1 Дупэ пайспрезече ань, м-ам суит дин ноу ла Иерусалим ымпреунэ ку Барнаба ши ам луат ку мине ши пе Тит.
Then, fourteen years after, I went up again to Jerusalem with Barnabas, and I took Titus also with me.
2 М-ам суит, ын урма уней дескоперирь, ши ле-ам арэтат Евангелия пе каре о проповэдуеск еу ынтре нямурь, ындеосебь челор май ку вазэ, ка ну кумва сэ алерг сау сэ фи алергат ын задар.
And I went up because of a revelation, and communicated to them the gospel that I preach among the Gentiles, but privately to those who are of reputation, lest, by any means, I should run or had run in vain.
3 Нич кяр Тит, каре ера ку мине, мэкар кэ ера грек, н-а фост силит сэ се тае ымпрежур
But not even Titus, who was with me, though he was a Greek, was compelled to be circumcised.
4 дин причина фрацилор минчиношь, фуришаць ши стрекураць принтре ной ка сэ пындяскэ слобозения пе каре о авем ын Христос Исус, ку гынд сэ не адукэ ла робие;
I acted thus indeed on account of false brethren, stealthily brought in, who stole in to spy out our freedom, which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage,
5 ной ну не-ам супус ши ну не-ам потривит лор ничо клипэ мэкар, пентру ка адевэрул Евангелией сэ рэмынэ ку вой.
to whom we yielded in submission, not even for an hour, in order that the truth of the gospel might remain with you.
6 Чей че сунт сокотиць ка фиинд чева – орьче ар фи фост ей, ну-мь пасэ: Думнезеу ну каутэ ла фаца оаменилор – ачештя, зик, ей, чей ку вазэ, ну мь-ау адэугат нимик.
But from those who were supposed to be something; (what they were is a matter of no importance to me: God does not accept the person of man; ) they, indeed, who were supposed to be something, communicated no additional truth to me;
7 Ба димпотривэ, кынд ау вэзут кэ мие ымь фусесе ынкрединцатэ Евангелия пентру чей нетэяць ымпрежур, дупэ кум луй Петру ый фусесе ынкрединцатэ Евангелия пентру чей тэяць ымпрежур –
but; on the other hand, seeing that I was intrusted with the gospel of the uncircumcision, as Peter was with that of the circumcision,
8 кэч Чел че фэкусе дин Петру апостолул челор тэяць ымпрежур, фэкусе ши дин мине апостолул нямурилор –
(for he who gave efficiency to Peter, for the apostleship of the circumcision, gave efficiency to me also, as an apostle for the Gentiles, )
9 ши кынд ау куноскут харул каре-мь фусесе дат, Иаков, Кифа ши Иоан, каре сунт привиць ка стылпь, мь-ау дат мие ши луй Барнаба мына дряптэ де ынсоцире, ка сэ мерӂем сэ проповэдуим: ной ла нямурь, яр ей ла чей тэяць ымпрежур.
and knowing the grace that was given to me, James and Cephas and John, who seemed to be pillars, gave to me and Barnabas the right hand of fellowship, that we should go to the Gentiles, but they to the circumcision,
10 Не-ау спус нумай сэ не адучем аминте де чей сэрачь, ши кяр аша ам ши кэутат сэ фак.
requesting only that we would remember the poor, which same thing I have been diligent in doing.
11 Дар кынд а венит Кифа ын Антиохия, й-ам стат ымпотривэ ын фацэ, кэч ера де осындит.
But when Peter came to Antioch, I openly opposed him, because he had incurred blame.
12 Ын адевэр, ынаинте де вениря унора де ла Иаков, ел мынка ымпреунэ ку нямуриле, дар кынд ау венит ей, с-а ферит ши а стат деопарте де тяма челор тэяць ымпрежур.
For, before certain persons came from James, he ate with the Gentiles: but, when they had come, he withdrew, and separated himself, because he feared those who were of the circumcision.
13 Ымпреунэ ку ел ау ынчепут сэ се префакэ ши чейлалць иудей, аша кэ пынэ ши Барнаба а фост принс ын лацул фэцэрничией лор.
And the other Jews, also, acted hypocritically with him, so that even Barnabas was led away by their hypocrisy.
14 Кынд й-ам вэзут еу кэ ну умблэ дрепт дупэ адевэрул Евангелией, ам спус луй Кифа ын фаца тутурор: „Дакэ ту, каре ешть иудеу, трэешть ка нямуриле, ши ну ка иудеий, кум силешть пе нямурь сэ трэяскэ ын фелул иудеилор?”
But when I saw that they did not walk uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter, before them all: If you, being a Jew, live after the manner of the Gentiles, and not after the manner of the Jews, why do you compel the Gen tiles to observe Jewish customs?
15 Ной сунтем иудей дин фире, яр ну пэкэтошь динтре нямурь.
We, who are Jews by birth, and not Gentile sinners,
16 Тотушь, фииндкэ штим кэ омул ну есте сокотит неприхэнит прин фаптеле Леӂий, чи нумай прин крединца ын Исус Христос, ам крезут ши ной ын Христос Исус, ка сэ фим сокотиць неприхэниць прин крединца ын Христос, яр ну прин фаптеле Леӂий; пентру кэ нимень ну ва фи сокотит неприхэнит прин фаптеле Леӂий.
knowing that a man is not justified by works of law, but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed on Christ Jesus, that we may be justified by faith in Christ, and not by works of law: because, by works of law no flesh shall be justified.
17 Дар, дакэ, ын тимп че кэутэм сэ фим сокотиць неприхэниць ын Христос, ши ной ыншине ам фи гэсиць ка пэкэтошь, есте оаре Христос ун служитор ал пэкатулуй? Ничдекум!
But if, while we seek to be justified in Christ, we ourselves are also found sinners, is Christ, therefore, the minister of sin? It can not be.
18 Кэч, дакэ зидеск ярэшь лукруриле пе каре ле-ам стрикат, мэ арэт ка ун кэлкэтор де леӂе.
For if I build again those things which I have destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
19 Кэч еу, прин Леӂе, ам мурит фацэ де Леӂе, ка сэ трэеск пентру Думнезеу.
For, through law, I have died to law, that I might live to God.
20 Ам фост рэстигнит ымпреунэ ку Христос ши трэеск…, дар ну май трэеск еу, чи Христос трэеште ын мине. Ши вяца пе каре о трэеск акум ын труп, о трэеск ын крединца ын Фиул луй Думнезеу, каре м-а юбит ши С-а дат пе Сине Ынсушь пентру мине.
I have been crucified with Christ, yet I live; no longer I, but Christ lives in me. And the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
21 Ну вряу сэ фак задарник харул луй Думнезеу; кэч дакэ неприхэниря се капэтэ прин Леӂе, деӂяба а мурит Христос.
I do not set aside the grace of God: for if righteousness be through law, then Christ has died in vain.
