Осея 14
1 Ынтоарче-те, Исраеле, ла Домнул Думнезеул тэу! Кэч ай кэзут прин нелеӂюиря та.
O Israel, return unto Jehovah thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.
2 Адучець ку вой кувинте де кэинцэ ши ынтоарчеци-вэ ла Домнул. Спунеци-Й: „Яртэ тоате нелеӂюириле, примеште-не ку бунэвоинцэ, ши Ыць вом адуче, ын лок де таурь, лауда бузелор ноастре.
Take with you words, and turn to Jehovah; say unto him, Forgive all iniquity, and receive [us] graciously; so will we render the calves of our lips.
3 Асириянул ну не ва скэпа, ну врем сэ май ынкэлекэм пе кай ши ну врем сэ май зичем лукрэрий мынилор ноастре: ‘Думнезеул ностру’. Кэч ла Тине гэсеште милэ орфанул.”
Assyria shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, [Thou art] our God; because in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.
4 „Ле вой виндека вэтэмаря адусэ де неаскултаря лор, ый вой юби ку адевэрат! Кэч мыния Мя с-а абэтут де ла ей!
I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely; for mine anger is turned away from him.
5 Вой фи ка роуа пентру Исраел; ел ва ынфлорь ка кринул ши ва да рэдэчинь ка Либанул.
I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall blossom as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.
6 Рамуриле луй се вор ынтинде; мэреция луй ва фи ка а мэслинулуй ши миресмеле луй, ка але Либанулуй.
His shoots shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive-tree, and his smell as Lebanon.
7 Ярэшь вор локуи ла умбра луй, ярэшь вор да вяцэ грыулуй, вор ынфлорь ка вия ши вор авя файма винулуй дин Либан.
They shall return and sit under his shadow; they shall revive [as] corn, and blossom as the vine: the renown thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.
8 Че май аре Ефраим а фаче ку идолий? Ыл вой аскулта ши-л вой приви, вой фи пентру ел ка ун кипарос верде; де ла Мине ыць вей прими родул.”
Ephraim [shall say], What have I to do any more with idols? (I answer [him], and I will observe him.) I am like a green fir-tree. — From me is thy fruit found.
9 Чине есте ынцелепт сэ я сяма ла ачесте лукрурь! Чине есте причепут сэ ле ынцелягэ! Кэч кэиле Домнулуй сунт дрепте ши чей дрепць умблэ пе еле, дар чей рэзврэтиць кад пе еле.
Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? intelligent, and he shall know them? For the ways of Jehovah are right, and the just shall walk in them; but the transgressors shall fall therein.
