Иаков 1
1 Иаков, роб ал луй Думнезеу ши ал Домнулуй Исус Христос, кэтре челе доуэспрезече семинций каре сунт ымпрэштияте: Сэнэтате!
James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are of the Dispersion, greeting.
2 Фраций мей, сэ привиць ка о маре букурие кынд тречець прин фелурите ынчеркэрь,
Count it all joy, my brethren, when ye fall into manifold temptations;
3 ка уний каре штиць кэ ынчеркаря крединцей воастре лукрязэ рэбдаре.
knowing that the proving of your faith worketh patience.
4 Дар рэбдаря требуе сэ-шь факэ десэвыршит лукраря, пентру ка сэ фиць десэвыршиць, ынтреӂь ши сэ ну дучець липсэ де нимик.
And let patience have [its] perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, lacking in nothing.
5 Дакэ вреунуя динтре вой ый липсеште ынцелепчуня, с-о чарэ де ла Думнезеу, каре дэ тутурор ку мынэ ларгэ ши фэрэ мустраре, ши еа ый ва фи датэ.
But if any of you lacketh wisdom, let him ask of God, who giveth to all liberally and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
6 Дар с-о чарэ ку крединцэ, фэрэ сэ се ындояскэ делок, пентру кэ чине се ындоеште сямэнэ ку валул мэрий, тулбурат ши ымпинс де вынт ынкоаче ши ынколо.
But let him ask in faith, nothing doubting: for he that doubteth is like the surge of the sea driven by the wind and tossed.
7 Ун астфел де ом сэ ну се аштепте сэ примяскэ чева де ла Домнул,
For let not that man think that he shall receive anything of the Lord;
8 кэч есте ун ом нехотэрыт ши нестаторник ын тоате кэиле сале.
a doubleminded man, unstable in all his ways.
9 Фрателе динтр-о старе де жос сэ се лауде ку ынэлцаря луй.
But let the brother of low degree glory in his high estate:
10 Богатул, димпотривэ, сэ се лауде ку смериря луй, кэч ва трече ка флоаря ербий.
and the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
11 Рэсаре соареле ку кэлдура луй арзэтоаре ши усукэ ярба: флоаря ей каде жос, ши фрумусеця ынфэцишэрий ей пере – аша се ва вештежи богатул ын умблетеле луй.
For the sun ariseth with the scorching wind, and withereth the grass; and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his goings.
12 Фериче де чел че рабдэ испита. Кэч, дупэ че а фост гэсит бун, ва прими кунуна веций пе каре а фэгэдуит-о Думнезеу челор че-Л юбеск.
Blessed is the man that endureth temptation; for when he hath been approved, he shall receive the crown of life, which [the Lord] promised to them that love him.
13 Нимень, кынд есте испитит, сэ ну зикэ: „Сунт испитит де Думнезеу.” Кэч Думнезеу ну поате фи испитит ка сэ факэ рэу ши Ел Ынсушь ну испитеште пе нимень.
Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God; for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempteth no man:
14 Чи фиекаре есте испитит, кынд есте атрас де пофта луй ынсушь ши момит.
but each man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed.
15 Апой пофта, кынд а зэмислит, дэ наштере пэкатулуй; ши пэкатул, одатэ фэптуит, адуче моартя.
Then the lust, when it hath conceived, beareth sin: and the sin, when it is fullgrown, bringeth forth death.
16 Ну вэ ыншелаць, пряюбиций мей фраць:
Be not deceived, my beloved brethren.
17 орьче ни се дэ бун ши орьче дар десэвыршит есте де сус, коборынду-се де ла Татэл луминилор, ын каре ну есте нич скимбаре, нич умбрэ де мутаре.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning.
18 Ел, де бунэвоя Луй, не-а нэскут прин Кувынтул адевэрулуй, ка сэ фим ун фел де пыргэ а фэптурилор Луй.
Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.
19 Штиць бине лукрул ачеста, пряюбиций мей фраць! Орьче ом сэ фие грабник ла аскултаре, ынчет ла ворбире, зэбавник ла мыние,
Ye know [this], my beloved brethren. But let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
20 кэч мыния омулуй ну лукрязэ неприхэниря луй Думнезеу.
for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
21 Де ачея лепэдаць орьче некурэцие ши орьче ревэрсаре де рэутате ши примиць ку блындеце Кувынтул сэдит ын вой, каре вэ поате мынтуи суфлетеле.
Wherefore putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness, receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.
22 Фиць ымплиниторь ай Кувынтулуй, ну нумай аскултэторь, ыншелынду-вэ сингурь.
But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deluding your own selves.
23 Кэч, дакэ аскултэ чинева Кувынтул ши ну-л ымплинеште ку фапта, сямэнэ ку ун ом каре ышь привеште фаца фиряскэ ынтр-о оглиндэ
For if any one is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a mirror:
24 ши, дупэ че с-а привит, плякэ ши уйтэ ындатэ кум ера.
for he beholdeth himself, and goeth away, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
25 Дар чине ышь ва адынчи привириле ын леӂя десэвыршитэ, каре есте леӂя слобозенией, ши ва стэруи ын еа, ну ка ун аскултэтор уйтук, чи ка ун ымплинитор ку фапта, ва фи феричит ын лукраря луй.
But he that looketh into the perfect law, the [law] of liberty, and [so] continueth, being not a hearer that forgetteth but a doer that worketh, this man shall be blessed in his doing.
26 Дакэ креде чинева кэ есте релиӂиос ши ну-шь ынфрынязэ лимба, чи ышь ыншалэ инима, релиӂия унуй астфел де ом есте задарникэ.
If any man thinketh himself to be religious, while he bridleth not his tongue but deceiveth his heart, this man’s religion is vain.
27 Релиӂия куратэ ши неынтинатэ ынаинтя луй Думнезеу, Татэл ностру, есте сэ черчетэм пе орфань ши пе вэдуве ын неказуриле лор ши сэ не пэзим неынтинаць де луме.
Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, [and] to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
