1 Фиий луй Иуда: Перец, Хецрон, Карми, Хур ши Шобал.
The sons of Judah: Perez, Hezron, and Carmi, and Hur, and Shobal.
2 Реая, фиул луй Шобал, а нэскут пе Иахат; Иахат а нэскут пе Ахумай ши Лахад. Ачестя сунт фамилииле цореатицилор.
Truly, Reaiah, the son of Shobal, conceived Jahath; from him were born Ahumai and Lahad. These are the kindred of the Zorathites.
3 Ятэ урмаший татэлуй луй Етам: Изреел, Ишма ши Идбаш; нумеле сурорий лор ера Хацелелпони.
And this is the stock of Etam: Jezreel, and Ishma, and Idbash. And the name of their sister was Hazzelelponi.
4 Пенуел ера татэл луй Гедор, яр Езер, татэл луй Хуша. Ачештя сунт фиий луй Хур, ынтыюл нэскут ал Ефратей, татэл луй Бетлеем.
Now Penuel was the father of Gedor, and Ezer was the father of Hushah. These are the sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratha, the father of Bethlehem.
5 Ашхур, татэл луй Текоа, а авут доуэ невесте: Хелея ши Наара.
Truly, for Ashhur, the father of Tekoa, there were two wives: Helah and Naarah.
6 Наара й-а нэскут пе Ахузам, пе Хефер, пе Темени ши пе Ахаштари: ачештя сунт фиий Наарей.
And Naarah bore to him: Ahuzzam, and Hepher, and Temeni, and Haahashtari. These are the sons of Naarah.
7 Фиий Хелеей: Церет, Цохар ши Етнан.
And the sons of Helah were Zereth, Izhar, and Ethnan.
8 Коц а нэскут пе Ануб ши Хацобеба ши фамилииле луй Ахархел, фиул луй Харум.
Now Koz conceived Anub, and Zobebah, and the kindred of Aharhel, the son of Harum.
9 Иаебец ера май ку вазэ декыт фраций сэй; мама са й-а пус нумеле Иаебец, зикынд: „Пентру кэ л-ам нэскут ку дурере.”
But Jabez was renowned, more so than his brothers, and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, “For I bore him in sorrow.”
10 Иаебец а кемат пе Думнезеул луй Исраел ши а зис: „Дакэ мэ вей бинекувынта ши-мь вей ынтинде хотареле, дакэ мына Та ва фи ку мине ши дакэ мэ вей фери де ненорочире, аша ынкыт сэ ну фиу ын суферинцэ!…” Ши Думнезеу й-а дат че черусе.
Truly, Jabez called upon the God of Israel, saying, “If only, when blessing, you will bless me, and will broaden my borders, and your hand will be with me, and you will cause me not to be oppressed by evil.” And God granted to him the things for which he prayed.
11 Келуб, фрателе луй Шуха, а нэскут пе Мекир, каре а фост татэл луй Ештон.
Now Chelub, the brother of Shuhah, conceived Mehir, who was the father of Eshton.
12 Ештон а нэскут каса луй Рафа, Пасеах ши Текина, татэл четэций луй Нахаш. Ачештя сунт бэрбаций де ла Река.
Then Eshton conceived Bethrapha, and Paseah, and Tehinnah, the father of the city of Nahash. These are the men of Recah.
13 Фиий луй Кеназ: Отниел ши Серая. Фиул луй Отниел: Хатат.
Now the sons of Kenaz were Othniel and Seraiah. And the sons of Othniel were Hathath and Meonothai.
14 Меонотай а нэскут пе Офра. Серая а нэскут пе Иоаб, татэл вэий лукрэторилор, кэч ерау лукрэторь.
Meonothai conceived Ophrah, but Seraiah conceived Joab, the father of the Valley of Artisans. For indeed, there were artisans there.
15 Фиий луй Калеб, фиул луй Иефуне: Иру, Ела ши Наам, ши фиий луй Ела ши Кеназ.
