Деутерономул 21
1 Дакэ, ын цара пе каре ць-о дэ ын стэпынире Домнул Думнезеул тэу, се гэсеште ынтинс ын мижлокул унуй кымп ун ом учис, фэрэ сэ се штие чине л-а ловит,
'When one is found slain on the ground which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee to possess it — fallen in a field — it is not known who hath smitten him,
2 бэтрыний ши жудекэторий тэй сэ се дукэ сэ мэсоаре депэртаря де ла трупул морт пынэ ын четэциле де примпрежур.
then have thine elders and thy judges gone out and measured unto the cities which [are] round about the slain one,
3 Кынд се ва хотэры четатя чя май апропиятэ де трупул морт, бэтрыний дин четатя ачея сэ я о виця каре сэ ну фи фост пусэ ла мункэ ши каре сэ ну фи трас ла жуг.
and it hath been, the city which [is] near unto the slain one, even the elders of that city have taken a heifer of the herd, which hath not been wrought with, which hath not drawn in the yoke,
4 Сэ дукэ вицяуа ачея ынтр-о вале ку апэ каре ну сякэ ничодатэ ши унде ну се арэ, нич ну се сямэнэ; ши аколо сэ тае капул вицелей, ын вале.
and the elders of that city have brought down the heifer unto a hard valley, which is not tilled nor sown, and have beheaded there the heifer in the valley.
5 Атунч сэ се апропие преоций, фиий луй Леви, кэч пе ей й-а алес Домнул Думнезеул тэу ка сэ-Й служяскэ ши сэ бинекувынтезе ын Нумеле Домнулуй, ши ей требуе сэ хотэраскэ ын орьче чартэ ши ын орьче рэнире.
'And the priests, sons of Levi, have come nigh — for on them hath Jehovah thy God fixed to serve Him, and to bless in the name of Jehovah, and by their mouth is every strife, and every stroke —
6 Тоць бэтрыний дин четатя ачея чя май апропиятэ де трупул морт сэ-шь спеле мыниле пе вицяуа кэрея й-ау тэят капул ын вале.
and all the elders of that city, who are near unto the slain one, do wash their hands over the heifer which is beheaded in the valley,
7 Ши, луынд кувынтул, сэ зикэ: ‘Мыниле ноастре н-ау вэрсат сынӂеле ачеста ши окий ноштри ну л-ау вэзут вэрсынду-се.
and they have answered and said, Our hands have not shed this blood, and our eyes have not seen —
8 Яртэ, Доамне, пе попорул Тэу Исраел, пе каре л-ай рэскумпэрат; ну пуне сынӂеле невиноват ын сокотяла попорулуй Тэу Исраел.’ Ши сынӂеле ачела ну-й ва фи пус ын сокотялэ.
receive atonement for Thy people Israel, whom Thou hast ransomed, O Jehovah, and suffer not innocent blood in the midst of Thy people Israel; and the blood hath been pardoned to them,
9 Астфел требуе сэ курэцешть дин мижлокул тэу сынӂеле невиноват, фэкынд че есте плэкут ынаинтя Домнулуй.
and thou dost put away the innocent blood out of thy midst, for thou dost that which [is] right in the eyes of Jehovah.
10 Кынд вей мерӂе ла рэзбой ымпотрива врэжмашилор тэй, дакэ Домнул ый дэ ын мыниле тале ши вей луа приншь дин ей,
'When thou goest out to battle against thine enemies, and Jehovah thy God hath given them into thy hand, and thou hast taken captive its captivity,
11 поате кэ принтре чей приншь вей ведя о фемее фрумоасэ ши вей дори с-о ей де невастэ.
and hast seen in the captivity a woman of fair form, and hast delighted in her, and hast taken to thee for a wife,
12 Атунч с-о адучь ынэунтрул касей тале. Еа сэ-шь радэ капул ши сэ-шь тае унгииле,
then thou hast brought her in unto the midst of thy household, and she hath shaved her head, and prepared her nails,
13 сэ-шь лепеде хайнеле пе каре ле пурта кынд а фост принсэ, сэ локуяскэ ын каса та ши сэ плынгэ пе татэл ши пе мама ей о лунэ де зиле. Дупэ ачея, сэ те дучь ла еа, сэ-й фий бэрбат ши еа сэ-ць фие невастэ.
and turned aside the raiment of her captivity from off her, and hath dwelt in thy house, and bewailed her father and her mother a month of days, and afterwards thou dost go in unto her and hast married her, and she hath been to thee for a wife:
14 Дакэ ну-ць ва май плэчя, с-о лашь сэ плече унде ва вои, дар ну вей путя с-о винзь пе арӂинт, нич сэ те порць ку еа ка ши ку о роабэ, пентру кэ ай ынжосит-о.
