Йов 34
1 Елиху а луат дин ноу кувынтул ши а зис:
After proclaiming these things, Eliu now had this to say:
2 „Аскултаць, ынцелепцилор, кувинтеле меле! Луаць аминте ла мине, причепуцилор!
May the wise hear my words, and may the educated listen to me.
3 Кэч урекя деосебеште кувинтеле кум густэ черул гурий букателе.
For the ear examines words, and the mouth discerns foods by the taste.
4 Сэ алеӂем че есте дрепт, сэ ведем ынтре ной че есте бун.
Let us choose judgment for ourselves, and let us consider among ourselves what is best.
5 Йов а зис: ‘Сунт невиноват Ши Думнезеу ну вря сэ-мь дя дрептате;
For Job has said: “I am just, yet God has subverted my judgment.
6 ам дрептате ши трек дрепт минчинос; рана мя есте жалникэ, ши сунт фэрэ пэкат.’
For, within my judgment, there is a lie: my vehement barbs are without any sin.”
7 Есте вреун ом ка Йов, каре сэ бя батжокура ка апа,
What man is there that is like Job, who drinks up derision as if it were water,
8 каре сэ умбле ын товэрэшия челор че фак рэу, каре сэ мяргэ мынэ ын мынэ ку чей нелеӂюиць?
who accompanies those who work iniquity, and who walks with impious men?
9 Кэч ел а зис: ‘Ну-й фолосеште нимик омулуй сэ-шь пунэ плэчеря ын Думнезеу.’
For he has said, “Man will not please God, even if he should travel with him.”
10 Аскултаци-мэ дар, оамень причепуць! Департе де Думнезеу недрептатя, департе де Чел Атотпутерник фэрэделеӂя!
Therefore, prudent men, hear me: impiety is far from God, and iniquity is far from the Almighty.
11 Ел дэ омулуй дупэ фаптеле луй, рэсплэтеште фиекэруя дупэ кэиле луй.
For he will restore to man his works, and according to the ways of each, he will repay them.
12 Ну, негрешит, Думнезеу ну сэвыршеште фэрэделеӂя; Чел Атотпутерник ну калкэ дрептатя.
For truly, God will not condemn in vain, nor will the Almighty repudiate judgment.
13 Чине Л-а ынсэрчинат сэ кырмуяскэ пэмынтул? Чине Й-а дат лумя ын грижа Луй?
What other is established over the earth? Or whom has he placed over the world, which he made?
14 Дакэ ну с-ар гынди декыт ла Ел, дакэ Шь-ар луа ынапой духул ши суфларя,
But, if he directs his heart towards him, he will draw his spirit and breath to himself.
15 тот че есте карне ар пери деодатэ ши омул с-ар ынтоарче ын цэрынэ.
All flesh will fail together, and man will return to ashes.
16 Дакэ ай причепере, аскултэ лукрул ачеста, я аминте ла гласул кувинтелор меле!
Therefore, if you have understanding, hear what is said, and heed the sound of my eloquence.
17 Оаре ар путя сэ домняскэ ун врэжмаш ал дрептэций? Ши вей осынди ту пе Чел дрепт, пе Чел путерник,
Is he that does not love judgment able to be corrected? And how can you so greatly condemn him who is just?
18 каре стригэ кэтре ымпэраць: ‘Нетребничилор!’ Ши кэтре домниторь: ‘Нелеӂюицилор!’,
He says to the king, “You are an apostate.” He calls commanders impious.
19 каре ну каутэ ла фаца челор марь ши ну фаче деосебире ынтре богат ши сэрак, пентру кэ тоць сунт лукраря мынилор Луй?
He does not accept the reputation of leaders; nor does he recognize the tyrant as he contends against the poor. For all are the work of his hands.
20 Ынтр-о клипэ, ей ышь перд вяца. Ла мезул нопций, ун попор се клатинэ ши пере. Чел путерник пере, фэрэ аместекул мыний вреунуй ом.
They will die suddenly, and the people will be troubled in the middle of the night, but they will pass through it, and the violent will be taken away without a hand.
21 Кэч Думнезеу веде пуртаря тутурор, привеште паший фиекэруя.
For his eyes are upon the ways of men, and he examines all of their steps.
22 Ну есте нич ынтунерик, нич умбрэ а морций унде сэ се поатэ аскунде чей че фак фэрэделеӂя.
There is no darkness and no shadow of death, where those who work iniquity may be hidden.
23 Думнезеу н-аре невое сэ привяскэ мултэ време ка сэ трагэ пе ун ом ла жудекатэ ынаинтя Луй.
For it is no longer within the power of man to enter into judgment with God.
24 Ел здробеште пе чей марь фэрэ черчетаре ши пуне пе алций ын локул лор.
He will break into many innumerable pieces, and he will cause others to stand up in their place.
25 Кэч Ел куноаште фаптеле лор: ноаптя ый рэстоарнэ, сунт здробиць.
For he knows their works, and, as a result, he will bring the night, and they will be crushed.
26 Ый ловеште ка пе ниште нелеӂюиць ын фаца тутурор.
Just as the impious do, he has struck them in a place where they can be seen.
27 Абэтынду-се де ла Ел ши пэрэсинд тоате кэиле Луй,
They, as if with great diligence, have withdrawn from him, and they refused to understand all his ways,
28 ей ау фэкут сэ се ыналце ла Думнезеу стригэтул сэракулуй. Й-ау ындрептат луаря аминте ла стригэтул челуй ненорочит.
so that they caused the outcry of the needy to reach him, and he heard the voice of the poor.
29 Дакэ дэ Ел паче, чине поате с-о тулбуре? Дакэ Ышь аскунде Ел Фаца, чине поате сэ-Л вадэ? Ла фел Се поартэ фие ку ун попор, фие ку ун ом,
For, when he grants peace, who is there that can condemn? When he hides his face, who is there that can contemplate him, either among the nations, or among all men?
30 пентру ка нелеӂюитул сэ ну май стэпыняскэ ши сэ ну май фие о курсэ пентру попор.
He causes a hypocritical man to reign because of the sins of the people.
31 Кэч а зис ел вреодатэ луй Думнезеу: ‘Ам фост педепсит, ну вой май пэкэтуи;
Therefore, since I have been speaking about God, I will not prevent you from doing the same.
32 аратэ-мь че ну вэд; дакэ ам фэкут недрептэць, ну вой май фаче’?
If I have erred, you may teach me; if I have spoken unfairly, I will add no more.
33 Оаре дупэ пэреря та ва фаче Думнезеу дрептате? Ту лепезь, ту алеӂь, ши ну еу; Спуне дар че штий!
Does God require this of you because it is displeasing to you? For you were the first to speak, and not I. But if you know something better, speak.
34 Оамений ку причепере вор фи де пэреря мя, ынцелептул каре м-аскултэ ва гынди ка мине:
Let men of understanding speak to me, and let a wise man listen to me.
35 Йов ворбеште фэрэ причепере, ши кувынтэриле луй сунт липсите де жудекатэ.
But Job has been speaking foolishly, and his words contain unsound teaching.
36 Сэ фие ынчеркат дар май департе, фииндкэ рэспунде ка чей рэй!
My father, let Job be tested even to the end; may you not retreat from a man of iniquity.
37 Кэч адаугэ ла грешелиле луй пэкате ной; бате дин палме ын мижлокул ностру, ышь ынмулцеште кувинтеле ымпотрива луй Думнезеу.”
For he adds blasphemy on top of his sins; nevertheless, let him be constrained to be among us, and then let him provoke God to judgment with his speeches.
