Judecătorii 3
1 Și acestea sunt națiunile pe care le-a lăsat DOMNUL, ca prin ele să încerce pe Israel, pe toți cei care nu cunoscuseră toate războaiele Canaanului;
And these [are] the nations which he left Yahweh to put to [the] test by them Israel all [those] who not they had known all [the] wars of Canaan.
2 Numai pentru ca generațiile copiilor lui Israel să cunoască, pentru a-i învăța războiul, cel puțin cei care nu știuseră nimic de el,
Only so as to know [the] generations of [the] people of Israel to teach them war only which before not they had known them.
3 Adică, cei cinci domni ai filistenilor și toți canaaniții și sidonienii și hiviții care au locuit pe muntele Liban, de la muntele Baal-Hermon până la intrarea în Hamat.
[the] five - [the] rulers of [the] Philistines And all the Canaanite[s] and the Sidonian[s] and the Hivite[s] [who] dwelt of [the] mount of Lebanon from [the] mountain of Baal Hermon to Lebo Hamath.
4 Și ele erau pentru a încerca pe Israel prin ele, ca să cunoască dacă vor da ascultare poruncilor DOMNULUI, pe care el le-a poruncit părinților lor prin mâna lui Moise.
And they were to put to [the] test by them Israel to know ¿ will they obey [the] commandments of Yahweh which he had commanded ancestors their by [the] hand of Moses.
5 Și copiii lui Israel au locuit printre canaaniți, hitiți și amoriți și periziți și hiviți și iebusiți:
And [the] people of Israel they dwelt in [the] midst of the Canaanite[s] the Hittite[s] and the Amorite[s] and the Perizzite[s] and the Hivite[s] and the Jebusite[s].
6 Și au luat pe fiicele lor de soții și au dat pe fiicele lor fiilor lor și au servit dumnezeilor lor.
And they took daughters their for themselves to wives and daughters their they gave to sons their and they served gods their.
7 Și copiii lui Israel au făcut ce este rău în ochii DOMNULUI și au uitat pe DOMNUL Dumnezeul lor și au servit Baalilor și dumbrăvilor.
And they did [the] people of Israel the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and they forgot Yahweh God their and they served the Baals and the Asherah poles.
8 De aceea mânia DOMNULUI s-a aprins împotriva lui Israel și i-a vândut în mâna lui Cușan-Rișeataim, împăratul Mesopotamiei; și copiii lui Israel au servit lui Cușan-Rișeataim opt ani.
And it burned [the] anger of Yahweh on Israel and he sold them in [the] hand of Cushan-Rishathaim [the] king of Aram Naharaim and they served [the] people of Israel Cushan-Rishathaim eight years.
9 Și când copiii lui Israel au strigat către DOMNUL, DOMNUL a ridicat copiilor lui Israel un eliberator, care i-a eliberat, pe Otniel, fiul lui Chenaz, fratele mai mic al lui Caleb.
And they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh and he raised up Yahweh a deliverer for [the] people of Israel and he delivered them Othniel [the] son of Kenaz [the] brother of Caleb young more than him.
10 Și Duhul DOMNULUI a fost peste el și el a judecat pe Israel și a ieșit la război; și DOMNUL a dat în mâna lui pe Cușan-Rișeataim, împăratul Mesopotamiei; și mâna lui a învins împotriva lui Cușan-Rișeataim.
And it was on him [the] spirit of Yahweh and he judged Israel and he went out to war and he gave Yahweh in hand his Cushan-Rishathaim [the] king of Aram and it prevailed hand his over Cushan-Rishathaim.
11 Și țara a avut odihnă patruzeci de ani. Și Otniel, fiul lui Chenaz, a murit.
And it was at peace the land forty year[s] and he died Othniel [the] son of Kenaz.
12 Și copiii lui Israel au făcut din nou ce este rău în ochii DOMNULUI; și DOMNUL a întărit pe Eglon, împăratul Moabului, împotriva lui Israel, pentru că ei făcuseră ce este rău în ochii DOMNULUI.
And they repeated [the] people of Israel to do the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh and he strengthened Yahweh Eglon [the] king of Moab over Israel on for they did the evil in [the] eyes of Yahweh.
13 Și el a adunat la sine pe copiii lui Amon și ai lui Amalec și a mers și a lovit pe Israel și au stăpânit cetatea palmierilor.
And he gathered to himself [the] people of Ammon and Amalek and he went and he attacked Israel and they took possession of [the] city of the palm trees.
14 Astfel copiii lui Israel au servit lui Eglon, împăratul Moabului, optsprezece ani.
And they served [the] people of Israel Eglon [the] king of Moab eight-teen year[s].
15 Dar când copiii lui Israel au strigat către DOMNUL, DOMNUL le-a ridicat un eliberator, pe Ehud, fiul lui Ghera, un beniamit, un bărbat stângaci; și prin el, copiii lui Israel au trimis un dar lui Eglon, împăratul Moabului.
