Psalmii 111

1 Lăudați pe DOMNUL. Voi lăuda pe DOMNUL cu întreaga mea inimă în sfatul celor integri și în adunare.

Praise ye Yah! I will give thanks unto Yahweh, with a whole heart, in the circle of the upright and the assembly.

2 Lucrările DOMNULUI sunt mari, căutate de toți cei ce au plăcere în ele.

Great are the works of Yahweh, sought out, by all who find pleasure therein.

3 Lucrarea lui este demnă de cinste și glorioasă; și dreptatea lui dăinuiește pentru totdeauna.

Honourable and majestic, is his doing, and, his righteousness, standeth for aye.

4 El a făcut ca lucrările lui minunate să fie amintite; DOMNUL este cu har și plin de compasiune.

A memorial, hath he made by his wonders, Gracious and compassionate, is Yahweh.

5 El a dat mâncare celor ce se tem de el; întotdeauna își va aminti legământul său.

Food, hath he given to them who revere him, He will remember, age-abidingly, his covenant.

6 El a arătat poporului său puterea lucrărilor sale, ca să le dea moștenirea păgânilor.

The might of his works, hath he declared to his people, that he may give them the inheritance of the nations.

7 Lucrările mâinilor sale sunt adevăr și judecată; toate poruncile sale sunt sigure.

The works of his hands, are faithful and just, Firm are all his precepts;

8 Ele stau tari pentru totdeauna și întotdeauna și sunt făcute în adevăr și integritate.

Upheld to futurity, to times age-abiding, done in faithfulness and equity.

9 A trimis răscumpărare poporului său, el a poruncit legământul său pentru totdeauna, sfânt și înfricoșător este numele său.

Ransom, hath he sent to his people, He hath commanded, to times age-abiding, his covenant, Holy and reverend, is his Name.

10 Teama de DOMNUL este începutul înțelepciunii, o bună înțelegere au toți cei ce împlinesc poruncile lui, lauda lui dăinuiește pentru totdeauna.

The beginning of wisdom, is the reverence of Yahweh, Good discretion, have all that do them, His praise, endureth for aye.
