1 Ятэ капий де фамилий ши спицеле де ням але челор че с-ау суит ку мине дин Бабилон, суб домния ымпэратулуй Артаксерксе.

Now these are the chiefs of their divisions, and this is the genealogy of those that went up with me, in the reign of king Artaxerxes, from Babylon.

2 Дин фиий луй Финеас, Гершом; дин фиий луй Итамар, Даниел; дин фиий луй Давид, Хатуш,

Of these sons of Phinehas, Gershom; of the sons of Ithamar, Daniel; of the sons of David, Chattush;

3 дин фиий луй Шекания; дин фиий луй Пареош, Захария ши ку ел о сутэ чинчзечь де бэрбаць ынскришь;

Of the sons of Shechanyah, [who was] of the sons of Par'osh, Zechariah; and with him were recorded by genealogy of males one hundred and fifty.

4 дин фиий луй Пахат-Моаб, Елиоенай, фиул луй Зерахия, ши ку ел доуэ суте де бэрбаць;

Of the sons of Pachath-moab, Elyeho'enai the son of Zerachyah, and with him were two hundred males.

5 дин фиий луй Шекания, фиул луй Иахазиел, ши ку ел трей суте де бэрбаць;

Of the sons of Shechanyah, the son of Yachaziel, and with him were three hundred males.

6 дин фиий луй Адин, Ебед, фиул луй Ионатан, ши ку ел чинчзечь де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of 'Adin, 'Ebed the son of Jonathan, and with him were fifty males.

7 дин фиий луй Елам, Исая, фиул Аталией, ши ку ел шаптезечь де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of 'Elam, Jesha'yah the son of 'Athalyah, and with him were seventy males.

8 дин фиий луй Шефатия, Зебадия, фиул луй Микаел, ши ку ел оптзечь де мий де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of Shephatyath, Zebadyah the son of Michael, and with him were eighty males.

9 дин фиий луй Иоаб, Обадия, фиул луй Иехиел, ши ку ел доуэ суте оптспрезече бэрбаць;

Of the sons of Joab, 'Obadiah the son of Jechiel, and with him were two hundred and eighteen males.

10 дин фиий луй Шеломит, фиул луй Иосифия, ши ку ел о сутэ шайзечь де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of Shelomith, the son of Jossiphyah, and with him were one hundred and sixty males.

11 дин фиий луй Бебай, Захария, фиул луй Бебай, ши ку ел доуэзечь ши опт де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of Bebai, Zechariah the son of Bebai, and with him were twenty and eight males.

12 дин фиий луй Азгад, Иоханан, фиул луй Хакатан, ши ку ел о сутэ зече бэрбаць;

And the sons of 'Azgad, Jochanan the son of Hakkatan, and with him were one hundred and ten males.

13 дин фиий луй Адоникам, чей дин урмэ, але кэрор нуме ятэ-ле: Елифелет, Иеиел ши Шемая ши ку ей шайзечь де бэрбаць;

And of the sons of Adonikam the last; and those are their names, Eliphelet, Je'iel, and Shema'yah, and with them were sixty males.

14 дин фиий луй Бигвай, Утай ши Забуд ши ку ей шаптезечь де бэрбаць.

And of the sons of Bigvai, 'Uthai, and Zabbur, and with them were seventy males.

15 Й-ам стрынс ла рыул каре курӂе спре Ахава ши ам тэбэрыт аколо трей зиле. Ам кэутат ынтре попор ши преоць, ши н-ам гэсит аколо пе ничунул дин фиий луй Леви.

And I gathered them together to the river that runneth into the Ahava, and we encamped there three days: and I looked about among the people, and the priests, but of the sons of Levi I found none there.

16 Атунч ам тримис сэ кеме пе кэпетенииле Елиезер, Ариел, Шемая, Елнатан, Иариб, Елнатан, Натан, Захария ши Мешулам ши пе ынвэцэторий Иоиариб ши Елнатан.

