1 Ын Бисерика дин Антиохия ерау ниште пророчь ши ынвэцэторь: Барнаба, Симон, нумит Ниӂер, Лучиу дин Чирене, Манаен, каре фусесе крескут ымпреунэ ку кырмуиторул Ирод, ши Саул.
Now there were in the church at Antioch, several prophets and teachers; Barnabas, and Simon called Niger, and Lucius who was from the city Cyrene, and Menaen, a son of the guardians of Herod the Tetrarch, and Saul.
2 Пе кынд служяу Домнулуй ши постяу, Духул Сфынт а зис: „Пунеци-Мь деопарте пе Барнаба ши пе Саул пентру лукраря ла каре й-ам кемат.”
And while they were fasting and making supplication to God, the Holy Spirit said to them: Separate to me Saul and Barnabas, for the work to which I have called them.
3 Атунч, дупэ че ау постит ши с-ау ругат, шь-ау пус мыниле песте ей ши й-ау лэсат сэ плече.
And after they had fasted and prayed, they laid the hand on them, and sent them away.
4 Барнаба ши Саул, тримишь де Духул Сфынт, с-ау коборыт ла Селеучия ши де аколо ау плекат ку корабия ла Чипру.
And they, being sent forth by the Holy Spirit, went down to Seleucia, and from there they went by sea as far as Cyprus.
5 Ажуншь ла Саламина, ау вестит Кувынтул луй Думнезеу ын синагоӂиле иудеилор. Авяу де служитор пе Иоан.
And when they entered the city of Salamis, they announced the word of our Lord in the synagogues of the Jews. And John ministered to them.
6 Дупэ че ау стрэбэтут тоатэ инсула пынэ ла Пафос, ау ынтылнит пе ун врэжитор, пророк минчинос, ун иудеу, ку нумеле Бар-Исус,
And when they had travelled over the whole island as far as the city Paphos, they found a certain man, a sorcerer, a Jew, who was a false prophet, and whose name was Bar-Suma.
7 каре ера ку дрегэторул Серӂиус Паулус, ун ом ынцелепт. Ачеста дин урмэ а кемат пе Барнаба ши пе Саул ши шь-а арэтат доринца сэ аудэ Кувынтул луй Думнезеу.
He adhered to a wise man, who was the proconsul, and was called Sergius Paulus. And the proconsul sent for Saul and Barnabas, and requested to hear from them the word of God.
8 Дар Елима, врэжиторул – кэч аша се тылкуеште нумеле луй –, ле стэтя ымпотривэ ши кэута сэ абатэ пе дрегэтор де ла крединцэ.
And this sorcerer, Bar-Suma, (whose name is interpreted, Elymas, ) withstood them; because he wished to divert the proconsul from the faith.
9 Атунч, Саул, каре се май нумеште ши Павел, фиинд плин де Духул Сфынт, с-а уйтат цинтэ ла ел
And Saul who is called Paul, was filled with the Holy Spirit; and he looked upon him,
10 ши а зис: „Ом плин де тоатэ викления ши де тоатэ рэутатя, фиул дракулуй, врэжмаш ал орькэрей неприхэнирь, ну май ынчетезь ту сэ стрымбь кэиле дрепте але Домнулуй?
and said: O thou full of all subtilties, and all mischiefs, thou child of the calumniator, and enemy of all righteousness; wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?
11 Акум, ятэ кэ мына Домнулуй есте ымпотрива та: вей фи орб ши ну вей ведя соареле пынэ ла о време.” Ындатэ а кэзут песте ел чацэ ши ынтунерик ши кэута быжбыинд ниште оамень каре сэ-л дукэ де мынэ.
And now, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, and shalt not see the sun for a time. And immediately there fell upon him a mist and darkness; and he went about, inquiring who would take him by the hand.
12 Атунч, дрегэторул, кынд а вэзут че се ынтымпласе, а крезут ши а рэмас уймит де ынвэцэтура Домнулуй.
