ХАГАЙ 2
1 Ын а доуэзечь ши уна зи а луний а шаптя, кувынтул Домнулуй а ворбит прин пророкул Хагай астфел:
In the seventh month, on the twenty-first [day] of the month, the Lord spoke by Aggaeus the prophet, saying,
2 „Ворбеште луй Зоробабел, фиул луй Шеалтиел, дрегэторул луй Иуда, луй Иосуа, фиул луй Иоцадак, мареле преот, ши рэмэшицей попорулуй ши спуне-ле:
Speak now to Zorobabel the son of Salathiel, of the tribe of Juda, and to Jesus the son of Josedec, the high priest, and to all the remnant of the people, saying,
3 ‘Чине а май рэмас ынтре вой дин чей че ау вэзут Каса ачаста ын слава ей динтый? Ши кум о ведець акум? Аша кум есте, ну паре еа ка о нимика ын окий воштри?
Who [is there] of you that saw this house in her former glory? and how do you now look upon it, as it were nothing before your eyes?
4 Акум фий таре, Зоробабел!’, зиче Домнул. ‘Фий таре ши ту, Иосуа, фиул луй Иоцадак, мареле преот! Фий таре ши ту, тот попорул дин царэ’, зиче Домнул, ‘ши лукраць! Кэч Еу сунт ку вой’, зиче Домнул оштирилор.
Yet now be strong, O Zorobabel, says the Lord; and strengthen yourself, O Jesus the high priest, the son of Josedec; and let all the people of the land strengthen themselves, says the Lord, and work, for I am with you, says the Lord Almighty;
5 ‘Еу рэмын крединчос легэмынтулуй пе каре л-ам фэкут ку вой кынд аць ешит дин Еӂипт ши Духул Меу есте ын мижлокул востру; ну вэ темець!’
and my Spirit remains in the midst of you; be of good courage.
6 Кэч аша ворбеште Домнул оштирилор: ‘Ынкэ пуцинэ време ши вой клэтина ынкэ о датэ черуриле ши пэмынтул, маря ши ускатул;
For thus says the Lord Almighty; Yet once I will shake the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry [land];
7 вой клэтина тоате нямуриле; комориле тутурор нямурилор вор вени ши вой умпле де славэ Каса ачаста’, зиче Домнул оштирилор.
and I will shake all nations, and the choice [portions] of all the nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord Almighty.
8 ‘Ал Меу есте арӂинтул ши ал Меу есте аурул’, зиче Домнул оштирилор.
Mine is the silver, and mine the gold, says the Lord Almighty.
9 ‘Слава ачестей Касе дин урмэ ва фи май маре декыт а челей динтый’, зиче Домнул оштирилор, ‘ши ын локул ачеста вой да пачя’, зиче Домнул оштирилор.”
For the glory of this house shall be great, the latter more than the former, says the Lord Almighty: and in this place will I give peace, says the Lord Almighty, even peace of soul for a possession to every one that builds, to raise up this temple.
10 Ын а доуэзечь ши патра зи а луний а ноуа, ын анул ал дойля ал луй Дариус, кувынтул Домнулуй а ворбит прин пророкул Хагай астфел:
On the four and twentieth [day] of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of the Lord came to Aggaeus the prophet, saying,
11 „Аша ворбеште Домнул оштирилор: ‘Пуне преоцилор урмэтоаря ынтребаре асупра Леӂий:
Thus says the Lord Almighty; Inquire now of the priest [concerning] the law, saying,
12 «Дакэ поартэ чинева ын поала хайней сале карне сфинцитэ ши атинӂе ку хайна луй пыне, букате ферте, вин, унтделемн сау о мынкаре оарекаре, лукруриле ачестя вор фи сфинците?»’” Преоций ау рэспунс: „Ну!”
If a man should take holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and the skirt of his garment should touch bread, or pottage, or wine, or oil, or any meat, shall it be holy? And the priests answered and said, No.
13 Ши Хагай а зис: „Дакэ се атинӂе чинева спуркат прин атинӂеря де ун труп морт, де тоате ачесте лукрурь, вор фи еле спуркате оаре?” Преоций ау рэспунс: „Вор фи спуркате.”