Truly, the sons of Chelub, the son of Jephunneh, were Iru, and Elah, and Naam. And the sons of Elah: Kenaz.
16 Фиий луй Иехалелеел: Зиф, Зифа, Тирия ши Асареел.
Also, the sons of Jehallelel: Ziph and Ziphah, Tiria and Asarel.
17 Фиий луй Езра: Иетер, Меред, Ефер ши Иалон. Неваста луй Меред а нэскут пе Мириам, пе Шамай ши пе Ишбах, татэл луй Ештемоа.
And the sons of Ezrah: Jether, and Mered, and Epher, and Jalon; and he conceived Miriam, and Shammai, and Ishbah, the father of Eshtemoa.
18 Невастэ-са, иудейка, а нэскут пе Иеред, татэл луй Гедор, пе Ебер, татэл луй Соко, ши пе Иекутиел, татэл луй Заноах. Ачештя сунт фиий Битией, фата луй Фараон, пе каре а луат-о Меред де невастэ.
And then his wife, Judaia, bore Jered, the father of Gedor, and Heber, the father of Soco, and Jekuthiel, the father of Zanoah. Now there were sons of Bithiah, the daughter of Pharaoh, whom Mered married,
19 Фиий невестей луй Ходия, сора луй Нахам: татэл луй Кехила, Гармитул, ши Ештемоа, Маакатитул.
and sons of his wife Hodiah, the sister of Naham, the father of Keilah the Garmite, and of Eshtemoa, who was from Maacathi.
20 Фиий луй Симон: Амнон, Рина, Бен-Ханан ши Тилон. Фиий луй Ишей: Зохет ши Бен-Зохет.
And the sons of Shimon: Amnon, and Rinnah, son of Hanan, and Tilon. And the sons of Ishi: Zoheth and Benzoheth.
21 Фиий луй Шела, фиул луй Иуда: Ер, татэл луй Лека, Лаеда, татэл луй Мареша, ши фамилииле касей унде се лукрязэ пынза, дин каса луй Ашбея,
The sons of Shelah, the son of Judah: Er, the father of Lecah, and Laadah, the father of Mareshah, and the kindred of the house of the workers of fine linen in the house of the oath,
22 ши Иоким, ши оамений луй Козеба, ши Иоас, ши Сараф, каре ау стэпынит асупра Моабулуй, ши Иашуби-Лехем. Ачесте лукрурь сунт векь.
and he who caused the sun to stand still, and the men of Lying, and Secure, and Burning, who were leaders in Moab, and who returned into Lehem. Now these words are ancient.
23 Ей ерау оларь ши локуяу ын ливезь ши ын лунчь; локуяу аколо лынгэ ымпэрат ши лукрау пентру ел.
These are the potters living in the Plantations and in the Hedges, with a king in his works, and they were dwelling there.
24 Фиий луй Симеон: Немуел, Иамин, Иариб, Зерах, Саул.
The sons of Simeon: Nemuel and Jamin, Jarib, Zerah, Shaul;
25 Фиул луй Саул: Шалум, Мибсам, фиул сэу; Мишма, фиул сэу.
Shallum his son, Mibsam his son, Mishma his son.
26 Фиий луй Мишма: Хамуел, фиул сэу; Закур, фиул сэу; Шимей, фиул сэу.
The sons of Mishma: Hammuel his son, Zaccur his son, Shimei his son.
27 Шимей а авут шайспрезече фий ши шасе фийче. Фраций сэй н-ау авут мулць фий. Ши тоате фамилииле лор ну с-ау ынмулцит атыт кыт фиий луй Иуда.
The sons of Shimei were sixteen, and there were six daughters. But his brothers did not have many sons, and the entire kindred was not equal to the sum of the sons of Judah.
