Leviticul 4

1 Și DOMNUL i-a vorbit lui Moise, spunând:

And Yahweh spake, unto Moses, saying:

2 Vorbește copiilor lui Israel, zicând: Dacă un suflet va păcătui din ignoranță împotriva oricăreia dintre poruncile DOMNULUI, referitor la lucruri care nu trebuiesc făcute, și va lucra împotriva oricăreia dintre ele;

Speak thou unto the sons of Israel, saying—When any person, shall sin by mistake, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall do any one of them, —

3 Dacă preotul, care este uns păcătuiește conform cu păcatul poporului, atunci el să aducă DOMNULUI pentru păcatul său, pe care l-a păcătuit, un taur tânăr, fără cusur, DOMNULUI, ca ofrandă pentru păcat.

If, the anointed priest, shall sin, so as to bring guilt upon the people, then shall he bring near for his sin which he hath committed a choice young bullock without defect, unto Yahweh as a sin-bearer.

4 Și să aducă taurul la ușa tabernacolului întâlnirii înaintea DOMNULUI; și să își pună mâna pe capul taurului și să înjunghie taurul înaintea DOMNULUI.

And he shall bring in the bullock unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, before Yahweh, —and shall lean his hand upon the head of the bullock, and shall slay the bullock before Yahweh.

5 Și preotul, care este uns, să ia din sângele taurului și să îl aducă la tabernacolul întâlnirii;

And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock, —and bring it into the tent of meeting;

6 Și preotul să își înmoaie degetul în sânge și să stropească din sângele taurului de șapte ori înaintea DOMNULUI, înaintea perdelei sanctuarului.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and sprinkle of the blood seven times, before Yahweh, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

7 Și preotul să pună din sânge, înaintea DOMNULUI, pe coarnele altarului de tămâie dulce, care este în tabernacolul întâlnirii; și să toarne tot sângele taurului al ofrandei arse la baza altarului, care este la ușa tabernacolului întâlnirii.

Then shall the priest put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting, —and, all the [remainder of the] blood of the bullock, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting,

8 Și să scoată din el toată grăsimea taurului pentru ofranda pentru păcat; grăsimea care acoperă măruntaiele și toată grăsimea care este pe măruntaie.

And all the fat of the sin-bearing bullock, shall he heave up therefrom, —the fat that covereth over the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards;

9 Și cei doi rinichi și grăsimea care este pe ei, care este pe coapse și lobul de pe ficat cu rinichii, pe acestea să le scoată,

and the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them which is upon the loins, —and as for the caul upon the liver, upon the kidneys, shall he remove it:

10 Precum a fost scoasă din taurul sacrificiului ofrandei de pace; și preotul să le ardă pe altarul ofrandei arse.

just as it is heaved up from the ox of the peace-offering, —and the priest shall make of them a perfume on the altar of ascending-sacrifice,

11 Și pielea taurului și toată carnea lui, cu capul lui și cu picioarele lui și măruntaiele lui și balega lui,

But, as for the skin of the bullock and all its flesh with its head and with its legs, —and its inwards, and its dung,

12 Chiar întregul taur să-l ducă în afara taberei la un loc curat, unde este turnată cenușa, și să îl ardă cu foc, pe lemne; să fie ars acolo unde este turnată cenușa.

he shall take forth the entire bullock—unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place unto the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, and shall burn it up on wood in the fire, —upon the outpoured heap of fat-ashes, shall it be burned up.

13 Și dacă întreaga adunare a lui Israel păcătuiește din ignoranță și lucrul este ascuns de ochii adunării și ei au făcut ceva împotriva oricăreia dintre poruncile DOMNULUI, referitor la lucruri care nu trebuiesc făcute, și sunt vinovați,

And, if the whole assembly of Israel, shall make a mistake, and a matter be hidden from the eyes of the convocation, —and so they do something, whereby they depart from any of the commandments of Yahweh as to things which should not be done, and become guilty;

14 Când păcatul, pe care l-au păcătuit este cunoscut, adunarea să aducă un taur tânăr pentru păcat și să îl aducă înaintea tabernacolului întâlnirii.

and the sin shall become known, which they have committed therein, then shall the convocation bring near a choice young bullock as a sin-bearer, yea they shall bring it in. before the tent of meeting;

15 Și bătrânii adunării să își pună mâinile pe capul taurului înaintea DOMNULUI și taurul să fie înjunghiat înaintea DOMNULUI.

and the elders of the assembly shall lean their hands upon the head of the bullock before Yahweh, —and shall slay the bullock, before Yahweh;

16 Și preotul, care este uns, să aducă din sângele taurului la tabernacolul întâlnirii;

and the anointed priest shall bring in of the blood of the bullock, —into the tent of meeting;

17 Și preotul să își înmoaie degetul în sânge și să îl stropească de șapte ori înaintea DOMNULUI, înaintea perdelei.

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, —and shall sprinkle of the blood seven times before Yahweh, upon the face of the veil;

18 Și să pună câtva din sânge pe coarnele altarului, care este înaintea DOMNULUI, care este în tabernacolul întâlnirii, și să toarne tot sângele la baza altarului pentru ofrandele arse, care este la ușa tabernacolului întâlnirii.

and, some of the blood, shall he put upon the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, which is in the tent of meeting; and, all the [remainder of the] blood, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting;

19 Și să îi scoată toată grăsimea și să o ardă pe altar.

and, as for all the fat thereof, he shall heave up therefrom, —and make a perfume at the altar.

