Proverbe 5
1 Fiul meu, dă atenție la înțelepciunea mea și apleacă-ți urechea la înțelegerea mea,
O son my to wisdom my be attentive! to understanding my incline ear your.
2 Ca să iei aminte la discernere și ca buzele tale să păzească cunoașterea.
To preserve discretion and knowledge lips your they will observe.
3 Fiindcă buzele femeii străine picură ca fagurele și gura ei este mai alunecoasă decât untdelemnul;
For honey they drip [the] lips of a strange [woman] and [is] smooth more than oil mouth her.
4 Dar sfârșitul ei este amar ca pelinul, ascuțit ca o sabie cu două tăișuri.
And end her [is] bitter like wormwood sharp like a sword of mouths.
Feet her [are] going down death Sheol steps her they will attain. (Sheol h7585)
6 Ca nu cumva să cumpănești cărarea vieții, căile ei sunt schimbătoare, ca să nu le poți cunoaște.
[the] path of Life lest she should make level they wander tracks her not she knows.
7 De aceea ascultați-mă acum copiilor și nu vă depărtați de cuvintele gurii mele!
And therefore O children listen to me and may not you depart from [the] utterances of mouth my.
8 Mută-ți calea departe de ea și nu te apropia de ușa casei ei,
Make far away from with her way your and may not you draw near to [the] entrance of house her.
9 Ca nu cumva să dai onoarea ta altora și anii tăi celui crud,
Lest you should give to others vigor your and years your to a cruel [person].
10 Ca nu cumva să fie îndestulați străinii cu bogăția ta și ostenelile tale să fie în casa unui străin,
Lest they should be satisfied strangers strength your and labor your [be] in [the] house of a foreigner.
11 Și la urmă să jelești, când carnea ta și trupul tău sunt mistuite,
And you will groan at end your when wastes away flesh your and body your.
12 Și să spui: Cum de am urât instruirea și inima mea a disprețuit mustrarea;
And you will say how! I hated discipline and rebuke it spurned heart my.
13 Și nu am ascultat de vocea învățătorilor mei, nici nu mi-am aplecat urechea la cei ce m-au instruit!
And not I listened to [the] voice of instructor my and to teachers my not I inclined ear my.
14 Am fost aproape în fiecare rău în mijlocul mulțimii și al adunării.
Like a little I was in every calamity in among [the] assembly and [the] congregation.
15 Bea apă din propriul tău izvor și ape curgătoare din propria ta fântână.
Drink water from own cistern your and streams from [the] midst of own well your.
16 Izvoarele tale să se reverse departe și râuri de ape să fie pe străzi.
Will they overflow? springs your [the] outside towards in the open places streams of water.
17 Să fie numai ale tale și nu ale străinilor care sunt cu tine.
Let them belong to you to alone you and not to strangers with you.
18 Fântâna ta să fie binecuvântată; și bucură-te cu soția tinereții tale.
May it be spring your blessed and rejoice from [the] wife of youth your.
19 Ca cerboaica drăgăstoasă să fie ea și o căprioară plăcută; să te sature tot timpul sânii ei; și fii întotdeauna îmbătat de dragostea ei.
A doe of loves and a goat of grace breasts her may they satisfy you at every time by love her may you be intoxicated continually.
20 Și de ce ai dori tu, fiul meu, să fii îmbătat de o femeie străină și să îmbrățișezi sânul unei străine?
And why? will you go astray O son my with a strange [woman] may you embrace? [the] bosom of a foreign [woman].
21 Căci căile omului sunt înaintea ochilor DOMNULUI și el cumpănește toate cărările lui.
For before - [the] eyes of Yahweh [the] ways of a person and all tracks his [he is] making level.
22 Propriile lui nelegiuiri îl vor prinde pe cel stricat și va fi ținut cu funiile păcatelor sale.
Iniquities his they will seize him the wicked [person] and by [the] cords of sin his he will be held.
23 El va muri fără instruire și în măreția nechibzuinței sale se va rătăci.
He he will die for not discipline and in [the] greatness of foolishness his he will go astray.