28 Ей локуяу ла Беер-Шеба, ла Молада, ла Хацар-Шуал,
Now they lived in Beersheba, and Moladah, and Hazarshual,
29 ла Билха, ла Ецем, ла Толад,
and in Bilhah, and in Ezem, and in Tolad,
30 ла Бетуел, ла Хорма, ла Циклаг,
and in Bethuel, and in Hormah, and in Ziklag,
31 ла Бет-Маркабот, ла Хацар-Сусим, ла Бет-Бирей ши ла Шаараим. Ачестя ау фост четэциле лор пынэ ла домния луй Давид
and in Beth-marcaboth, and in Hazarsusim, and in Bethbiri, and in Shaaraim. These were their cities until king David.
32 ши сателе лор. Ей май авяу ши Етам, Аин, Римон, Токен ши Ашан, чинч четэць,
And their towns were Etam, and Ain, Rimmon, and Tochen, and Ashan, five cities,
33 ши тоате сателе дин ымпрежуримиле ачестор четэць, пынэ ла Баал. Ятэ локуинцеле лор ши спица нямулуй лор:
with all their villages, on every side of these cities, as far as Baal. This is their habitation and the distribution of the settlements.
34 Мешобаб; Иамлек; Иоша, фиул луй Амация;
And there were Meshobab and Jamlech, and Joshah, the son of Amaziah,
35 Иоел; Иеху, фиул луй Иошибия, фиул луй Серая, фиул луй Асиел;
and Joel, and Jehu, the son of Joshibiah, the son of Seraiah, the son of Asiel,
36 Елиоенай; Иаакоба; Иешохая; Асая; Адиел; Иесимиел; Беная;
and Elioenai, and Jaakobah, and Jeshohaiah, and Asaiah, and Adiel, and Jesimiel, and Benaiah,
37 Зиза, фиул луй Шифей, фиул луй Алон, фиул луй Иедая, фиул луй Шимри, фиул луй Шемая.
as well as Ziza, the son of Shiphi, the son of Allon, the son of Jedaiah, the son of Shimri, the son of Shemaiah.
38 Ачештя, нумиць пе нуме, ерау домнь ын фамилииле лор, ши каселе лор пэринтешть ау крескут мулт.
These were the names of the leaders in their kindred. And they were multiplied greatly within the houses of their marriages.
39 Ей с-ау дус ынспре Гедор пынэ ла рэсэритул вэий, сэ кауте пэшуне пентру турмеле лор.
And they set out, so that they might enter into Gedor, as far as the eastern valley, and so that they might seek pastures for their flocks.
40 Ау гэсит пэшунь грасе ши буне ши о царэ ынтинсэ, лиништитэ ши пашникэ, фииндкэ чей че о локуяу май ынаинте се коборау дин Хам.
And they found fat and very good pastures, and a very wide and quiet and fruitful land, in which some from the stock of Ham had lived before.
41 Оамений ачештя, скришь пе нуме, ау венит пе время луй Езекия, ымпэратул луй Иуда; ау сфэрымат кортуриле лор ши пе маониць, каре се афлау аколо, й-ау нимичит ку десэвыршире пынэ ын зиуа де азь ши с-ау ашезат ын локул лор, кэч аколо ерау пэшунь пентру турмеле лор.
So then, those whose names have been written above, went forth in the days of Hezekiah, the king of Judah. And they struck down the inhabitants who had been found there with their dwellings. And they wiped them out, even to the present day. And they lived in place of them, because they found very fat pastures there.
42 Ши динтре фиий луй Симеон с-ау дус ла мунтеле Сеир ын нумэр де чинч суте де оамень. Авяу ын фрунте пе Пелатия, Неария, Рефая ши Узиел, фиий луй Ишей.
Also, some of the sons of Simeon, five hundred men, went away to mount Seir, having as leaders Pelatiah and Neariah and Rephaiah and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi.
43 Ау бэтут рэмэшица де амалечиць каре скэпасе ку вяцэ ши с-ау ашезат аколо пынэ ын зиуа де азь.
And they struck down the remnant of the Amalekites, those who had been able to escape, and they lived there in place of them, even to this day.
