of God] thy confidence, [and] thy hope the integrity of thy ways?
7 Аду-ць аминте, те рог! Каре невиноват а перит? Каре оамень неприхэниць ау фост нимичиць?
Remember, I pray thee, who [ever] perished, being innocent? or where were the upright cut off?
8 Дупэ кыте ам вэзут еу, нумай чей че арэ фэрэделеӂя ши сямэнэ нелеӂюиря ый сечерэ роаделе!
According as I have seen, they that plow iniquity, and sow trouble, reap the same.
9 Ачея пер прин суфларя луй Думнезеу, нимичиць де вынтул мынией Луй.
By the breath of God they perish, and by the blast of his anger are they consumed.
10 Муӂетул леилор ынчетязэ, динций пуилор де лей сунт здробиць!
The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.
11 Леул бэтрын пере дин липсэ де прадэ ши пуий леоайчей се рисипеск.
The old lion perisheth for lack of prey, and the whelps of the lioness are scattered abroad.
12 Ун кувынт с-а фуришат пынэ ла мине, ши урекя мя й-а принс сунетеле ушоаре.
Now a thing was secretly brought to me, and mine ear received a whisper thereof.
13 Ын клипа кынд веденииле де ноапте фрэмынтэ гындул, кынд оамений сунт куфундаць ынтр-ун сомн адынк,
In thoughts from the visions of the night, when deep sleep falleth on men,
14 м-а апукат гроаза ши спайма, ши тоате оаселе мь-ау тремурат.
Fear came upon me, and trembling, which made all my bones to shake.
15 Ун дух а трекут пе лынгэ мине… Тот пэрул ми с-а збырлит ка аричул…
Then a spirit passed before my face; the hair of my flesh stood up.
16 Ун кип ку о ынфэцишаре некуноскутэ ера ынаинтя окилор мей. Ши ам аузит ун глас каре шоптя ынчетишор:
It stood still, but I could not discern the appearance thereof; a form was before mine eyes: [there was] silence, and I heard a voice, [saying],
17 ‘Фи-ва омул фэрэ винэ ынаинтя луй Думнезеу? Фи-ва ел курат ынаинтя Челуй че л-а фэкут?’
Shall mortal man be more just than God? shall a man be more pure than his Maker?
18 Дакэ н-аре ынкредере Думнезеу нич ын служиторий Сэй, дакэ гэсеште Ел грешель кяр ла ынӂерий Сэй,
Behold, he putteth no trust in his servants; and his angels he chargeth with folly:
19 ку кыт май мулт ла чей че локуеск ын касе де лут, каре ышь траг обыршия дин цэрынэ ши пот фи здробиць ка ун верме!
How much more them that dwell in houses of clay, whose foundation is in the dust, which are crushed before the moth!
20 Де диминяцэ пынэ сяра сунт здробиць, пер пентру тотдяуна ши нимень ну цине сяма де ей.
Betwixt morning and evening they are destroyed: they perish for ever without any regarding it.
21 Ли се тае фирул веций, мор ши тот н-ау кэпэтат ынцелепчуня!
Is not their tent-cord plucked up within them? they die, and that without wisdom.