And when the proconsul saw what occurred, he was astonished; and he believed the doctrine of the Lord.
13 Павел ши товарэший луй ау порнит ку корабия дин Пафос ши с-ау дус ла Перга, ын Памфилия. Иоан с-а деспэрцит де ей ши с-а ынторс ла Иерусалим.
And Paul and Barnabas went by sea, from the city of Paphos, and came to Perga, a city of Pamphylia. And John separated from them, and went away to Jerusalem.
14 Дин Перга шь-ау урмат друмул ынаинте ши ау ажунс ла Антиохия дин Писидия. Ын зиуа Сабатулуй, ау интрат ын синагогэ ши ау шезут жос.
And they departed from Perga, and came to Antioch, a city of Pisidia: and they entered the synagogue, on the sabbath day, and sat down.
15 Дупэ читиря Леӂий ши а Пророчилор, фрунташий синагоӂий ау тримис сэ ле зикэ: „Фрацилор, дакэ авець ун кувынт де ындемн пентру нород, ворбиць.”
And after the law had been read, and the prophets, the Elders of the synagogue sent to them, and said: Men, brethren, if ye have a word of exhortation, address the people.
16 Павел с-а скулат, а фэкут семн ку мына ши а зис: „Бэрбаць исраелиць ши вой каре вэ темець де Думнезеу, аскултаць!
And Paul arose, and waved his hand, and said: Men, sons of Israel, and ye that fear God, hear ye.
17 Думнезеул ачестуй попор Исраел а алес пе пэринций ноштри. А ридикат ла чинсте пе нородул ачеста, ын тимпул шедерий луй ын цара Еӂиптулуй, ши л-а скос дин Еӂипт ку брацул Сэу чел путерник.
The God of this people chose our fathers, and raised them up, and multiplied them, when they resided in the land of Egypt; and, with a high arm, he brought them out of it.
18 Тимп де апроапе патрузечь де ань, ле-а суферит пуртаря ын пустиу.
And he fed them in the wilderness forty years.
19 Ши, дупэ че а нимичит шапте попоаре ын Цара Канаанулуй, ле-а дат де моштенире пэмынтул лор, пентру апроапе патру суте чинчзечь де ань.
And he extirpated seven nations in the land of Canaan, and gave them their land for an inheritance.
20 Дупэ ачесте лукрурь ле-а дат жудекэторь, пынэ ла пророкул Самуел.
And for four hundred and fifty years he gave them judges, until Samuel the prophet.
21 Ей ау черут атунч ун ымпэрат. Ши, тимп де апроапе патрузечь де ань, Думнезеу ле-а дат пе Саул, фиул луй Кис, дин семинция луй Бениамин,
And then they asked for themselves a king: and God gave them Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, during forty years.
22 апой л-а ынлэтурат ши ле-а ридикат ымпэрат пе Давид, деспре каре а мэртурисит астфел: ‘Ам гэсит пе Давид, фиул луй Иесе, ом дупэ инима Мя, каре ва ымплини тоате воиле Меле.’
And he removed him, and raised up to them David as king: and he testified of him, and said: I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after my heart: he will do all my pleasure.
23 Дин сэмынца луй Давид, Думнезеу, дупэ фэгэдуинца Са, а ридикат луй Исраел ун Мынтуитор, каре есте Исус.
From the seed of this man, hath God raised up to Israel, as he promised, Jesus a deliverer.
24 Ынаинте де вениря Луй, Иоан проповэдуисе ботезул покэинцей ла тот нородул луй Исраел.
And, before his advent, he sent John to proclaim the baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
25 Ши Иоан, кынд ера ла сфыршитул ынсэрчинэрий луй, зичя: ‘Чине кредець кэ сунт еу? Ну сунт Ачела, чи ятэ кэ дупэ мине вине Унул кэруя еу ну сунт вредник сэ-Й дезлег ынкэлцэминтя пичоарелор.’
