2 Ымпэрацилор 12

1 Иоас с-а фэкут ымпэрат ын ал шаптеля ан ал луй Иеху ши а домнит патрузечь де ань ла Иерусалим. Мама са се кема Цибия, дин Беер-Шеба.

Joas began to reign in the seventh year of Ju, and he reigned forty years in Jerusalem: and his mother's name [was] Sabia of Bersabee.

2 Иоас а фэкут че есте плэкут ынаинтя Домнулуй ын тот тимпул кыт а урмат ындрумэриле преотулуй Иехоиада.

And Joas did that which was right in the sight of the Lord all the days that Jodae the priest instructed him.

3 Нумай кэ ынэлцимиле н-ау ынчетат; попорул тот май адучя жертфе ши тэмые пе ынэлцимь.

Only there were not [any] of the high places removed, and the people still sacrificed there, and burnt incense on the high places.

4 Иоас а зис преоцилор: „Тот арӂинтул ынкинат ши адус ын Каса Домнулуй, арӂинтул ешит ла нумэрэтоаре, ши ануме арӂинтул пентру рэскумпэраря оаменилор, дупэ прецуиря фэкутэ, ши тот арӂинтул пе каре-й спуне куйва инима сэ-л адукэ ла Каса Домнулуй,

And Joas said to the priests, [As for] all the money of the holy things that is brought into the house of the Lord, the money of valuation, [as] each man brings the money of valuation, all the money which any man may feel disposed to bring into the house of the Lord,

5 преоций сэ-л я, фиекаре, де ла чей пе каре-й куноаште ши сэ-л ынтребуинцезе ла дреӂеря касей, орьунде се ва гэси чева де дрес.”

let the priests take it to themselves, every man from [the proceeds of] his sale: and they shall repair the breaches of the house in all [places] wherever a breach shall be found.

6 Дар с-а ынтымплат кэ, ын ал доуэзечь ши трейля ан ал ымпэратулуй Иоас, преоций ынкэ ну дресесерэ стрикэчуниле касей.

And it came to pass in the twenty-third year of king Joas the priests [had] not repaired the breaches of the house.

7 Ымпэратул Иоас а кемат пе преотул Иехоиада ши пе чейлалць преоць ши ле-а зис: „Пентру че н-аць дрес стрикэчуниле касей? Акум, сэ ну май луаць арӂинт де ла куноскуций воштри, чи сэ-л даць пентру дреӂеря стрикэчунилор касей.”

And king Joas called Jodae the priest, and the [other] priests, and said to them, Why have you not repaired the breaches of the house? now then receive no [more] money from your sales, for you shall give it to [repair the] breaches of the house.

8 Преоций с-ау ынвоит сэ ну май я арӂинт де ла попор ши сэ ну май фие ынсэрчинаць ку дреӂеря стрикэчунилор касей.

And the priests consented to receive no more money of the people, and not to repair the breaches of the house.

9 Атунч, преотул Иехоиада а луат о ладэ, й-а фэкут о гаурэ ын капак ши а пус-о лынгэ алтар, ла дряпта, ын друмул пе унде се интра ын Каса Домнулуй. Преоций каре пэзяу прагул пуняу ын еа тот арӂинтул каре се адучя ын Каса Домнулуй.

And Jodae the priest took a chest, and bored a hole in the lid of it, and set it by the altar in the house of a man [belonging to] the house of the Lord, and the priests that kept the door put [therein] all the money that was found in the house of the Lord.

10 Кынд ведяу кэ есте мулт арӂинт ын ладэ, се суяу логофэтул ымпэратулуй ку мареле преот ши стрынӂяу ши нумэрау арӂинтул каре се афла ын Каса Домнулуй.

And it came to pass, when they saw that [there was] much money in the chest, that the king's scribe and the high priest went up, and they tied up and counted the money that was found in the house of the Lord.