'And it hath been — if thou hast not delighted in her, that thou hast sent her away at her desire, and thou dost not at all sell her for money; thou dost not tyrannize over her, because that thou hast humbled her.
15 Дакэ ун ом каре аре доуэ невесте юбеште пе уна ши ну юбеште пе чялалтэ ши дакэ аре копий ку еле, дин каре ынтыюл нэскут есте де ла неваста пе каре н-о юбеште,
'When a man hath two wives, the one loved and the other hated, and they have borne to him sons (the loved one and the hated one), and the first-born son hath been to the hated one;
16 кынд ышь ва ымпэрци авериле ынтре фиий луй, ну ва путя фаче ынтый нэскут пе фиул ачелея пе каре о юбеште, ын локул фиулуй ачелея пе каре н-о юбеште ши каре есте ынтыюл нэскут.
then it hath been, in the day of his causing his sons to inherit that which he hath, he is not able to declare first-born the son of the loved one, in the face of the son of the hated one — the first-born.
17 Чи сэ рекуноаскэ де ынтый нэскут пе фиул ачелея пе каре н-о юбеште ши сэ-й дя о парте ындоитэ дин аверя луй, кэч фиул ачеста есте чел динтый род ал путерий луй ши луй и се кувине дрептул де ынтый нэскут.
But the first-born, son of the hated one, he doth acknowledge, to give to him a double portion of all that is found with him, for he [is] the beginning of his strength; to him [is] the right of the first-born.
18 Дакэ ун ом аре ун фиу неаскултэтор ши ындэрэтник, каре н-аскултэ нич де гласул татэлуй сэу, нич де гласул мамей луй ши ну-й аскултэ нич кяр дупэ че л-ау педепсит,
'When a man hath a son apostatizing and rebellious — he is not hearkening to the voice of his father, and to the voice of his mother, and they have chastised him, and he doth not hearken unto them —
19 татэл ши мама сэ-л я ши сэ-л дукэ ла бэтрыний четэций луй ши ла поарта локулуй ын каре локуеште.
then laid hold on him have his father and his mother, and they have brought him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place,
20 Сэ спунэ бэтрынилор четэций луй: ‘Ятэ, фиул ностру есте неаскултэтор ши ындэрэтник, н-аскултэ де гласул ностру ши есте лаком ши бецив.’
and have said unto the elders of his city, Our son — this one — is apostatizing and rebellious; he is not hearkening to our voice — a glutton and drunkard;
21 Ши тоць оамений дин четатя луй сэ-л учидэ ку петре ши сэ моарэ. Астфел сэ курэцешть рэул дин мижлокул тэу, пентру ка тот Исраелул с-аудэ ши сэ се тямэ.
and all the men of his city have stoned him with stones, and he hath died, and thou hast put away the evil out of thy midst, and all Israel do hear and fear.
22 Дакэ се ва оморы ун ом каре а сэвыршит о нелеӂюире вредникэ де педяпса ку моартя ши л-ай спынзурат де ун лемн,
'And when there is in a man a sin — a cause of death, and he hath been put to death, and thou hast hanged him on a tree,
23 трупул луй морт сэ ну стя ноаптя пе лемн, чи сэ-л ынгропь ын ачеяшь зи, кэч чел спынзурат есте блестемат ынаинтя луй Думнезеу, ши сэ ну спурчь цара пе каре ць-о дэ де моштенире Домнул Думнезеул тэу.
his corpse doth not remain on the tree, for thou dost certainly bury him in that day — for a thing lightly esteemed of God [is] the hanged one — and thou dost not defile thy ground which Jehovah thy God is giving to thee — an inheritance.