Then sent I for Eli'ezer, for Ariel, for Shema'yah, and for Elnathan, and for Jarib, and for Elnathan, and for Nathan, and for Zechariah, and for Meshullam, the head men; also for Joyarib, and for Elnathan, men of understanding.

17 Й-ам тримис ла кэпетения Идо, каре локуя ла Касифия, ши ам пус ын гура лор че требуяу сэ спунэ луй Идо ши фрацилор сэй, служиторь ай Темплулуй, каре ерау ла Касифия, ка сэ не адукэ служиторь пентру Каса Думнезеулуй ностру.

And I sent them with a charge unto Iddo the chief at the place Cassiphia, and I laid the words in their mouth to speak unto Iddo, and to his brother, who were appointed at the place Cassiphia, that they should bring unto us ministers for the house of our God.

18 Ши, фииндкэ мына чя бунэ а Думнезеулуй ностру ера песте ной, не-ау адус пе Серебия, бэрбат ку минте, динтре фиий луй Махли, фиул луй Леви, фиул луй Исраел, ши ку ел пе фиий ши фраций луй, ын нумэр де оптспрезече;

And they brought unto us according to the good hand of our God upon us a man of intelligence, of the sons of Machli, the son of Levi, the son of Israel, namely, Sherebyah, with his sons and his brothers, eighteen;

19 пе Хашабия ши ку ел пе Исая, динтре фиий луй Мерари, фраций сэй ши фиий лор, ын нумэр де доуэзечь,

And Chashabyah, and with him Jesha'yah of the sons of Merari, his brothers and their sons, twenty.

20 ши динтре служиторий Темплулуй, пе каре Давид ши кэпетенииле ый пусесерэ ын служба левицилор, доуэ суте доуэзечь де служиторь ай Темплулуй, тоць нумиць пе нуме.

Also of the temple-servants, whom David and the princes had assigned for the service of the Levites two hundred and twenty temple-servants, all of whom were expressed by names.

21 Аколо, ла рыул Ахава, ам вестит ун пост де смерире ынаинтя Думнезеулуй ностру, ка сэ черем де ла Ел о кэлэторие феричитэ пентру ной, пентру копиий ноштри ши пентру тот че ера ал ностру.

Then did I proclaim a fast there, at the river Ahava, that we might afflict ourselves before our God, to request from him a prosperous journey for us, and for our little ones, and for all our substance.

22 Мь-ера рушине сэ чер ымпэратулуй о оасте де ынсоцире ши кэлэрець ка сэ не окротяскэ ымпотрива врэжмашулуй пе друм, кэч спусесем ымпэратулуй: „Мына Думнезеулуй ностру есте, спре бинеле лор, песте тоць чей че-Л каутэ, дар путеря ши мыния Луй сунт песте тоць чей че-Л пэрэсеск.”

For I was ashamed to ask of the king an army and horsemen to assist us against an enemy on the way; because we had spoken unto the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all those that seek him for good; but his power and his wrath are against all those that forsake him.

23 Пентру ачаста ам постит ши ам кемат пе Думнезеул ностру. Ши Ел не-а аскултат.

So we fasted and besought our God for this, and he suffered himself to be entreated by us.

24 Ам алес доуэспрезече кэпетений динтре преоць, пе Шеребия, Хашабия ши зече дин фраций лор.

Then set I apart of the chiefs of the priests twelve persons, Sherebyah, Chashabyah, and with them ten of their brethren.

25 Ам кынтэрит ынаинтя лор арӂинтул, аурул ши унелтеле дате ын дар пентру Каса Думнезеулуй ностру де кэтре ымпэрат, сфетничий ши кэпетенииле луй ши де тоць чей дин Исраел каре се афлау аколо.

And I weighed out unto them the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, the offering for the house of our God, which the king, and his counsellors, and his princes, and all Israel there present, had offered.

26 Ам дат ын мыниле лор шасе суте чинчзечь де таланць де арӂинт, унелте де арӂинт де о сутэ де таланць, о сутэ де таланць де аур,

And I weighed out into their hand of silver six hundred and fifty talents, and of silver vessels one hundred talents, of gold one hundred talents;

27 доуэзечь де пахаре де аур де о мие де даричь ши доуэ васе де арамэ фрумос полеитэ, тот атыт де скумпэ ка аурул.

