Luca 24
1 Iar în prima zi a săptămânii, foarte devreme dimineața, au venit la mormânt, aducând miresmele pe care le pregătiseră și pe alte femei împreună cu ele.
Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them.
2 Și au găsit piatra rostogolită de la mormânt.
And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre.
3 Și au intrat și nu au găsit trupul Domnului Isus.
And they entered in, and found not the body of Yahushua.
4 Și s-a întâmplat, pe când erau ele foarte derutate despre aceasta, iată, doi bărbați au stat în picioare lângă ele în haine strălucitoare;
And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
5 Și pe când li s-a făcut teamă și și-au plecat fețele la pământ, le-au spus: De ce căutați pe cel viu între cei morți?
And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead?
6 Nu este aici, ci a înviat; amintiți-vă cum v-a vorbit fiind încă în Galileea,
He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee,
7 Spunând: Fiul omului trebuie să fie dat în mâinile oamenilor păcătoși și să fie crucificat și a treia zi să învie.
Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.
8 Și ele și-au amintit cuvintele lui.
And they remembered his words,
9 Și s-au întors de la mormânt și au povestit toate acestea celor unsprezece și tuturor celorlalți.
And returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.
10 Și erau Maria Magdalena, și Ioana, și Maria, mama lui Iacov, și celelalte rămase cu ele, care au spus acestea apostolilor.
It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles.
11 Și cuvintele lor li se păreau ca basme și nu le-au crezut.
And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.
12 Atunci Petru s-a sculat și a alergat la mormânt; și, aplecându-se, a văzut fășiile de pânză de in întinse la o parte și a plecat, minunându-se în el însuși de ceea ce se întâmplase.
Then arose Kepha, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.
13 Și iată, doi dintre ei mergeau în aceeași zi spre un sat numit Emaus, care era cam la șaizeci de stadii de la Ierusalim.
And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs.
14 Și ei vorbeau între ei despre toate acestea care se petrecuseră.
And they talked together of all these things which had happened.
15 Și s-a întâmplat că, în timp ce ei vorbeau îndeaproape și se întrebau, Isus însuși s-a apropiat și a mers cu ei.
And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Yahushua himself drew near, and went with them.
16 Dar ochii lor erau ținuți ca să nu îl cunoască.
But their eyes were holden that they should not know him.
17 Și le-a spus: Ce fel de cuvinte sunt acestea pe care le schimbați între voi umblând și fiind triști?
And he said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad?
18 Iar unul dintre ei, al cărui nume era Cleopas, răspunzând, i-a zis: Ești tu doar un străin în Ierusalim și nu știi cele ce s-au întâmplat acolo în aceste zile?
And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto him, Art thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass therein these days?
19 Iar el le-a spus: Care lucruri? Iar ei i-au spus: Despre Isus din Nazaret, care era profet, un bărbat puternic în faptă și cuvânt înaintea lui Dumnezeu și a tuturor oamenilor;
And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Yahushua of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before Elohim and all the people:
20 Și cum preoții de seamă și conducătorii noștri l-au dat să fie condamnat la moarte și l-au crucificat.
And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him to be condemned to death, and have crucified him.
21 Dar ne încredeam că el este acela care avea să răscumpere pe Israel; dar, cu toate acestea, astăzi este a treia zi de când au fost făcute aceste lucruri.
But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.
22 Mai mult, chiar anumite femei dintre noi ne-au înmărmurit, fiind dis-de-dimineață la mormânt;
Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre;
23 Și negăsindu-i trupul, au venit, spunând că au văzut și o viziune de îngeri, care spuneau că el este viu.
And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive.
24 Și unii dintre cei ce erau cu noi, s-au dus la mormânt și au găsit chiar așa cum au spus femeile; dar pe el nu l-au văzut.
And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not.
25 Atunci el le-a spus: O, neînțelepților și înceți cu inima în a crede toate cele ce profeții au vorbit;
Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:
26 Nu trebuia Cristos să sufere acestea și să intre în gloria sa?
Ought not the Messiah to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?
