Деутерономул 15

1 Ла фиекаре шапте ань, сэ дай ертаре.

At the end of [every] seven years shalt thou make a release.

2 Ши ятэ кум се ва фаче ертаря. Кынд се ва вести ертаря ын чинстя Домнулуй, орьче кредитор каре ва фи ымпрумутат пе апроапеле сэу сэ-й ерте ымпрумутул, сэ ну силяскэ пе апроапеле сэу ши пе фрателе сэу сэ-й плэтяскэ датория.

And this is the manner of the release: Every creditor shall release the loan which he hath lent to his neighbor; he shall not exact it of his neighbor, or of his brother; because the release year in honor of the Lord hath been proclaimed.

3 Вей путя сэ силешть пе стрэин сэ-ць плэтяскэ, дар сэ ерць че ай ла фрателе тэу.

Of a foreigner thou mayest exact [payment]; but that which is thine with thy brother shall thy hand release.

4 Тотушь ла тине сэ ну фие ничун сэрак, кэч Домнул те ва бинекувынта ын цара пе каре ць-о ва да де моштенире Домнул Думнезеул тэу;

Although indeed there should be no needy man among thee; for the Lord will greatly bless thee in the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance to possess it:

5 нумай сэ аскулць де гласул Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу, ымплининд ку скумпэтате тоате ачесте порунчь пе каре ци ле дау астэзь.

Yet only if thou wilt carefully hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God, to observe to do all this commandment which I command thee this day.

6 Домнул Думнезеул тэу те ва бинекувынта, кум ць-а спус, аша ынкыт вей да ку ымпрумут мултор нямурь, дар ту ну вей луа ку ымпрумут де ла еле; ту вей стэпыни песте мулте нямурь, дар еле ну вор стэпыни песте тине.

For the Lord thy God blesseth thee, as he hath spoken unto thee; and thou shalt lend unto many nations, but thou shalt not borrow; and thou shalt rule over many nations, but over thee shall they not rule.

7 Дакэ ва фи ла тине вреун сэрак динтре фраций тэй, ын вреуна дин четэциле тале, ын цара пе каре ць-о дэ Домнул Думнезеул тэу, сэ ну-ць ымпетрешть инима ши сэ ну-ць ынкизь мына ынаинтя фрателуй тэу челуй липсит.

If there be among thee a needy man, any one of thy brethren within any of thy gates in thy land which the Lord thy God giveth thee: thou shalt not harden thy heart, nor shut thy hand from thy needy brother.

8 Чи сэ-й дескизь мына ши сэ-л ымпрумуць ку че-й требуе, ка сэ факэ фацэ невоилор луй.

But thou shalt open wide thy hand unto him, and thou shalt surely lend him sufficient for his need, which his want requireth.

9 Везь сэ ну фий аша де рэу ка сэ зичь ын инима та: ‘Ах, се апропие анул ал шаптеля, анул ертэрий!’ Везь сэ н-ай ун окь фэрэ милэ пентру фрателе тэу чел липсит ши сэ ну-й дай. Кэч атунч ел ар стрига кэтре Домнул ымпотрива та ши те-ай фаче виноват де ун пэкат,

Beware that there be not a wicked thought in thy heart, saying, The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand; and thy eye be thus evil against thy needy brother, so that thou wouldst give him nought; and if he cry concerning thee unto the Lord, it will be sin in thee:

10 чи сэ-й дай, ши сэ ну дай ку пэрере де рэу ын инимэ, кэч пентру ачаста те ва бинекувынта Домнул Думнезеул тэу ын тоате лукрэриле де каре те вей апука.

Thou shalt surely give him, and thy heart shall not be grieved when thou givest unto him; for because of this thing the Lord thy God will bless thee in all thy work, and in all the acquisition of thy hand.

11 Тотдяуна вор фи сэрачь ын царэ, де ачея ыць дау порунка ачаста: ‘Сэ-ць дескизь мына фацэ де фрателе тэу, фацэ де сэрак ши фацэ де чел липсит дин цара та.’

For the needy will not cease out of the land; therefore do I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open wide thy hand unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land.

