Psalmii 77
1 Mai marelui muzician, lui Iedutun, un psalm al lui Asaf. Am strigat către Dumnezeu cu vocea mea, către Dumnezeu cu vocea mea; și el a deschis urechea spre mine.
For the end, for Idithun, a Psalm of Asaph. I cried to the Lord with my voice, yes, my voice [was addressed] to God; and he gave heed to me.
2 În ziua tulburării mele am căutat pe Domnul, rana mea a curs neîncetat în noapte; sufletul meu a refuzat să fie mângâiat.
In the day of mine affliction I earnestly sought the Lord; [even] with my hands by night before him, and I was not deceived; my soul refused to be comforted.
3 Mi-am amintit de Dumnezeu și am fost tulburat, m-am plâns și duhul meu a fost copleșit. (Selah)
I remembered God, and rejoiced; I poured out my complaint, and my soul fainted. (Pause)
4 Tu îmi ții ochii veghind, sunt atât de tulburat încât nu pot vorbi.
All mine enemies set a watch [against me]: I was troubled, and spoke not.
5 Am luat aminte la zilele din vechime, anii timpurilor vechi.
I considered the days of old, and remembered ancient years.
6 Îmi amintesc cântarea mea în noapte, cuget în inima mea; și duhul meu a făcut o cercetare amănunțită.
And I meditated; I communed with my heart by night, and diligently searched my spirit, [saying],
7 Va lepăda Domnul pentru totdeauna? Și nu va mai fi el binevoitor?
Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be well pleased no more?
8 A dispărut mila lui pentru totdeauna? Încetează promisiunea lui pentru totdeauna?
Will he cut off his mercy for ever, even for ever and ever?
9 A uitat Dumnezeu să arate bunătate? A închis el în mânie îndurările sale blânde? (Selah)
Will God forget to pity? or will he shut up his compassions in his wrath? (Pause)
10 Și am spus: Aceasta este neputința mea; dar îmi voi aminti anii mâinii drepte a celui Preaînalt.
And I said, Now I have begun; this is the change of the right hand of the Most High.
11 Îmi voi aminti lucrările DOMNULUI, cu siguranță îmi voi aminti minunile tale din vechime.
I remembered the works of the Lord; for I will remember your wonders from the beginning.
12 Voi medita de asemenea la toată lucrarea ta și voi vorbi despre facerile tale.
And I will meditate on all your works, and will consider your doings.
13 Calea ta, Dumnezeule, este în sanctuar, cine este un Dumnezeu atât de mare ca Dumnezeul nostru?
O God, your way is in the sanctuary; who is a great God as our God?
14 Tu ești Dumnezeul care face minuni, tu ți-ai vestit puterea printre popoare.
You are the God that do wonders; you have made known your power amongst the nations.
15 Cu brațul tău ți-ai răscumpărat poporul, fiii lui Iacob și Iosif. (Selah)
You have with your arm redeemed your people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Pause)
16 Apele te-au văzut, Dumnezeule, apele te-au văzut; s-au temut, adâncurile de asemenea s-au tulburat.
The waters saw you, O God, the waters saw you, and feared; and the depths were troubled.
17 Norii au revărsat apă, cerurile au trimis un sunet; săgețile tale de asemenea au mers departe.
[There was] an abundant sound of waters: the clouds uttered a voice; for your arrows went abroad.
18 Vocea tunetului tău a fost în cer, fulgerele au luminat lumea, pământul a tremurat și s-a zguduit.
The voice of your thunder was abroad, and around your lightnings appeared to the world; the earth trembled a quaked.
19 Calea ta este în mare și cărarea ta în apele mari și urmele pașilor tăi nu sunt cunoscute.
Your way is in the sea, and your paths in many waters, and your footsteps can’t be known.
20 Ți-ai condus poporul ca pe o turmă prin mâna lui Moise și a lui Aaron.
You did guide your people as sheep by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
