1 Ын ал пайспрезечеля ан ал ымпэратулуй Езекия, Санхериб, ымпэратул Асирией, с-а суит ымпотрива тутурор четэцилор ынтэрите але луй Иуда ши ле-а луат.
And it was don in the fourtenthe yeer of kyng Ezechie, Sennacherib, the kyng of Assiriens, stiede on alle the stronge citees of Juda, and took tho.
2 Ши ымпэратул Асирией а тримис дин Лакис ла Иерусалим, ла ымпэратул Езекия, пе Рабшаке, ку о путерникэ оштире. Рабшаке с-а оприт ла каналул де апэ ал язулуй де сус, пе друмул огорулуй ынэлбиторулуй.
And the kyng of Assiriens sente Rapsases fro Lachis to Jerusalem, to kyng Ezechie, with greet power; and he stood at the watir cundit of the hiyere sisterne, in the weie of the feeld of a fullere.
3 Атунч Елиаким, фиул луй Хилкия, кэпетения касей ымпэратулуй, с-а дус ла ел, ку логофэтул Шебна ши ку Иоах, фиул луй Асаф, скрииторул (архиварул).
And Eliachym, the sone of Elchie, that was on the hous, yede out to hym, and Sobna, the scryuen, and Joae, the sone of Asaph, the chaunceler.
4 Рабшаке ле-а зис: „Спунець луй Езекия: ‘Аша ворбеште мареле ымпэрат, ымпэратул Асирией: «Че есте ынкредеря ачаста пе каре те бизуешть?
And Rapsases seide to hem, Seie ye to Ezechie, The greet king, the king of Assiriens, seith these thingis, What is the trist, in which thou tristist?
5 Еу ыць спун кэ ачестя сунт ворбе ын вынт; пентру рэзбой требуе кибзуинцэ ши путере. Ын чине ць-ай пус дар ынкредеря, де те-ай рэскулат ымпотрива мя?
ethir bi what councele ether strengthe disposist thou for to rebelle? on whom hast thou trist, for thou hast go awei fro me?
6 Ятэ, ай пус-о ын Еӂипт, ай луат ка сприжин ачастэ трестие руптэ, каре ынцяпэ ши стрэпунӂе мына орькуй се сприжинэ пе еа! Аша есте Фараон, ымпэратул Еӂиптулуй, пентру тоць чей че се ынкред ын ел.
Lo! thou tristist on this brokun staf of rehed, on Egipt, on which if a man restith, it schal entre in to his hoond, and schal perse it; so doith Farao, the kyng of Egipt, to alle men that tristen in hym.
7 Дар поате кэ ымь вей спуне: ‹Не ынкредем ын Домнул Думнезеул ностру!› Дар ну есте Ел Ачела але кэруй ынэлцимь ши алтаре ле-а ындепэртат Езекия, зикынд луй Иуда ши Иерусалимулуй: ‹Сэ вэ ынкинаць ынаинтя ачестуй алтар›?»’
That if thou answerist to me, We tristen in oure Lord God; whether it is not he, whose hiye places and auteris Esechie dide awei, and he seide to Juda and to Jerusalem, Ye schulen worschipe bifore this auter?
8 Акум фэ о ынвоялэ ку стэпынул меу, ымпэратул Асирией, ши-ць вой да доуэ мий де кай; сэ ведем дакэ поць фаче рост де кэлэрець ка сэ ынкалече пе ей!
And now bitake thee to my lord, the kyng of Assiriens, and Y schal yyue to thee twei thousynde of horsis, and thou maist not yyue of thee stieris of tho horsis.
9 Кум ай путя сэ стай ту ымпотрива уней сингуре кэпетений динтре чей май неынсемнаць служиторь ай стэпынулуй меу? Ши тотушь ту ыць пуй ынкредеря ын Еӂипт пентру каре ши пентру кэлэрець.
And hou schalt thou abide the face of the iuge of o place of the lesse seruauntis of my lord? That if thou tristist in Egipt, and in cartis, and in knyytis;
10 Ши апой, фэрэ воя Домнулуй м-ам суит еу ымпотрива цэрий ачестея с-о нимическ? Домнул мь-а зис: ‘Суе-те ымпотрива цэрий ачестея ши нимичеште-о!’”
and now whethir Y stiede to this lond with out the Lord, that Y schulde distrie it? The Lord seide to me, Stie thou on this lond, and distrie thou it.
11 Елиаким, Шебна ши Иоах ау зис луй Рабшаке: „Ворбеште робилор тэй ын лимба арамаикэ, фииндкэ о ынцелеӂем; ну не ворби ын лимба евреяскэ, ын аузул попорулуй каре есте пе зид.”
