Ioan 13
1 Iar înainte de sărbătoarea paștelui, când Isus a știut că i-a sosit timpul ca să plece din această lume la Tatăl, iubindu-i pe ai săi care erau în lume, i-a iubit până la capăt.
Bifor the `feeste dai of pask Jhesus witynge, that his our is comun, that he passe fro this world to the fadir, whanne he hadde loued hise that weren in the world, in to the ende he louede hem.
2 Și la sfârșitul cinei, după ce diavolul pusese deja în inima lui Iuda Iscariot, al lui Simon, să îl trădeze,
And whanne the souper was maad, whanne the deuel hadde put than in to the herte, that Judas of Symount Scarioth schulde bitraye hym,
3 Isus, știind că Tatăl îi dăduse toate în mâinile sale și că de la Dumnezeu a venit și la Dumnezeu se duce,
he witynge that the fadir yaf alle thingis to hym in to hise hoondis, and that he wente out fro God,
4 S-a ridicat de la cină și și-a pus deoparte hainele; și a luat un ștergar și s-a încins.
and goith to God, he risith fro the souper, and doith of hise clothis; and whanne he hadde takun a lynun cloth, he girde hym.
5 Apoi a turnat apă într-un lighean și a început să spele picioarele discipolilor și să le șteargă cu ștergarul cu care era încins.
And aftirward he putte watir in to a basyn, and biganne to waische the disciplis feet, and to wipe with the lynnen cloth, with which he was gird.
6 Atunci a venit la Simon Petru; iar Petru i-a spus: Doamne, tu să îmi speli picioarele?
And so he cam to Symount Petre, and Petre seith to hym, Lord, waischist thou my feet?
7 Isus a răspuns și i-a zis: Ce fac eu, tu nu știi acum; dar vei ști după acestea.
Jhesus answerde, and seide to hym, What Y do, thou wost not now; but thou schalt wite aftirward.
8 Petru i-a spus: Nicidecum nu îmi vei spăla picioarele niciodată. Isus i-a răspuns: Dacă nu te spăl eu, nu ai parte cu mine. (aiōn g165)
Petre seith to hym, Thou schalt neuere waische my feet. Jhesus answeride to hym, If Y schal not waische thee, thou schalt not haue part with me. (aiōn g165)
9 Simon Petru i-a spus: Doamne, nu numai picioarele mele, ci și mâinile și capul.
Symount Petre seith to hym, Lord, not oneli my feet, but bothe the hoondis and the heed.
10 Isus i-a spus: Cel ce este scăldat nu are nevoie să își spele decât picioarele, deoarece este în totul curat; și voi sunteți curați, dar nu toți.
Jhesus seide to hym, He that is waischun, hath no nede but that he waische the feet, but he is al clene; and ye ben clene, but not alle.
11 Fiindcă știa cine îl trădează; de aceea a spus: Nu sunteți toți curați.
For he wiste, who `was he that schulde bitraye hym; therfor he seide, Ye ben not alle clene.
12 Și după ce le-a spălat picioarele și și-a luat hainele, s-a așezat din nou și le-a spus: Știți ce v-am făcut?
And so aftir that he hadde waischun `the feet of hem, he took hise clothis; and whanne he was set to mete ayen, eft he seide to hem, Ye witen what Y haue don to you.
13 Voi mă numiți Învățătorul și Domnul; și bine spuneți, fiindcă sunt.
Ye clepen me maistir and lord, and ye seien wel; for Y am.
14 Așadar dacă eu, Domnul și Învățătorul, v-am spălat picioarele și voi sunteți datori să vă spălați picioarele unii altora.
Therfor if Y, lord and maistir, haue waischun youre feet, and ye schulen waische oon anothers feet;
15 Pentru că v-am dat un exemplu, ca să faceți așa cum și eu v-am făcut vouă.
for Y haue youun `ensaumple to you, `that as I haue do to you, so do ye.
16 Adevărat, adevărat vă spun: Robul nu este mai mare decât domnul său, nici cel trimis mai mare decât cel ce l-a trimis.
Treuli, treuli, Y seie to you, the seruaunt is not grettere than his lord, nether an apostle is grettere than he that sente hym.
17 Dacă știți acestea, fericiți sunteți dacă le faceți.
If ye witen these thingis, ye schulen be blessid, if ye doen hem.
18 Nu vorbesc despre voi toți; eu îi știu pe cei pe care i-am ales, dar ca să se împlinească scriptura: Cel ce mănâncă pâine cu mine și-a ridicat călcâiul împotriva mea.
Y seie not of `alle you, Y woot whiche Y haue chosun; but that the scripture be fulfillid, He that etith my breed, schal reise his heele ayens me.
19 [De] acum vă spun înainte să se întâmple, ca atunci când se va întâmpla, să credeți că eu sunt.
Treuly, Y seie to you bifor it be don, that whanne it is don, ye bileue that Y am.
20 Adevărat, adevărat vă spun: Cel ce primește pe oricine trimit, pe mine mă primește; iar cel ce mă primește, îl primește pe cel ce m-a trimis.