Also twenty cups of gold, of a thousand drachms; and two vessels of fine polished copper, valuable as gold.

28 Апой ле-ам зис: „Сунтець ынкинаць Домнулуй. Васеле ачестя сунт лукрурь сфинте ши арӂинтул ши аурул ачеста сунт ун дар де бунэвое фэкут Домнулуй Думнезеулуй пэринцилор воштри.

And I said unto them, Ye are holy unto the Lord; and the vessels are holy; and the silver and the gold are a freewill offering unto the Lord the God of your fathers.

29 Фиць ку окий ын патру ши луаць лукруриле ачестя суб паза воастрэ, пынэ ле вець кынтэри ынаинтя кэпетениилор преоцилор ши ынаинтя левицилор, ши ынаинтя капилор де фамилий ай луй Исраел, ла Иерусалим, ын кэмэриле Касей Домнулуй.”

Watch ye, and guard them, until ye weigh them out before the chiefs of the priests and the Levites, and the chiefs of the divisions of Israel, at Jerusalem, into the chambers of the house of the Lord.

30 Ши преоций ши левиций ау луат греутатя арӂинтулуй, аурулуй ши васелор, ка сэ ле дукэ ла Иерусалим, ын Каса Думнезеулуй ностру.

And the priests and the Levites accepted what was weighed out of the silver, and the gold, and the vessels, to bring the same to Jerusalem to the house of our God.

31 Ам плекат де ла рыул Ахава ка сэ не дучем ла Иерусалим ын а доуэспрезечя зи а луний ынтый. Мына Думнезеулуй ностру а фост песте ной ши не-а пэзит де ловитуриле врэжмашулуй ши де орьче педикэ пе друм.

And we departed from the river Ahava on the twelfth day of the first month, to go unto Jerusalem: and the hand of our God was over us, and he delivered us from the hand of any enemy, and of such as lie in wait on the way.

32 Ам ажунс ла Иерусалим ши не-ам одихнит аколо трей зиле.

And we came to Jerusalem, and remained there three days.

33 Ын зиуа а патра, ам кынтэрит ын Каса Думнезеулуй ностру арӂинтул, аурул ши васеле пе каре ле-ам ынкрединцат луй Меремот, фиул луй Урие, преотул. Ку ел ера Елеазар, фиул луй Финеас, ши ымпреунэ ку ей левиций Иозабад, фиул луй Иосуа, ши Ноадия, фиул луй Бинуи.

And on the fourth day were the silver and the gold and the vessels weighed out in the house of our God into the hand of Meremoth the son of Uriyah the priest; and with him was El'azar the son of Phinehas; and with them was Jozabad the son of Jeshua', and No'adyah the son of Binnui, the Levites;

34 Фиинд черчетате тоате дупэ нумэр ши греутате, ау пус атунч ын скрис греутатя тутурор.

By number and by weight of everything: and all the weight was written down at the same time.

35 Фиий робией ынторшь дин робие ау адус, ка ардере-де-тот Думнезеулуй луй Исраел, дойспрезече вицей пентру тот Исраелул, ноуэзечь ши шасе де бербечь, шаптезечь ши шапте де мей ши дойспрезече цапь, ка жертфе испэшитоаре, тоате ка ардере-де-тот Домнулуй.

Those that came out of the captivity, the children of the exile, offered burnt-offerings unto the God of Israel, twelve bullocks for all Israel, ninety and six rams, seventy and seven sheep, twelve he-goats for a sin-offering: all as burnt-offerings unto the Lord.

36 Ау дат порунчиле ымпэратулуй дрегэторилор ымпэратулуй ши кырмуиторилор де динкоаче де рыу, каре ау ажутат пе попор ши Каса луй Думнезеу.

And they delivered the king's commands unto the king's lieutenants, and to the governors on this side of the river; and these endowed the people, and the house of God.