12 Дакэ унул дин фраций тэй еврей, бэрбат сау фемее, се винде цие сэ-ць служяскэ шасе ань, ын анул ал шаптеля сэ-й дай друмул де ла тине ши сэ фие слобод.

If thy brother, the Hebrew, or a Hebrew woman, be sold unto thee, he shall serve thee six years; and in the seventh year shalt thou let him go free from thee.

13 Ши кынд ый вей да друмул ка сэ се дукэ слобод де ла тине, сэ ну-й дай друмул ку мына гоалэ;

And when thou lettest him go out free from thee, thou shalt not let him go away empty:

14 сэ-й дай дарурь дин чиряда та, дин ария та, дин тяскул тэу, дин че вей авя, прин бинекувынтаря Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу.

Thou shalt furnish him liberally out of thy flocks, and out of thy threshing-floor, and out of thy wine-press; wherewith the Lord thy God hath blessed thee, that shalt thou give unto him.

15 Сэ-ць адучь аминте кэ ши ту ай фост роб ын цара Еӂиптулуй ши кэ Домнул Думнезеул тэу те-а рэскумпэрат, де ачея ыць дау астэзь порунка ачаста.

And thou shalt remember that thou hast been a bond-man in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord thy God hath redeemed thee; therefore do I command thee this thing today.

16 Дакэ ынсэ робул тэу ыць ва зиче: ‘Ну вряу сэ ес де ла тине’, пентру кэ те юбеште, пе тине ши каса та, ши се симте бине ла тине,

And it shall be, if he say unto thee, I will not go away from thee; because he loveth thee and thy house, because he is well with thee:

17 атунч сэ ей о сулэ ши сэ-й гэурешть урекя де ушэ ши сэ-ць фие роб пентру тотдяуна. Тот аша сэ фачь ши ку роаба та.

Then shalt thou take an awl, and thrust it through his ear unto the door, and he shall be unto thee a servant for ever; and also unto thy maid-servant shalt thou do likewise.

18 Сэ ну-ць парэ рэу кынд ыл вей лэса сэ плече слобод де ла тине, кэч ць-а служит шасе ань, чея че фаче де доуэ орь кыт симбрия унуй ом токмит ку платэ, ши Домнул Думнезеул тэу те ва бинекувынта ын тот че вей фаче.

It shall not seem hard unto thee, when thou sendest him away free from thee, that for double the wages of a hired laborer hath he served thee six years; and the Lord thy God will bless thee in all that thou doest.

19 Сэ ынкинь Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу пе орьче ынтый нэскут де парте бэрбэтяскэ дин чиряда ши турма та. Сэ ну мунчешть ку ынтыюл нэскут ал вачий тале, сэ ну тунзь пе ынтыюл нэскут ал оилор тале.

All the first-born males that come of thy herds and of thy flocks shalt thou sanctify unto the Lord thy God: thou shalt do no work with the first-born of thy bullock, and not shear the first-born of thy sheep.

20 Сэ-л мэнынчь ын фиекаре ан, ту ши фамилия та, ынаинтя Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу, ын локул пе каре-л ва алеӂе Ел.

Before the Lord thy God shalt thou eat it year by year, in the place which the Lord will choose, thou with thy household.

21 Дакэ аре вреун кусур, дакэ есте шкьоп сау орб, сау аре врео метяхнэ трупяскэ, сэ ну-л адучь ка жертфэ Домнулуй Думнезеулуй тэу.

And if there be any blemish thereon, if it be lame, or blind, or have any [other] ill blemish, thou shalt not sacrifice it unto the Lord thy God.

22 Сэ-л мэнынчь ын четэциле тале: чел че ва фи некурат ши чел че ва фи курат вор путя сэ-л мэнынче амындой, кум се мэнынкэ акум кэприоара сау чербул.

Within thy gates shalt thou eat it, the unclean and the clean together, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

23 Нумай сынӂеле сэ ну и-л мэнынчь, чи сэ-л вершь пе пэмынт ка апа.

Only the blood thereof shalt thou not eat: upon the ground shalt thou pour it out as water.
