1 Și DOMNUL i-a vorbit lui Moise în câmpiile lui Moab, lângă Iordan, aproape de Ierihon, spunând:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses in [the] plains of Moab at [the] Jordan of Jericho saying.
2 Poruncește copiilor lui Israel, ca ei să dea leviților din moștenirea stăpânirii lor, cetăți pentru a locui în ele; și să dați de asemenea leviților împrejurimile cetăților lor, de jur împrejurul lor.
Command [the] people of Israel and they will give to the Levites some of [the] inheritance of possession their cities to dwell in and pasture land for the cities around them you will give to the Levites.
3 Și vor avea cetățile pentru a locui în ele; și împrejurimile vor fi pentru vitele lor și pentru bunurile lor și pentru toate animalele lor.
And they will belong the cities to them to dwell in and pasture lands their they will be for cattle their and for property their and for every animal their.
4 Și împrejurimile cetăților, pe care să le dați leviților, se vor întinde de la zidul cetății în afară, o mie de coți de jur împrejur.
And [the] pasture lands of the cities which you will give to the Levites [will be] from [the] wall of the city and [the] outside towards one thousand cubit[s] all around.
5 Și să măsurați din afara cetății pe latura de est, două mii de coți, și pe latura de sud, două mii de coți, și pe latura de vest, două mii de coți, și pe latura de nord, două mii de coți; și cetatea să fie în mijloc; acestea să le fie împrejurimile cetăților.
And you will measure from [the] outside of the city [the] side of east-ward two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] south two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] west - two thousand by the cubit and [the] side of [the] north two thousand by the cubit and the city [will be] in the middle this it will belong to them [the] pasture lands of the cities.
6 Și printre cetățile pe care să le dați leviților să fie șase cetăți de scăpare, pe care să le rânduiți pentru ucigașul de oameni, ca să poată fugi acolo; și lor să le adăugați patruzeci și două de cetăți.
And the cities which you will give to the Levites [the] six [the] cities of refuge which you will give to flee there towards the killer and to them you will give forty and two citi[es].
7 Astfel, toate cetățile pe care să le dați leviților să fie patruzeci și opt de cetăți; pe ele să le dați împreună cu împrejurimile lor.
All the cities which you will give to the Levites [will be] forty and eight citi[es] them and pasture lands their.
8 Și cetățile pe care să le dați să fie din stăpânirea copiilor lui Israel; de la cei ce au multe să dați multe; dar de la cei ce au puține să dați puține; fiecare să dea dintre cetățile sale leviților, conform moștenirii sale pe care o moștenește.
And the cities which you will give from [the] possession of [the] people of Israel from with the many you will increase and from with the few you will decrease each one according to [the] mouth of inheritance its which they will inherit it will give some of cities its to the Levites.
9 Și DOMNUL i-a vorbit lui Moise, spunând:
And he spoke Yahweh to Moses saying.
10 Vorbește copiilor lui Israel și spune-le: Când veți fi trecut peste Iordan în țara lui Canaan;
Speak to [the] people of Israel and you will say to them if you [are] about to pass over the Jordan [the] land of towards Canaan.
11 Atunci să vă rânduiți cetăți care să fie cetăți de scăpare pentru voi; ca ucigașul să poată fugi acolo, cel ce ucide vreo persoană, fără intenție.
And you will make happen to yourselves cities cities of refuge they will be for you and he will flee there towards a killer [who] has struck down a person by inadvertence.
12 Și acestea să vă fie cetăți pentru scăpare din fața răzbunătorului; ca ucigașul să nu moară, până ce nu stă înaintea adunării, în judecată.
And they will become for you the cities a refuge from an avenger and not he will die the killer until stands he before the congregation for judgment.
13 Și din aceste cetăți, pe care le veți da, să fie șase cetăți de scăpare.
And the cities which you will give six cities of refuge they will be for you.
14 Să dați trei cetăți de această parte a Iordanului și trei cetăți să dați în țara lui Canaan, care să fie cetăți de scăpare.
- three Cities you will give from [the] other side of the Jordan and three cities you will give in [the] land of Canaan cities of refuge they will be.
15 Aceste șase cetăți să fie de scăpare, deopotrivă pentru copiii lui Israel și pentru străinul și pentru cel ce locuiește temporar printre voi; ca fiecare om, care ucide fără intenție vreo persoană, să poată fugi acolo.
For [the] people of Israel and for the sojourner and for the resident alien in midst of them they will become [the] six the cities these a refuge to flee there towards any [one who] strikes down a person by inadvertence.
16 Și dacă el îl lovește cu o unealtă de fier, încât acela moare, el este un ucigaș; ucigașul negreșit să fie dat morții.
And if with an instrument of iron - he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
17 Și dacă îl lovește aruncând o piatră, de care poate muri și moare, el este ucigaș; ucigașul negreșit să fie dat morții.