And while John was fulfilling his ministry, he said: Who, suppose ye, that I am? I am not he. But lo, he cometh after me; of whom I am not worthy to untie his shoe-strings.
26 Фрацилор, фий ай нямулуй луй Авраам, ши чей че вэ темець де Думнезеу, воуэ в-а фост тримис Кувынтул ачестей мынтуирь.
Men, brethren, children of the stock of Abraham, and all who, with you, fear God, to you is this word of life sent.
27 Кэч локуиторий дин Иерусалим ши май-марий лор н-ау куноскут пе Исус ши, прин фаптул кэ Л-ау осындит, ау ымплинит кувинтеле пророчилор, каре се читеск ын фиекаре Сабат.
For, those inhabitants of Jerusalem and their chiefs, did not apprehend it; neither did they apprehend also the writings of the prophets, which are read every sabbath; but they condemned him, and fulfilled all the things written.
28 Мэкар кэ н-ау гэсит ын Ел ничо винэ де моарте, тотушь ей ау черут луй Пилат сэ-Л омоаре.
And while they found no ground for his death, they desired of Pilate that they might kill him.
29 Ши, дупэ че ау ымплинит тот че есте скрис деспре Ел, Л-ау дат жос де пе лемн ши Л-ау пус ынтр-ун мормынт.
And when they had fulfilled all that was written concerning him, they took him down from the cross, and laid him in a sepulchre.
30 Дар Думнезеу Л-а ынвият дин морць.
But God raised him from the dead.
31 Ел С-а арэтат, тимп де май мулте зиле, челор че се суисерэ ку Ел дин Галилея ла Иерусалим ши каре, акум, сунт марторий Луй ынаинтя нородулуй.
And he was seen many days, by them who came up with him from Galilee to Jerusalem; and they are now his witnesses to the people.
32 Ши ной вэ адучем вестя ачаста бунэ кэ фэгэдуинца фэкутэ пэринцилор ноштри,
And lo, we also announce to you, that the promise, which was made to our fathers,
33 Думнезеу а ымплинит-о пентру ной, копиий лор, ынвиинд пе Исус, дупэ кум есте скрис ын псалмул ал дойля: ‘Ту ешть Фиул Меу, астэзь Те-ам нэскут.’
lo, God hath fulfilled it to us their children, in that he raised up Jesus; as it is written in the second psalm: Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
34 Кэ Л-а ынвият дин морць, аша кэ ну Се ва май ынтоарче ын путрезире, а спус-о кынд а зис: ‘Вэ вой ымплини ку тоатэ крединчошия фэгэдуинцеле сфинте пе каре ле-ам фэкут луй Давид.’
And God hath so raised him from the dead, that he will not return again and see corruption; as he said: I will give to you the sure grace of David.
35 Де ачея май зиче ши ын алт псалм: ‘Ну вей ынгэдуи ка Сфынтул Тэу сэ вадэ путрезиря.’
And again he said, in another place: Thou hast not given thy devout one to see corruption.
36 Ши Давид, дупэ че а служит челор дин время луй, дупэ планул луй Думнезеу, а мурит, а фост ынгропат лынгэ пэринций сэй ши а вэзут путрезиря.
For David, in his generation, served the pleasure of God, and went to rest, and was added to his fathers, and saw corruption.
37 Дар Ачела пе каре Л-а ынвият Думнезеу н-а вэзут путрезиря.
But this person, whom God raised up, did not see corruption.
38 Сэ штиць дар, фрацилор, кэ ын Ел ви се вестеште ертаря пэкателор,
Know therefore, brethren, that through this man remission of sins is proclaimed to you.
39 ши орьчине креде есте ертат прин Ел де тоате лукруриле де каре н-аць путут фи ертаць прин Леӂя луй Мойсе.
And every one that believeth in this man, is made just from all things, from which ye could not be made just by the law of Moses.
