1 Пе кынд ворбяу Петру ши Иоан нородулуй, ау венит ла ей пе неаштептате преоций, кэпитанул Темплулуй ши садукеий,
As Peter and John were speaking to the people, the priests, the captain of the temple guard, and the Sadducees came to them,
2 фоарте некэжиць кэ ынвэцау пе нород ши вестяу ын Исус ынвиеря дин морць.
greatly annoyed because they were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
3 Ау пус мыниле пе ей ши й-ау арункат ын темницэ пынэ а доуа зи, кэч се ынсерасе.
So they arrested them and took them into custody until the next day, for it was already evening.
4 Ынсэ мулць дин чей че аузисерэ кувынтаря ау крезут, ши нумэрул бэрбацилор крединчошь с-а ридикат апроапе ла чинч мий.
But many who heard the word believed, and the number of men who believed came to about five thousand.
5 А доуа зи, май-марий нородулуй, бэтрыний ши кэртурарий с-ау адунат ымпреунэ ла Иерусалим,
On the next day, the rulers, elders, and scribes were gathered together in Jerusalem,
6 ку мареле преот Ана, Каяфа, Иоан, Александру ши тоць чей че се трэӂяу дин нямул марилор преоць.
along with Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and all who were members of the high-priestly family.
7 Ау пус пе Петру ши пе Иоан ын мижлокул лор ши й-ау ынтребат: „Ку че путере сау ын нумеле куй аць фэкут вой лукрул ачеста?”
After making Peter and John stand before them, they began to question them: “By what power or by what name did you do this?”
8 Атунч Петру, плин де Духул Сфынт, ле-а зис: „Май-марь ай нородулуй ши бэтрынь ай луй Исраел!
Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders of Israel,
9 Фииндкэ сунтем трашь астэзь ла рэспундере пентру о фачере де бине фэкутэ унуй ом болнав ши сунтем ынтребаць кум а фост виндекат,
if we are being examined today about a good deed done to a disabled man and by what means he has been healed,
10 с-о штиць тоць ши с-о штие тот нородул луй Исраел! Омул ачеста се ынфэцишязэ ынаинтя воастрэ пе деплин сэнэтос ын Нумеле луй Исус Христос дин Назарет, пе каре вой Л-аць рэстигнит, дар пе каре Думнезеу Л-а ынвият дин морць.
let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that this man is standing before you in good health by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified and whom God raised from the dead.
11 Ел есте ‘пятра лепэдатэ де вой, зидарий, каре а ажунс сэ фие пусэ ын капул унгюлуй’.
This Jesus is the stone that was rejected by you, the builders, which has become the cornerstone.
12 Ын нимень алтул ну есте мынтуире, кэч ну есте суб чер ничун алт Нуме дат оаменилор ын каре требуе сэ фим мынтуиць.”
There is salvation in no other, for there is no other name given among men by which we must be saved.”
13 Кынд ау вэзут ей ындрэзняла луй Петру ши а луй Иоан, с-ау мират, ынтрукыт штияу кэ ерау оамень некэртурарь ши де рынд, ши ау причепут кэ фусесерэ ку Исус.
When they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and when they realized that they were uneducated and untrained men, they were amazed and recognized that they had been with Jesus.
14 Дар, фииндкэ ведяу лынгэ ей пе омул каре фусесе виндекат, ну путяу зиче нимик ымпотривэ.
But since they could see the man who had been healed standing there with them, they had nothing to say in opposition.
15 Ле-ау порунчит доар сэ ясэ дин собор, с-ау сфэтуит ынтре ей
So they ordered Peter and John to step out from the Sanhedrin while they conferred with one another,
16 ши ау зис: „Че вом фаче оаменилор ачестора? Кэч есте штиут де тоць локуиторий Иерусалимулуй кэ прин ей с-а фэкут о минуне вэдитэ, пе каре н-о путем тэгэдуи.
saying, “What should we do with these men? For it is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem that a notable sign has been done through them, and we cannot deny it.
17 Дар, ка сэ ну се лэцяскэ вестя ачаста май департе ын нород, сэ-й аменинцэм ши сэ ле порунчим ка де акум ынколо сэ ну май ворбяскэ нимэнуй ын Нумеле ачеста.”
But so that it may not spread any further among the people, we will strictly warn them to speak no more in this name to any of the people.”
18 Ши дупэ че й-ау кемат, ле-ау порунчит сэ ну май ворбяскэ ку ничун кип, нич сэ май ынвеце пе оамень ын Нумеле луй Исус.
Then they called them in and ordered them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.
19 Дрепт рэспунс, Петру ши Иоан ле-ау зис: „Жудекаць вой сингурь дакэ есте дрепт ынаинтя луй Думнезеу сэ аскултэм май мулт де вой декыт де Думнезеу,
But Peter and John answered them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to listen to you rather than to God, you must judge.