And if with a stone of hand which someone will die by it he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
18 Sau dacă îl lovește cu o armă de mână din lemn, de care poate muri și moare, el este ucigaș; ucigașul negreșit să fie dat morții.
Or with an instrument of wood of hand which someone will die by it he struck down him and he died [is] a killer he certainly he will be put to death the killer.
19 Însuși răzbunătorul sângelui să ucidă pe ucigaș; când îl întâlnește, să îl ucidă.
[the] avenger of Blood he he will put to death the killer when meets he him he he will put to death him.
20 Iar dacă din ură îl împinge, sau aruncă ceva în el, stând la pândă, ca el să moară;
And if in hatred he will push him or he threw on him with lying in wait and he died.
21 Sau în dușmănie îl lovește cu mâna sa, încât acela moare; cel ce l-a lovit să fie negreșit dat morții, pentru că este un ucigaș; răzbunătorul sângelui să ucidă pe ucigaș, când îl întâlnește.
Or in enmity he struck down him with hand his and he died certainly he will be put to death the [one who] struck [is] a killer he [the] avenger of blood he will put to death the killer when meets he him.
22 Dar dacă îl împinge pe neașteptate fără dușmănie, sau a aruncat ceva lucru asupra lui, fără a sta la pândă,
And if in an instant with not enmity he pushed him or he threw on him any weapon with not lying in wait.
23 Sau cu vreo piatră de care un om poate muri, dar nevăzându-l și aruncând-o asupra lui, încât acela moare și nu era dușmanul lui, nici nu a căutat vătămarea lui,
Or with any stone which someone will die by it with not seeing [him] and he made [it] fall on him and he died and he not [was] an enemy of him and not [was] seeking harm his.
24 Atunci adunarea să judece între ucigaș și răzbunătorul sângelui conform acestor judecăți;
And they will judge the congregation between the [one who] struck and between [the] avenger of blood on the judgments these.
25 Și adunarea să elibereze pe ucigaș din mâna răzbunătorului sângelui și adunarea să îl întoarcă la cetatea lui de scăpare, unde fugise; și el să locuiască în ea până la moartea marelui preot, care a fost uns cu untdelemnul sfânt.
And they will deliver the congregation the killer from [the] hand of [the] avenger of blood and they will return him the congregation to [the] city of refuge his where he had fled there towards and he will dwell in it until [the] death of the priest great whom someone had anointed him with [the] oil of holiness.
26 Dar dacă ucigașul va ieși vreodată în afara granițelor cetății sale de scăpare, unde fugise;
And if ever he will go out the killer [the] border of [the] city of refuge his where he will flee there towards.
27 Și răzbunătorul sângelui îl găsește în afara granițelor cetății sale de scăpare și răzbunătorul sângelui ucide pe ucigaș, el nu va fi vinovat de sânge;
And he will find him [the] avenger of blood from [the] outside of [the] border of [the] city of refuge his and he will kill [the] avenger of blood the killer not [will belong] to him blood.
28 Deoarece trebuia să rămână în cetatea lui de scăpare până la moartea marelui preot; dar după moartea marelui preot, ucigașul se va întoarce în pământul stăpânirii sale.
For in [the] city of refuge his he will remain until [the] death of the priest great and after [the] death of the priest great he will return the killer to [the] land of possession his.
29 Astfel aceste lucruri vă vor fi drept statut de judecată prin generațiile voastre, în toate locuințele voastre.
And they will become these [things] for you a statute of judgment to generations your in all dwelling places your.
30 Oricine ucide vreo persoană, ucigașul să fie dat morții după gura martorilor; dar un singur martor nu va mărturisi împotriva vreunei persoane pentru a face ca acela să moară.
Any [one who] strikes down a person to [the] mouth of witnesses someone will kill the killer and a witness one not he will testify against anyone to die.
31 Mai mult, să nu luați preț de răscumpărare pentru viața ucigașului, cel vinovat de moarte; ci el negreșit să fie dat morții.
And not you will take a ransom for [the] life of a killer who he [is] guilty to die for certainly he will be put to death.
32 Și să nu luați preț de răscumpărare pentru cel fugit la cetatea lui de scăpare, ca el să poată veni din nou să locuiască în țară, până la moartea preotului.
And not you will take a ransom to flee to [the] city of refuge his to return to dwell in the land until [the] death of the priest.
33 Astfel să nu murdăriți țara în care sunteți, pentru că sângele pângărește țara; și țara nu poate fi curățată de sângele care este vărsat în ea, decât prin sângele celui ce l-a vărsat.
And not you will pollute the land which you [are] in it for blood it it pollutes the land and for the land not it will be atoned to the blood which it was shed in it that except by [the] blood of [the] [one who] shed it.
34 Nu pângăriți de aceea țara pe care o veți locui, în care eu locuiesc, pentru că eu DOMNUL locuiesc în mijlocul copiilor lui Israel.
And not you will make unclean the land which you [are] dwelling in it which I [am] dwelling in [the] midst of it for I Yahweh [am] dwelling in among [the] people of Israel.