11 Ынкрединцау арӂинтул кынтэрит ын мыниле челор ынсэрчинаць ку фачеря лукрэрилор ла Каса Домнулуй. Ши дэдяу арӂинтул ачеста тесларилор ши лукрэторилор каре лукрау ын Каса Домнулуй,

And they gave the money that had been collected into the hands of them that wrought the works, the overseers of the house of the Lord; and they gave it out to the carpenters and to the builders that wrought in the house of the Lord.

12 зидарилор ши чоплиторилор де петре пентру кумпэраря лемнелор ши а петрелор чоплите требуитоаре ла дреӂеря стрикэчунилор Касей Домнулуй ши пентру тоате келтуелиле привитоаре ла стрикэчуниле касей.

And to the masons, and to the hewers of stone, to purchase timber and hewn stone to repair the breaches of the house of the Lord, for all that was spent on the house of the Lord to repair [it].

13 Дар, ку арӂинтул каре се адучя ын Каса Домнулуй, н-ау фэкут пентру Каса Домнулуй нич лигене де арӂинт, нич мукэрь, нич потире, нич трымбице, ничун вас де аур сау де арӂинт,

Only there were not to be made for the house of the Lord silver plates, studs, bowls, or trumpets, any vessel of gold or vessel of silver, of the money that was brought into the house of the Lord:

14 чи ыл дэдяу челор че фэчяу лукраря, ка сэ-л ынтребуинцезе пентру дреӂеря Касей Домнулуй.

for they were to give it to the workmen, and they repaired therewith the house of the Lord.

15 Ну се черя сокотялэ оаменилор ын мыниле кэрора дэдяу арӂинтул ка сэ-л ымпартэ лукрэторилор, кэч лукрау чинстит.

Also they took no account of the men into whose hands they gave the money to give to the workmen, for they acted faithfully.

16 Арӂинтул жертфелор пентру винэ ши ал жертфелор де испэшире ну ера адус ын Каса Домнулуй, чи ера пентру преоць.

Money for a sin-offering, and money for a trespass-offering, whatever happened to be brought into the house of the Lord, went to the priests.

17 Атунч, Хазаел, ымпэратул Сирией, с-а суит ши с-а бэтут ымпотрива Гатулуй ши л-а кучерит. Хазаел авя де гынд сэ се суе ымпотрива Иерусалимулуй.

Then went up Azael king of Syria, and fought against Geth, and took it: and Azael set his face to go against Jerusalem.

18 Иоас, ымпэратул луй Иуда, а луат тоате лукруриле ынкинате Домнулуй, ши ануме че фусесе ынкинат Домнулуй де Иосафат, де Иорам ши де Ахазия, пэринций сэй, ымпэраций луй Иуда, че ынкинасе ел ынсушь ши тот аурул каре се гэся ын вистиерииле Касей Домнулуй ши касей ымпэратулуй. Ши а тримис тотул луй Хазаел, ымпэратул Сирией, каре ну с-а суит ымпотрива Иерусалимулуй.

And Joas king of Juda took all the holy things which Josaphat, and Joram, Ochozias, his fathers, and kings of Juda [had] consecrated, and what he had himself dedicated, and all the gold that was found in the treasures of the Lord's house and the king's house, and he sent [them] to Azael king of Syria; and he went up from Jerusalem.

19 Челелалте фапте але луй Иоас ши тот че а фэкут ел ну сунт скрисе оаре ын Картя Кроничилор ымпэрацилор луй Иуда?

And the rest of the acts of Joas, and all that he did, behold, [are] not these things written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Juda?

20 Служиторий луй с-ау рэскулат, ау фэкут о унелтире ши ау ловит пе Иоас ын каса Мило, каре есте ла коборышул де ла Сила.

And his servants rose up and made a conspiracy, and struck Joas in the house of Mallo that is in Sela.

21 Иозакар, фиул луй Шимеат, ши Иозабад, фиул луй Шомер, служиторий луй, л-ау ловит ши а мурит. Апой л-ау ынгропат ку пэринций сэй, ын четатя луй Давид. Ши ын локул луй а домнит фиул сэу Амация.

And Jezirchar the son of Jemuath, and Jezabuth Somer's son, his servants, struck him, and he died; and they buried him with his fathers in the city of David: and Amessias his son reigned in his stead.