And Aggaeus said, If a defiled person who is unclean by reason of a dead body, touch any of these, shall it be defiled? And the priests answered and said, It shall be defiled.
14 Атунч, Хагай, луынд ярэшь кувынтул, а зис: „‘Тот аша есте ши попорул ачеста, тот аша есте ши нямул ачеста ынаинтя Мя’, зиче Домнул, ‘аша сунт тоате лукрэриле мынилор лор: че-Мь адук ей аколо ка жертфэ есте спуркат!
And Aggaeus answered and said, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, says the Lord; and so are all the works of their hands: and whoever shall approach them, shall be defiled [because of their early burdens: they shall be pained because of their toils; and you have hated him that reproved in the gates].
15 Уйтаци-вэ дар ку бэгаре де сямэ ла челе че с-ау ынтымплат пынэ ын зиуа де азь, пынэ сэ се фи пус пятрэ пе пятрэ ла Темплул Домнулуй!
And now consider, I pray you, from this day and beforetime, before they laid a stone on a stone in the temple of the Lord, what manner of men you were.
16 Атунч кынд веняу ла о грэмадэ де доуэзечь де мэсурь, ну ерау ын еа декыт зече; кынд веняу ла тяск сэ скоатэ чинчзечь де мэсурь, ну ерау ын ел декыт доуэзечь!
When you cast into the corn-bin twenty measures of barley, and there were [only] ten measures of barley: and you went to the vat to draw out fifty measures, and there were [but] twenty.
17 В-ам ловит ку руӂинэ ын грыу ши ку тэчуне ши ку гриндинэ; ам ловит тот лукрул мынилор воастре. Ши ку тоате ачестя, тот ну в-аць ынторс ла Мине’, зиче Домнул.
I struck you with barrenness, and with blasting, and all the works of your hands with hail; yet you returned not to me, says the Lord.
18 ‘Уйтаци-вэ ку бэгаре де сямэ ла челе че с-ау петрекут пынэ ын зиуа де азь, пынэ ын а доуэзечь ши патра зи а луний а ноуа, дин зиуа кынд а фост ынтемеят Темплул Домнулуй, уйтаци-вэ ку бэгаре де сямэ ла еле!
Set your hearts now [to think] from this day and upward, from the four and twentieth [day] of the ninth month, even from the day when the foundation of the temple of the Lord was laid;
19 Май ера сэмынцэ ын грынаре? Нич вия, нич смокинул, нич родиул, нич мэслинул н-ау май адус нимик. Дар, дин зиуа ачаста, Ымь вой да бинекувынтаря Мя.’”
consider in your hearts, whether [this] shall be known on the corn-floor, and whether yet the vine, and the fig tree, and the pomegranate, and the olive-trees that bear no fruit [are with you]: from this day will I bless [you].
20 Кувынтул Домнулуй а ворбит а доуа оарэ луй Хагай, ын а доуэзечь ши патра зи а луний, астфел:
And the word of the Lord came the second time to Aggaeus the prophet, on the four and twentieth [day] of the month, saying,
21 „Ворбеште луй Зоробабел, дрегэторул луй Иуда, ши спуне: ‘Вой клэтина черуриле ши пэмынтул;
Speak to Zorobabel the son of Salathiel, of the tribe of Juda, saying, I shake the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry [land];
22 вой рэстурна скаунул де домние ал ымпэрэциилор, вой нимичи путеря ымпэрэциилор нямурилор, вой рэстурна ши кареле де рэзбой ши пе чей че се суе ын еле; каий ши кэлэреций лор вор фи трынтиць ла пэмынт ши унул ва пери учис де сабия алтуя.
and I will overthrow the thrones of kings, and I will destroy the power of the kings of the nations; and I will overthrow chariots and riders; and the horses and their riders shall come down, every one by the sword striving against his brother.
23 Ын зиуа ачея’, зиче Домнул оштирилор, ‘пе тине, Зоробабеле, фиул луй Шеалтиел, робул Меу’, зиче Домнул, ‘те вой луа ши те вой пэстра ка пе о печете, кэч Еу те-ам алес’, зиче Домнул оштирилор.”
In that day, says the Lord Almighty, I will take you, O Zorobabel, the son of Salathiel, my servant, says the Lord, and will make you as a seal: for I have chosen you, says the Lord Almighty.
