Иаков 5
1 Аскултаць акум вой, богацилор! Плынӂець ши тынгуици-вэ дин причина ненорочирилор каре ау сэ винэ песте вой.
COME now, ye rich men, let your tears run down, howling over your miseries which are coming upon you.
2 Богэцииле воастре ау путрезит ши хайнеле воастре сунт роасе де молий.
Your wealth is corrupted, and your robes are moth-eaten.
3 Аурул ши арӂинтул востру ау руӂинит; ши руӂина лор ва фи о довадэ ымпотрива воастрэ: ка фокул аре сэ вэ мэнынче карня! В-аць стрынс коморь ын зилеле дин урмэ!
Your gold and silver is cankered with rust; and the rust upon them is a testimony against you, and shall eat into your flesh as fire. Ye have heaped up treasures in the last days.
4 Ятэ кэ плата лукрэторилор каре в-ау сечерат кымпииле ши пе каре ле-аць оприт-о прин ыншелэчуне, стригэ! Ши стригэтеле сечерэторилор ау ажунс ла урекиле Домнулуй оштирилор.
Behold, the wages of the workmen who have mowed down your fields, which is kept back by you from them, crieth out: and the loud moans of the reapers are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth.
5 Аць трэит пе пэмынт ын плэчерь ши ын десфэтэрь. В-аць сэтурат инимиле кяр ынтр-о зи де мэчел.
Ye have gormandized upon the earth, and lived in every luxury: ye have pampered your hearts, as in a day of feasting on the victim slain.
6 Аць осындит, аць оморыт пе чел неприхэнит, каре ну ви се ымпотривя!
Ye have falsely condemned, ye have murdered the just man; nor doth he resist you.
7 Фиць дар ынделунг рэбдэторь, фрацилор, пынэ ла вениря Домнулуй. Ятэ кэ плугарул аштяптэ родул скумп ал пэмынтулуй, ши ыл аштяптэ ку рэбдаре, пынэ примеште плоае тимпурие ши тырзие.
Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. See, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth, in patient expectation for it, till it receives the former and the latter rain.
8 Фиць ши вой ынделунг рэбдэторь, ынтэрици-вэ инимиле, кэч вениря Домнулуй есте апроапе.
Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts; for the coming of the Lord is at hand.
9 Ну вэ плынӂець уний ымпотрива алтора, фрацилор, ка сэ ну фиць жудекаць; ятэ кэ Жудекэторул есте кяр ла ушэ.
Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest be ye condemned: lo! the judge standeth at the gates.
10 Фраций мей, луаць ка пилдэ де суферинцэ ши де рэбдаре пе пророчий каре ау ворбит ын Нумеле Домнулуй.
My brethren, take a pattern for suffering affliction, and patience from the prophets, who have spoken to you in the name of the Lord.
11 Ятэ, ной нумим феричиць пе чей че ау рэбдат. Аць аузит ворбинду-се деспре рэбдаря луй Йов ши аць вэзут че сфыршит й-а дат Домнул ши кум Домнул есте плин де милэ ши де ындураре.
Behold, we esteem those blessed who patiently endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; for the Lord is full of bowels of mercy, and tenderly compassionate.
12 Май пресус де тоате, фраций мей, сэ ну вэ жураць нич пе чер, нич пе пэмынт, нич ку вреун алтфел де журэмынт. Чи „да” ал востру сэ фие „да” ши „ну” сэ фие „ну”, ка сэ ну кэдець суб жудекатэ.
But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, nor by earth, nor by any other oath: but let your yea be yea, and your no, no; that ye fall not under condemnation.
13 Есте вреунул принтре вой ын суферинцэ? Сэ се роаӂе! Есте вреунул ку инимэ бунэ? Сэ кынте кынтэрь де лаудэ!
Is any man among you under afflictions? let him pray. Is any man happy in mind? let him sing psalms.
14 Есте вреунул принтре вой болнав? Сэ кеме пе презбитерий Бисеричий ши сэ се роаӂе пентру ел, дупэ че-л вор унӂе ку унтделемн ын Нумеле Домнулуй.
Is any man sick among you? let him send for the presbyters of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
15 Ругэчуня фэкутэ ку крединцэ ва мынтуи пе чел болнав ши Домнул ыл ва ынсэнэтоши ши, дакэ а фэкут пэкате, ый вор фи ертате.
and the prayer of faith shall recover the sick man, and the Lord will raise him up; and if he hath committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
16 Мэртурисици-вэ уний алтора пэкателе ши ругаци-вэ уний пентру алций, ка сэ фиць виндекаць. Маре путере аре ругэчуня фербинте а челуй неприхэнит.
Confess your offences one to another, and pray for one another, that ye may be healed. The energetic prayer of a righteous man is mightily prevalent.
17 Илие ера ун ом супус ачелорашь слэбичунь ка ши ной ши с-а ругат ку стэруинцэ сэ ну плоуэ ши н-а плоуат делок ын царэ трей ань ши шасе лунь.
Elias was a man of like feelings with us, and he prayed fervently that it should not rain; and there fell no rain on the earth during three years and six months.
18 Апой с-а ругат дин ноу ши черул а дат плоае ши пэмынтул шь-а дат родул.
And he prayed again, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth shot up its fruit.
19 Фрацилор, дакэ с-а рэтэчит вреунул динтре вой де ла адевэр ши-л ынтоарче ун алтул,
Brethren, if any man among you should have erred from the truth, and one convert him;
20 сэ штиць кэ чине ынтоарче пе ун пэкэтос де ла рэтэчиря кэий луй, ва мынтуи ун суфлет де ла моарте ши ва акопери о сумедение де пэкате.
let him know, that he that converteth a sinner from the error of his way will save a soul from death, and will cover a multitude of sins.