20 Și să facă cu taurul precum a făcut cu taurul pentru ofrandă pentru păcat, astfel să facă el cu acesta și preotul să facă ispășire pentru ei, și acesta să le fie iertat.

And he shall do to the bullock, as he did to the [first] sin-bearing bullock, so shall he do with this, —and the priest shall put a propitiatory-covering over them, and it shall be forgiven them.

21 Și el să care taurul în afara taberei și să îl ardă precum l-a ars pe primul taur, aceasta este ofrandă pentru păcat, pentru adunare.

And he shall take forth the bullock unto the outside of the camp, and burn it up, just as he burned up the first bullock, —the sin-bearer of the convocation, it is.

22 Când un conducător a păcătuit și a făcut ceva din ignoranță împotriva oricăreia dintre poruncile DOMNULUI Dumnezeul său, referitor la lucruri care nu trebuiesc făcute, și este vinovat,

When a prince, shall sin, —and shall do something, departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh his God as to things which should not be done, by mistake and shall become aware of his guilt;

23 Sau dacă păcatul său, în care a păcătuit, ajunge la cunoașterea sa, el să-și aducă darul, un ied dintre capre, o parte bărbătească, fără cusur;

or his sin wherein he hath sinned be made known unto him, then shall he bring in. as his oblation a he-goat a male without defect;

24 Și să își pună mâna pe capul țapului și să îl înjunghie în locul unde ei înjunghie ofranda arsă, înaintea DOMNULUI, aceasta este ofrandă pentru păcat.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the goat, and shall slay it in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice before Yahweh, —a sin-bearer, it is.

25 Și preotul să ia din sângele ofrandei pentru păcat, cu degetul său, și să îl pună pe coarnele altarului ofrandei arse și să toarne sângele lui la baza altarului pentru ofranda arsă.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice; and, the [remainder of the] blood thereof, shall he pour out at the base of the altar of ascending-sacrifice;

26 Și să îi ardă toată grăsimea pe altar, precum grăsimea sacrificiului ofrandelor de pace; și preotul să facă ispășire pentru el, referitor la păcatul lui, și acesta îi va fi iertat.

and with all the fat thereof, shall he make a perfume at the altar, as with the fat of the peace-offering, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him because of his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.

27 Și dacă oricine dintre oamenii de rând păcătuiește din ignoranță, făcând ceva împotriva oricăreia dintre poruncile DOMNULUI, referitor la lucruri care nu trebuiesc făcute, și este vinovat,

And, if, any person, shall sin, by mistake from among the people of the land, —by his doing anything departing from any of the commandments of Yahweh, as to things which should not be done, and shall become aware of his guilt;

28 Sau dacă păcatul său, pe care l-a păcătuit ajunge la cunoașterea sa, atunci să își aducă darul: un ied dintre capre, parte femeiască fără cusur, pentru păcatul său pe care l-a păcătuit.

or his sin which he hath committed shall be made known unto, him, then shall he bring in, as his oblation, a kid of the goats a female, without defect, for his sin which he hath committed;

29 Și să își pună mâna pe capul ofrandei pentru păcat și să înjunghie ofranda pentru păcat în locul unde se face ofranda arsă.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay the sin-bearer in the place of the ascending-sacrifice.

30 Și preotul să ia din sângele ei cu degetul său și să îl pună pe coarnele altarului al ofrandei arse și să toarne tot sângele ei la baza altarului.

Then shall the priest take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

31 Și să scoată toată grăsimea acesteia, precum este scoasă grăsimea de la sacrificiul ofrandelor de pace; și preotul să o ardă pe altar pentru o aromă dulce DOMNULUI; și preotul să facă ispășire pentru el și acesta să îi fie iertat.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat from off the peace-offering was removed, and the priest shall make a perfume at the altar, for a satisfying odour unto Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him, and it shall be forgiven him.

32 Și dacă el aduce un miel ca ofrandă pentru păcat, el să aducă o parte femeiască fără cusur.

And, if a lamb, he bring in. as his oblation for a sin-bearer, a female without defect, shall he bring in;

33 Și să își pună mâna pe capul ofrandei pentru păcat și să o înjunghie ca ofrandă pentru păcat în locul unde ei înjunghie ofranda arsă.

and shall lean his hand upon the head of the sin-bearer, —and shall slay it as a sin-bearer, in the place where they slay the ascending-sacrifice.

34 Și preotul să ia din sângele ofrandei pentru păcat cu degetul său și să îl pună pe coarnele altarului pentru ofranda arsă și să toarne tot sângele ei la baza altarului;

Then shall the priest take of the blood of the sin-bearer with his finger, and put upon the horns of the altar of ascending-sacrifice, —and all the [remaining] blood thereof, shall he pour out, at the base of the altar;

35 Și să scoată toată grăsimea ei, precum este scoasă grăsimea mielului de la sacrificiul ofrandelor de pace; și preotul să le ardă pe altar, conform ofrandelor făcute prin foc DOMNULUI; și preotul să facă ispășire pentru păcatul lui pe care l-a făcut și acesta îi va fi iertat.

and all the fat thereof, shall he remove as the fat of the lamb is removed, from the peace-offering, and the priest shall make a perfume therewith at the altar, upon the altar-flames of Yahweh, —so shall the priest put a propitiatory-covering over him on account of his sin which he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
