Isaia 12

1 Şi în acea zi vei spune: DOAMNE, te voi lăuda; deşi te-ai mâniat pe mine, mânia ta s-a întors şi m-ai mângâiat.

And in that day thou shalt say, I will give thanks unto thee, O Jehovah; for though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away and thou comfortest me.

2 Iată, Dumnezeu este salvarea mea; mă voi încrede şi nu mă voi teme, fiindcă DOMNUL IEHOVA este tăria şi cântarea mea; el a devenit de asemenea salvarea mea.

Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid: for Jehovah, [even] Jehovah, is my strength and song; and he is become my salvation.

3 De aceea cu bucurie veţi scoate apă din fântânile salvării.

Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

4 Şi în acea zi veţi spune: Lăudaţi pe DOMNUL, chemaţi numele său, vestiţi facerile lui printre popoare, daţi de ştire că numele lui este înălţat.

And in that day shall ye say, Give thanks unto Jehovah, call upon his name, declare his doings among the peoples, make mention that his name is exalted.

5 Cântaţi DOMNULUI, căci a făcut lucruri măreţe, aceasta este cunoscută pe tot pământul.

Sing unto Jehovah; for he hath done excellent things: let this be known in all the earth.

6 Strigă şi chiuie, locuitor al Sionului, căci mare este Cel Sfânt al lui Israel în mijlocul tău.

Cry aloud and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion; for great in the midst of thee is the Holy One of Israel.