And they cried out [the] people of Israel to Yahweh and he raised up Yahweh for them a deliverer Ehud [the] son of Gera [the] Ben-jaminite a man impeded [the] hand of right his and they sent [the] people of Israel by hand his tribute to Eglon [the] king of Moab.
16 Dar Ehud și-a făcut un pumnal cu două tăișuri, lung de un cot; și l-a încins sub haina sa la coapsa lui dreaptă.
And he made for himself Ehud a sword and [belonged] to it two lips [was] a cubit length its and he girded it from under to garments his on [the] thigh of right his.
17 Și el a adus darul la Eglon, împăratul Moabului; și Eglon era un om foarte gras.
And he brought near the tribute to Eglon [the] king of Moab and Eglon [was] a man fat very.
18 Și când a terminat de oferit darul, el a dat drumul oamenilor care purtaseră darul.
And it was just when he had finished to bring near the tribute and he sent away the people [who] bore the tribute.
19 Dar el singur s-a întors de la carierele care erau lângă Ghilgal și a spus: Am o vorbă tainică pentru tine, împărate, care a spus: Tăcere. Și toți care stăteau în picioare lângă el au ieșit de la el.
And he he returned from the idols which [were] with Gilgal and he said a word of secrecy [belongs] to me to you O king and he said hush! and they went out from with him all those [who] stood with him.
20 Și Ehud a venit la el și el ședea într-un salon de vară, pe care îl avea numai pentru el. Și Ehud a spus: Am un mesaj de la Dumnezeu pentru tine. Și el s-a ridicat de pe scaun.
And Ehud - he came to him and he [was] sitting in [the] roof chamber of the coolness which [belonged] to him to only him and he said Ehud a word of God [belongs] to me to you and he rose from on the throne.
21 Și Ehud și-a întins mâna stângă și a luat pumnalul de la coapsa dreaptă și l-a înfipt în pântecele lui;
And he stretched out Ehud [the] hand of left his and he took the sword from on [the] thigh of right his and he thrust it in belly his.
22 Și mânerul de asemenea a intrat după lamă; și grăsimea s-a închis peste lamă, astfel încât nu a putut trage pumnalul din pântecele lui, și mizeria a ieșit din el.
And it went also the hilt after the blade and it closed up the fat behind the blade that not he drew out the sword from belly his and he went out the hole towards.
23 Atunci Ehud a ieșit prin portic și a închis după el ușile salonului de vară și le-a încuiat.
And he went out Ehud the porch towards and he closed [the] doors of the roof chamber behind him and he locked [them].
24 După ce a ieșit, au venit servitorii lui; și când au văzut că, iată, ușile salonului de vară erau încuiate, au spus: Cu siguranță își acoperă picioarele în salonul său de vară.
And he he went forth and servants his they came and they saw and there! [the] doors of the roof chamber [were] locked and they said surely [is] covering he feet his in [the] chamber of the coolness.
25 Și au așteptat până când s-au rușinat; și, iată, el nu deschidea ușile salonului; de aceea au luat o cheie și le-au deschis; și, iată, domnul lor era căzut jos mort pe pământ.
And they writhed until were ashamed and there! not he [was] opening [the] doors of the roof chamber and they took the key and they opened [them] and there! master their [was] lying [the] ground towards dead.
26 Și Ehud a scăpat pe când întârziau ei și a trecut de cariere și a scăpat la Seira.
And Ehud he escaped until delayed they and he he passed by the idols and he escaped Seirah towards.
27 Și s-a întâmplat, când a venit, că a sunat din trâmbiță în muntele lui Efraim și copiii lui Israel au coborât cu el din munte, și el a coborât înaintea lor.
And it was when came he and he gave a blast on the ram's horn in [the] hill country of Ephraim and they went down with him [the] people of Israel from the hill country and he [was] before them.
28 Și le-a spus: Urmați-mă, pentru că DOMNUL a dat în mâna voastră pe dușmanii voștri, pe moabiți. Și au coborât după el și au luat vadurile Iordanului, spre Moab, și nu au permis nimănui să treacă.
And he said to them pursue after me for he has given Yahweh enemies your Moab in hand your and they went down after him and they captured [the] fords of the Jordan to Moab and not they permitted anyone to pass over.
29 Și în timpul acela au ucis din Moab cam zece mii de oameni, toți voinici și toți bărbați de valoare, și nu a scăpat niciunul.
And they struck down Moab at the time that about ten thousand man every stout [person] and every man of strength and not he escaped anyone.
30 Astfel, în ziua aceea, Moab a fost înfrânt sub mâna lui Israel. Și țara a avut odihnă optzeci de ani.
And it was subdued Moab on the day that under [the] hand of Israel and it was at peace the land eighty year[s].
31 Și după el a fost Șamgar, fiul lui Anat, care a ucis, dintre filisteni, șase sute de oameni cu o țepușă pentru boi, și el de asemenea a eliberat pe Israel.
And after him he was Shamgar [the] son of Anath and he struck down [the] Philistines six hundred man with [the] goad of cattle and he delivered also he Israel.