Treuli, treuli, Y seie to you, he that takith whom euere Y schal sende, resseyueth me; and he that resseyueth me, resseyueth hym that sente me.
21 După ce a spus Isus acestea, a fost tulburat în duh și a adus mărturie și a spus: Adevărat, adevărat vă spun, că unul dintre voi mă va trăda.
Whanne Jhesus hadde seid these thingis, he was troblid in spirit, and witnesside, and seide, Treuli, treuli, Y seie to you, that oon of you schal bitraye me.
22 Atunci discipolii se uitau unii la alții, nepricepând despre cine vorbește.
Therfor the disciplis lokiden togidere, doutynge of whom he seide.
23 Și era aplecat pe pieptul lui Isus unul dintre discipolii săi, pe care îl iubea Isus.
And so oon of hise disciplis was restynge in the bosum of Jhesu, whom Jhesu louede.
24 De aceea Simon Petru i-a făcut semn să întrebe cine ar fi acela despre care vorbește.
Therfor Symount Petre bikeneth to hym, `and seith to hym, Who is it, of whom he seith?
25 Iar acela, rezemându-se pe pieptul lui Isus, i-a spus: Doamne, cine este?
And so whanne he hadde restid ayen on the brest of Jhesu, he seith to hym, Lord, who is it?
26 Isus a răspuns: Acela este, căruia îi voi da o bucățică, după ce am înmuiat-o. Și după ce a înmuiat bucățica, a dat-o lui Iuda Iscariot, al lui Simon.
Jhesus answerde, He it is, to whom Y schal areche a sop of breed. And whanne he hadde wet breed, he yaf to Judas of Symount Scarioth.
27 Și după bucățică, Satan a intrat în acela. Atunci Isus i-a spus: Ceea ce faci, fă repede.
And aftir the mussel, thanne Sathanas entride in to hym. And Jhesus seith to hym, That thing that thou doist, do thou swithe.
28 Dar niciunul [dintre cei] care ședeau la masă nu a știut pentru ce i-a spus aceasta.
And noon of hem that saten at the mete wiste, wherto he seide to hym.
29 Fiindcă unii gândeau, deoarece Iuda avea punga, Isus îi spusese: Cumpără cele ce avem nevoie pentru sărbătoare, sau să dea ceva săracilor.
For summe gessiden, for Judas hadde pursis, that Jhesus hadde seid to hym, Bie thou tho thingis, that ben nedeful to vs to the feeste dai, or that he schulde yyue sum thing to nedi men.
30 Acela atunci, primind bucățica, imediat a ieșit; și era noapte.
Therfor whanne he hadde takun the mussel, he wente out anoon; and it was nyyt.
31 De aceea, după ce a ieșit Iuda, Isus a spus: Acum este Fiul omului glorificat și Dumnezeu este glorificat în el.
And whanne he was gon out, Jhesus seide, Now mannus sone is clarified, and God is clarified in hym.
32 Dacă Dumnezeu este glorificat în el, Dumnezeu îl va glorifica de asemenea pe el în el însuși și îndată îl va glorifica.
If God is clarified in hym, God schal clarifie hym in hym silf, and anoon he schal clarifie hym.
33 Copilașilor, mai sunt puțin cu voi. Mă veți căuta, și cum am spus iudeilor că: Unde mă duc eu voi nu puteți veni, tot așa vă spun acum.
Litle sones, yit a litil Y am with you; ye schulen seke me, and, as Y seide to the Jewis, Whidur Y go, ye moun not come; and to you Y seie now.
34 Vă dau o poruncă nouă: Să vă iubiți unii pe alții, cum v-am iubit; ca și voi să vă iubiți unii pe alții.
Y yyue to you a newe maundement, that ye loue togidir, as Y louede you, `and that ye loue togidir.
35 Prin aceasta vor ști toți că sunteți discipolii mei, dacă aveți dragoste unii pentru alții.
In this thing alle men schulen knowe, that ye ben my disciplis, if ye han loue togidere.
36 Simon Petru i-a spus: Doamne, unde te duci? Isus i-a răspuns: Unde mă duc, nu mă poți urma acum; dar mai târziu mă vei urma.
Symount Petre seith to hym, Lord, whidur goist thou? Jhesus answeride, Whidur Y go, thou mayst not sue me now, but thou schalt sue afterward.
37 Petru i-a spus: Doamne, de ce nu te pot urma acum? Îmi voi da viața pentru tine.
Petre seith to hym, Whi may Y not sue thee now? Y schal putte my lijf for thee.
38 Isus i-a răspuns: Îți vei da viața pentru mine? Adevărat, adevărat îți spun: Nicidecum nu va cânta cocoșul, până când nu mă vei nega de trei ori.
Jhesus answeride, Thou schalt putte thi lijf for me? Treuli, treuli, Y seie to thee, the cok schal not crowe, til thou schalt denye me thries. And he seith to hise disciplis.