20 кэч ной ну путем сэ ну ворбим деспре че ам вэзут ши ам аузит.”
For we cannot help but speak about what we have seen and heard.”
21 Й-ау аменинцат дин ноу ши й-ау лэсат сэ плече, кэч ну штияу кум сэ-й педепсяскэ, дин причина нородулуй, фииндкэ тоць слэвяу пе Думнезеу пентру челе ынтымплате.
So after threatening Peter and John further, they released them, finding no way to punish them, because all the people were glorifying God for what had happened.
22 Кэч омул ку каре се фэкусе ачастэ минуне де виндекаре авя май бине де патрузечь де ань.
For the man on whom this sign of healing had been performed was more than forty years old.
23 Дупэ че ли с-а дат друмул, ей с-ау дус ла ай лор ши ле-ау историсит тот че ле спусесерэ преоций чей май де сямэ ши бэтрыний.
After being released, Peter and John went to their own people and reported all that the chief priests and the elders had said to them.
24 Кынд ау аузит ей ачесте лукрурь, шь-ау ридикат гласул тоць ымпреунэ кэтре Думнезеу ши ау зис: „Стэпыне, Доамне, каре ай фэкут черул, пэмынтул, маря ши тот че есте ын еле!
When they heard this, they lifted up their voices with one accord to God and said, “Master, yoʋ are God, who made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and all that is in them.
25 Ту ай зис прин Духул Сфынт, прин гура пэринтелуй ностру Давид, робул Тэу: ‘Пентру че се ынтэрытэ нямуриле ши пентру че куӂетэ нороаделе лукрурь дешарте?
It is yoʋ who said through the mouth of yoʋr servant David, ‘Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot foolish things?
26 Ымпэраций пэмынтулуй с-ау рэскулат ши домниторий с-ау унит ымпотрива Домнулуй ши ымпотрива Унсулуй Сэу.’
The kings of the earth stand up, and the rulers are gathered together, against the Lord and against his Anointed.’
27 Ын адевэр, ымпотрива Робулуй Тэу челуй сфынт, Исус, пе каре Л-ай унс Ту, с-ау ынсоцит ын четатя ачаста Ирод ши Пилат дин Понт ку нямуриле ши ку нороаделе луй Исраел,
For indeed both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together against yoʋr holy servant Jesus, whom yoʋ anointed,
28 ка сэ факэ тот че хотэрысе май динаинте мына Та ши сфатул Тэу.
to do whatever yoʋr hand and yoʋr plan had foreordained to take place.
29 Ши акум, Доамне, уйтэ-Те ла аменинцэриле лор, дэ путере робилор Тэй сэ вестяскэ Кувынтул Тэу ку тоатэ ындрэзняла
And now, Lord, take note of their threats and grant it to yoʋr servants to speak yoʋr word with all boldness,
30 ши ынтинде-Ць мына, ка сэ се факэ тэмэдуирь, минунь ши семне прин Нумеле Робулуй Тэу челуй сфынт, Исус.”
as yoʋ stretch out yoʋr hand to heal and to perform signs and wonders through the name of yoʋr holy servant Jesus.”
31 Дупэ че с-ау ругат ей, с-а кутремурат локул унде ерау адунаць; тоць с-ау умплут де Духул Сфынт ши вестяу Кувынтул луй Думнезеу ку ындрэзнялэ.
After they prayed, the place where they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking the word of God with boldness.
32 Мулцимя челор че крезусерэ ера о инимэ ши ун суфлет. Ничунул ну зичя кэ авериле луй сунт але луй, чи авяу тоате де обште.
Now the hearts and souls of the multitude of believers were one, and no one was saying that any of their belongings was his own, but everything they owned was held in common.
33 Апостолий мэртурисяу ку мултэ путере деспре ынвиеря Домнулуй Исус. Ши ун маре хар ера песте тоць.
With great power the apostles were giving testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all.
34 Кэч ну ера ничунул принтре ей каре сэ дукэ липсэ: тоць чей че авяу огоаре сау касе ле виндяу, адучяу прецул лукрурилор вындуте
There was no one needy among them, for all who owned plots of land or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was sold.
35 ши-л пуняу ла пичоареле апостолилор, апой се ымпэрця фиекэруя дупэ кум авя невое.
They laid the money at the feet of the apostles, and the proceeds were distributed to anyone who had need.
36 Иосиф, нумит де апостоль ши Барнаба, адикэ, ын тэлмэчире, „фиул мынгыерий”, ун левит, де ням дин Чипру,
Joses, whom the apostles called Barnabas (which means “Son of Encouragement”), a Levite and Cypriot by birth,
37 а вындут ун огор пе каре-л авя, а адус баний ши й-а пус ла пичоареле апостолилор.
also sold a field he owned and then brought the money and laid it at the apostles' feet.
