Йов 12
1 Йов а луат кувынтул ши а зис:
Then Job answered and said:
2 „С-ар путя зиче, ын адевэр, кэ нямул оменеск сунтець вой ши кэ одатэ ку вой ва мури ши ынцелепчуня!
No doubt ye are the whole people! And wisdom will die with you!
3 Ам ши еу минте ка вой, ну сунт май прежос декыт вой. Ши чине ну штие лукруриле пе каре ле спунець вой?
But I have understanding as well as you; I am not inferior to you: Yea, who knoweth not such things as these?
4 Еу сунт де батжокура приетенилор мей кынд чер ажуторул луй Думнезеу: дрептул, невиноватул, де батжокурэ!
I am become a laughing-stock to my friend, —I who call upon God, that he would answer me! The innocent and upright man is held in derision.
5 ‘Диспрец ын ненорочире!’ – ятэ зичеря челор феричиць: дэ брынчь куй алунекэ ку пичорул!
To calamity belongeth contempt in the mind of one at ease; It is ready for them that slip with the feet.
6 Жефуиторилор ли се ласэ кортуриле ын паче, челор че мыние пе Думнезеу ле мерӂе бине, мэкар кэ Думнезеул лор есте ын пумн.
The tents of robbers are in prosperity, And they who provoke God are secure, Who carry their God in their hand.
7 Ынтрябэ добитоачеле, ши те вор ынвэца; пэсэриле черулуй, ши ыць вор спуне;
For ask now the beasts, and they will teach thee; Or the fowls of the air, and they will tell thee;
8 ворбеште пэмынтулуй, ши те ва ынвэца; ши пештий мэрий ыць вор повести.
Or speak to the earth, and it will instruct thee; And the fishes of the sea will declare unto thee.
9 Чине ну веде ын тоате ачестя довада кэ мына Домнулуй а фэкут асеменя лукрурь?
Who among all these doth not know That the hand of Jehovah doeth these things?
10 Ел цине ын мынэ суфлетул а тот че трэеште, суфларя орькэруй труп оменеск.
In whose hand is the soul of every living thing, And the breath of all mankind.
11 Ну деосебеште урекя кувинтеле, кум густэ черул гурий мынкэруриле?
Doth not the ear prove words, As the mouth tasteth meat?
12 Ла бэтрынь се гэсеште ынцелепчуня ши ынтр-о вяцэ лунгэ е причеперя.
With the aged is wisdom, And with length of days is understanding.
13 Ла Думнезеу есте ынцелепчуня ши путеря; сфатул ши причеперя але Луй сунт.
With Him are wisdom and strength; With Him counsel and understanding.
14 Че дэрымэ Ел ну ва фи зидит дин ноу; пе чине-л ынкиде Ел, нимень ну-л ва скэпа.
Lo! he pulleth down, and it shall not be rebuilt; He bindeth a man, and he shall not be set loose.
15 Ел опреште апеле, ши тотул се усукэ; Ел ле дэ друмул, ши пустиеск пэмынтул.
Lo! he withholdeth the waters, and they are dried up; He sendeth them forth, and they lay waste the earth.
16 Ел аре путеря ши ынцелепчуня; Ел стэпынеште пе чел че се рэтэчеште сау рэтэчеште пе алций.
With him are strength and wisdom; The deceived and the deceiver are his.
17 Ел я робь пе сфетничь ши тулбурэ минтя жудекэторилор.
He leadeth counsellors away captive, And judges he maketh fools.
18 Ел дезлягэ легэтура ымпэрацилор ши ле пуне о фрынгие ын журул коапселор.
He looseth the authority of kings, And bindeth their loins with a cord.
19 Ел я робь пе преоць; Ел рэстоарнэ пе чей путерничь.
He leadeth priests away captive, And overthroweth the mighty.
20 Ел тае ворба челор мештерь ла ворбэ; Ел я минтя челор бэтрынь.
He removeth speech from the trusty, And taketh away judgment from the elders.
21 Ел варсэ диспрецул асупра челор марь; Ел дезлягэ брыул челор тарь.
He poureth contempt upon princes, And looseth the girdle of the mighty.
22 Ел дескоперэ че есте аскунс ын ынтунерик; Ел адуче ла луминэ умбра морций.
He revealeth deep things out of darkness, And bringeth the shadow of death to light.
23 Ел фаче пе нямурь сэ кряскэ ши Ел ле нимичеште; Ел ле ынтинде пынэ департе ши Ел ле адуче ынапой ын хотареле лор.
He exalteth nations, and destroyeth them; He enlargeth nations, and leadeth them captive.
24 Ел я минтя кэпетениилор попорулуй; Ел ый фаче сэ рэтэчяскэ ын пустиурь фэрэ друм,
He taketh away the understanding of the great men of the land, And causeth them to wander in a wilderness, where is no path;
25 унде быжбые прин ынтунерик ши ну вэд деслушит; Ел ый фаче сэ се клатине ка ниште оамень бець.
They grope in the dark without light; He maketh them stagger like a drunken man.