40 Астфел, луаць сяма сэ ну ви се ынтымпле че се спуне ын пророчь:
Beware, therefore, lest that come upon you, which is written in the prophets:
41 ‘Уйтаци-вэ, диспрецуиторилор, мираци-вэ ши периць, кэч ын зилеле воастре ам сэ фак о лукраре пе каре н-о вець креде ничдекум, дакэ в-ар историси-о чинева.’”
Behold, ye despisers, and wonder, and perish; for I work a work in your days, which ye will not believe, though a man relate it to you.
42 Кынд ау ешит афарэ, нямуриле й-ау ругат сэ ле ворбяскэ ши ын Сабатул виитор деспре ачеляшь лукрурь.
And when they had gone from them, they besought them to speak the same things to them the next sabbath day.
43 Ши дупэ че с-а ымпрэштият адунаря, мулць дин иудей ши дин прозелиций евлавиошь ау мерс дупэ Павел ши Барнаба, каре стэтяу де ворбэ ку ей ши-й ындемнау сэ стэруяскэ ын харул луй Думнезеу.
And when the synagogue was dismissed, many Jews went after them, and likewise proselytes who feared God. And they conversed with them, and persuaded them to adhere to the grace of God.
44 Ын Сабатул виитор, апроапе тоатэ четатя с-а адунат ка сэ аудэ Кувынтул луй Думнезеу.
And the next sabbath, the whole city assembled to hear the word of God.
45 Иудеий, кынд ау вэзут нороаделе, с-ау умплут де пизмэ, ворбяу ымпотрива челор спусе де Павел ши-л батжокоряу.
And when the Jews saw the great assembly, they were filled with envy, and set them selves against the words which Paul spoke, and blasphemed.
46 Дар Павел ши Барнаба ле-ау зис ку ындрэзнялэ: „Кувынтул луй Думнезеу требуя вестит май ынтый воуэ, дар, фииндкэ вой ну-л примиць ши сингурь вэ жудекаць невредничь де вяца вешникэ, ятэ кэ не ынтоарчем спре нямурь. (aiōnios g166)
And Paul and Barnabas said openly: To you first, ought the word of God to be spoken; but because ye repel it from you, and decide, against yourselves, that ye are not worthy of life eternal, lo, we turn ourselves to the Gentiles. (aiōnios g166)
47 Кэч аша не-а порунчит Домнул: ‘Те-ам пус ка сэ фий Лумина нямурилор, ка сэ дучь мынтуиря пынэ ла марӂиниле пэмынтулуй.’”
For so hath our Lord commanded us; as it is written: I have set thee a light to the Gentiles; that thou shouldst be for life unto the ends of the earth.
48 Нямуриле се букурау кынд ау аузит лукрул ачеста ши прямэряу Кувынтул Домнулуй. Ши тоць чей че ерау рындуиць сэ капете вяца вешникэ ау крезут. (aiōnios g166)
And when the Gentiles heard this, they rejoiced and glorified God. And those believed, who were appointed to life eternal. (aiōnios g166)
49 Кувынтул Домнулуй се рэспындя ын тоатэ цара.
And the word of the Lord was talked of in all that region.
50 Дар иудеий ау ынтэрытат пе фемеиле кучерниче ку вазэ ши пе фрунташий четэций, ау стырнит о пригонире ымпотрива луй Павел ши Барнаба ши й-ау изгонит дин хотареле лор.
But the Jews stirred up the chiefs of the city, and the opulent women who with them feared God, and set up a persecution against Paul and against Barnabas, and expelled them from their borders.
51 Павел ши Барнаба ау скутурат прафул де пе пичоаре ымпотрива лор ши с-ау дус ын Икония,
And when they went out, they shook off the dust of their feet against them, and went to the city of Iconium.
52 ын тимп че ученичий ерау плинь де букурие ши де Духул Сфынт.
And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Spirit.
