Psalmii 46
1 Mai marelui muzician, pentru fiii lui Core. O cântare, „Pentru Fecioare.” Dumnezeu este adăpostul și puterea noastră, un ajutor care nu lipsește niciodată în timp de necaz.
To the choirmaster of [the] sons of Korah on alamoth a song. God of us [is] a refuge and strength a help in troubles he is found exceedingly.
2 De aceea nu ne vom teme, chiar dacă s-ar muta pământul și munții ar fi duși în mijlocul mării.
There-fore not we will fear when changes [the] earth and when shake mountains in [the] heart of [the] seas.
3 Chiar dacă ar urla apele sale și ar fi în clocot, chiar dacă munții s-ar zgudui cu umflarea lor. (Selah)
They will roar they will foam waters its they will shake mountains at swelling its (Selah)
4 Este un râu, ale cărui pâraie vor înveseli cetatea lui Dumnezeu, locul sfânt al tabernacolelor celui Preaînalt.
A river streams its they make glad [the] city of God [the] holy [place] of [the] dwellings of [the] Most High.
5 Dumnezeu este în mijlocul ei; ea nu se va clătina; Dumnezeu o va ajuta, de la revărsatul zorilor.
God [is] in midst its not it will be shaken he will help it God to [the] turning of [the] morning.
6 Păgânii s-au înfuriat, împărățiile au fost clătinate; el și-a înălțat vocea, pământul s-a topit.
They were in a tumult nations they shook kingdoms he gave with voice his it melted [the] earth.
7 DOMNUL oștirilor este cu noi; Dumnezeul lui Iacob este locul nostru de scăpare. (Selah)
Yahweh of hosts [is] with us [is] a refuge of us [the] God of Jacob (Selah)
8 Veniți, priviți lucrările DOMNULUI, ce pustiiri a făcut pe pământ.
Come see [the] works of Yahweh who he has appointed desolations on the earth.
9 El face războaiele să înceteze până la marginea pământului; el frânge arcul și retează sulița în bucăți; el arde carul în foc.
[he is] making cease Wars to [the] end of the earth bow[s] he breaks and he cuts in two spear[s] carts he burns with fire.
10 Liniștiți-vă și cunoașteți că eu sunt Dumnezeu, voi fi înălțat printre păgâni, voi fi înălțat pe pământ.
Be quiet and know that I [am] God I will be exalted among the nations I will be exalted on the earth.
11 DOMNUL oștirilor este cu noi; Dumnezeul lui Iacob este locul nostru de scăpare. (Selah)