And Eliachym, and Sobna, and Joae, seiden to Rapsaces, Speke thou to thi seruauntis bi the langage of Sirie, for we vndurstonden; speke thou not to vs bi the langage of Jewis in the eeris of the puple, which is on the wal.
12 Рабшаке а рэспунс: „Оаре стэпынулуй тэу ши цие м-а тримис стэпынул меу сэ спун ачесте кувинте? Ну м-а тримис ел сэ ле спун оаменилор ачестора каре шед пе зид ка сэ-шь мэнынче балега ши сэ-шь бя удул ымпреунэ ку вой?”
And Rapsaces seide to hem, Whether mi lord sente me to thi lord, and to thee, that Y schulde speke alle these wordis, and not rathere to the men that sitten on the wal, that thei ete her toordis, and drynke the pisse of her feet with you?
13 Апой Рабшаке а ынаинтат ши а стригат ку тоатэ путеря луй ын лимба евреяскэ: „Аскултаць кувинтеле марелуй ымпэрат, ымпэратул Асирией!
And Rapsaces stood, and criede with greet vois in the langage of Jewis, and seide, Here ye the wordis of the greet kyng, the kyng of Assiriens.
14 Аша ворбеште ымпэратул: ‘Ну вэ лэсаць амэӂиць де Езекия, кэч ну ва путя сэ вэ избэвяскэ!
The kyng seith these thingis, Esechie disseyue not you, for he may not delyuere you;
15 Ну вэ лэсаць мынгыяць де Езекия ку ынкредеря ын Домнул, кынд вэ зиче: «Домнул не ва избэви ши четатя ачаста ну ва фи датэ ын мыниле ымпэратулуй Асирией.»’
and Ezechie yyue not to you trist on the Lord, and seie, The Lord delyuerynge schal delyuere vs; this citee schal not be youun in to the hoond of the kyng of Assiriens.
16 Ну аскултаць пе Езекия, кэч аша ворбеште ымпэратул Асирией: ‘Фачець паче ку мине, супунеци-вэ мие ши фиекаре дин вой ва мынка дин вия луй ши дин смокинул луй ши ва бя апэ дин фынтына луй
Nyle ye here Ezechie. For whi the kyng of Assiriens seith these thingis, Make ye blessyng with me, and go ye out to me; and ete ye ech man his vyner, and ech man his fige tre, and drynke ye ech man the water of his cisterne,
17 пынэ вой вени ши вэ вой луа ынтр-о царэ ка а воастрэ, ынтр-о царэ плинэ де грыу ши де вин, о царэ плинэ де пыне ши де вий!
til Y come, and take awei you to a lond which is as youre lond; to a lond of whete and of wyn, to a lond of looues and of vyneris.
18 Ну вэ лэсаць амэӂиць де Езекия, кынд вэ зиче: «Домнул не ва избэви.» Оаре думнезеий нямурилор ау избэвит ей фиекаре цара луй дин мына ымпэратулуй Асирией?
Ezechie disturble not you, and seie, The Lord schal delyuere vs. Whether the goddis of folkis delyuereden ech his lond fro the hond of the kyng of Assiriens?
19 Унде сунт думнезеий Хаматулуй ши Арпадулуй? Унде сунт думнезеий дин Сефарваим? Ши унде сунт думнезеий Самарией? Ау избэвит ей Самария дин мына мя?
Where is the god of Emath, and of Arphat? Where is the god of Sepharuaym? Whethir thei delyueriden Samarie fro myn hond?
20 Динтре тоць думнезеий ачестор цэрь, каре дин ей шь-а избэвит цара дин мына мя, пентру ка Домнул сэ избэвяскэ Иерусалимул дин мына мя?’”
Who is of alle goddis of these londis, that delyueride his lond fro myn hond, that the Lord delyuere Jerusalem fro myn hond?
21 Дар ей ау тэкут ши ну й-ау рэспунс о ворбэ, кэч ымпэратул дэдусе порунка ачаста: „Сэ ну-й рэспундець!”
And thei weren stille, and answeriden not to hym a word. For whi the kyng comaundide to hem, and seide, Answere ye not to him.
22 Ши Елиаким, фиул луй Хилкия, кэпетения касей ымпэратулуй, Шебна, логофэтул, ши Иоах, фиул луй Асаф, скрииторул, ау венит астфел ла Езекия ку хайнеле сфышияте ши й-ау спус кувинтеле луй Рабшаке.
And Eliachym, the sone of Elchie, that was on the hous, and Sobna, the scryueyn, and Joae, the sone of Asaph, chaunceler, entriden with to-rent clothis to Ezechie, and telde to hym the wordis of Rapsaces.