27 Și începând de la Moise și de la toți profeții, le-a explicat în toate scripturile cele referitoare la el însuși.
And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
28 Și s-au apropiat de satul unde mergeau; și el s-a făcut că dorește să meargă mai departe.
And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further.
29 Dar l-au constrâns, spunând: Rămâi cu noi, pentru că este spre seară și ziua este trecută. Și a intrat să rămână cu ei.
But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.
30 Și s-a întâmplat pe când el ședea la masă cu ei, că a luat pâine și a binecuvântat-o și a frânt și le-a dat.
And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them.
31 Și ochii lor au fost deschiși și l-au cunoscut; și el s-a făcut nevăzut dinaintea lor.
And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight.
32 Și au spus unul către altul: Nu ne ardea inima în noi, în timp ce ne vorbea pe drum și în timp ce ne deschidea scripturile?
And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?
33 Și s-au sculat în ora aceea și s-au întors la Ierusalim și au găsit pe cei unsprezece adunați împreună, și pe cei ce erau cu ei,
And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them,
34 Spunând: Domnul a înviat cu adevărat și s-a arătat lui Simon.
Saying, Yahushua is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon.
35 Și ei au istorisit cele de pe drum și cum li s-a făcut cunoscut la frângerea pâinii.
And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread.
36 Și pe când vorbeau ei astfel, Isus însuși a stat în picioare în mijlocul lor și le-a spus: Pace vouă.
And as they thus spake, Yahushua himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.
37 Dar ei erau îngroziți și înfricoșați și presupuneau că au văzut un duh.
But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit.
38 Dar el le-a spus: De ce sunteți tulburați? Și de ce vi se ridică gânduri în inimi?
And he said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts?
39 Priviți mâinile mele și picioarele mele că sunt eu însumi; pipăiți-mă și vedeți, pentru că un duh nu are carne și oase, cum mă vedeți pe mine că am.
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have.
40 Și după ce a vorbit astfel, le-a arătat mâinile și picioarele.
And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his hands and his feet.
41 Iar în timp ce ei încă nu credeau de bucurie, și se minunau, le-a spus: Aveți aici ceva de mâncare?
And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, he said unto them, Have ye here any meat?
42 Și i-au dat o bucată de pește fript și de fagure de miere.
And they gave him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb.
43 Și a luat și a mâncat înaintea lor.
And he took it, and did eat before them.
44 Apoi le-a spus: Acestea sunt cuvintele pe care vi le-am vorbit pe când încă eram cu voi, că trebuie să fie împlinite toate care au fost scrise în legea lui Moise și profeți și psalmi, referitor la mine.
And he said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning me.
45 Atunci le-a deschis mintea ca să înțeleagă scripturile.
Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
46 Și le-a spus: Astfel este scris și astfel se cuvenea să sufere Cristos și să învie dintre morți a treia zi,
And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved the Messiah to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:
47 Și pocăința și iertarea păcatelor să fie predicate în numele lui printre toate națiunile, începând de la Ierusalim.
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.
48 Iar voi sunteți martori ai acestor lucruri.
And ye are witnesses of these things.
49 Și, iată, eu trimit promisiunea Tatălui meu peste voi; dar voi, rămâneți în cetatea Ierusalim până când veți fi îmbrăcați cu putere de sus.
And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.
50 Iar el i-a dus afară până spre Betania și și-a ridicat mâinile și i-a binecuvântat.
And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them.
51 Și s-a întâmplat, în timp ce el îi binecuvânta, că s-a îndepărtat de ei și a fost luat sus la cer.
And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven.
52 Și ei i s-au închinat și s-au întors la Ierusalim cu mare bucurie.
And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy:
53 Și erau tot timpul în templu, lăudând și binecuvântând pe Dumnezeu. Amin.
And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing YHWH.
