1 Самуел 11
1 Нахаш, Амонитул, а венит ши а ымпресурат Иабесул дин Галаад. Тоць локуиторий дин Иабес ау зис луй Нахаш: „Фэ легэмынт ку ной, ши-ць вом фи супушь.”
Then Nahash the Ammonite came up and encamped against Jabesh Gilead; and all the men of Jabesh said to Nahash, “Make a covenant with us, and we will serve you.”
2 Дар Нахаш, Амонитул, ле-а рэспунс: „Вой фаче легэмынт ку вой дакэ мэ лэсаць сэ вэ скот ла тоць окюл дрепт ши сэ арунк астфел о окарэ асупра ынтрегулуй Исраел.”
Nahash the Ammonite said to them, “On this condition I will make it with you, that all your right eyes be gouged out. I will make this dishonor all Israel.”
3 Бэтрыний дин Иабес й-ау зис: „Дэ-не ун рэгаз де шапте зиле ка сэ тримитем соль ын тот цинутул луй Исраел; ши дакэ ну ва фи нимень сэ не ажуте, не вом супуне цие.”
The elders of Jabesh said to him, “Give us seven days, that we may send messengers to all the borders of Israel; and then, if there is no one to save us, we will come out to you.”
4 Солий ау ажунс ла Гибея, четатя луй Саул, ши ау спус ачесте лукрурь ын аузул попорулуй. Ши тот попорул а ридикат гласул ши а плынс.
Then the messengers came to Gibeah of Saul, and spoke these words in the ears of the people, then all the people lifted up their voice and wept.
5 Саул токмай се ынторчя де ла кымп, ын урма боилор, ши а ынтребат: „Че аре попорул де плынӂе?” Й-ау историсит че спусесерэ чей дин Иабес.
Behold, Saul came following the oxen out of the field; and Saul said, “What ails the people that they weep?” They told him the words of the men of Jabesh.
6 Кум а аузит Саул ачесте лукрурь, Духул луй Думнезеу а венит песте ел ши с-а мыният фоарте таре.
God’s Spirit came mightily on Saul when he heard those words, and his anger burned hot.
7 А луат о переке де бой, й-а тэят ын букэць ши ле-а тримис прин соль ын тот цинутул луй Исраел, зикынд: „Орьчине ну ва мерӂе дупэ Саул ши Самуел ышь ва ведя боий тэяць ла фел.” Гроаза Домнулуй а апукат пе попор, каре а порнит ка ун сингур ом.
He took a yoke of oxen and cut them in pieces, then sent them throughout all the borders of Israel by the hand of messengers, saying, “Whoever doesn’t come out after Saul and after Samuel, so shall it be done to his oxen.” The dread of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out as one man.
8 Саул ле-а фэкут нумэрэтоаря ла Безек; копиий луй Исраел ерау трей суте де мий ши бэрбаций луй Иуда, трейзечь де мий.
He counted them in Bezek; and the children of Israel were three hundred thousand, and the men of Judah thirty thousand.
9 Ей ау зис солилор каре венисерэ: „Аша сэ ворбиць локуиторилор Иабесулуй дин Галаад: ‘Мыне, кынд ва догори соареле, вець авя ажутор.’” Солий ау дус вестя ачаста челор дин Иабес, каре с-ау умплут де букурие
They said to the messengers who came, “Tell the men of Jabesh Gilead, ‘Tomorrow, by the time the sun is hot, you will be rescued.’” The messengers came and told the men of Jabesh; and they were glad.
10 ши ау зис амоницилор: „Мыне не вом супуне воуэ ши не вець фаче че вэ ва плэчя.”
Therefore the men of Jabesh said, “Tomorrow we will come out to you, and you shall do with us all that seems good to you.”
11 А доуа зи, Саул а ымпэрцит попорул ын трей чете. Ау пэтрунс ын табэра амоницилор ын стража диминеций ши й-ау бэтут пынэ ла кэлдура зилей. Чей че ау скэпат ау фост рисипиць ши н-ау май рэмас дой лаолалтэ динтре ей.
On the next day, Saul put the people in three companies; and they came into the middle of the camp in the morning watch, and struck the Ammonites until the heat of the day. Those who remained were scattered, so that no two of them were left together.
12 Попорул а зис луй Самуел: „Чине зичя: ‘Саул сэ домняскэ песте ной?’ Даць ынкоаче пе оамений ачея, ка сэ-й оморым.”
The people said to Samuel, “Who is he who said, ‘Shall Saul reign over us?’ Bring those men, that we may put them to death!”
13 Дар Саул а зис: „Нимень ну ва фи оморыт ын зиуа ачаста, кэч астэзь Домнул а дат о избэвире луй Исраел.”
Saul said, “No man shall be put to death today; for today the LORD has rescued Israel.”
14 Ши Самуел а зис попорулуй: „Вениць ши сэ мерӂем ла Гилгал, ка сэ ынтэрим аколо ымпэрэция.”
Then Samuel said to the people, “Come! Let’s go to Gilgal, and renew the kingdom there.”
15 Тот попорул с-а дус ла Гилгал ши ау пус пе Саул ымпэрат, ынаинтя Домнулуй, ла Гилгал. Аколо, ау адус жертфе де мулцумире ынаинтя Домнулуй ши Саул ши тоць оамений луй Исраел с-ау веселит фоарте мулт аколо.
All the people went to Gilgal; and there they made Saul king before the LORD in Gilgal. There they offered sacrifices of peace offerings before the LORD; and there Saul and all the men of Israel rejoiced greatly.
