Amos 6
1 Vai celor din Sion, care sunt în tihnă, și se încred în muntele Samariei, care sunt numiți mai marii națiunilor, la care a venit casa lui Israel!

you who rejoice in a thing of nothing, who say, ‘Haven’t we taken for ourselves horns by our own strength?’
14 Dar, iată, voi ridica împotriva voastră o națiune, casă a lui Israel, spune DOMNUL Dumnezeul oștirilor; și ei vă vor chinui de la intrarea Hamatului până la râul pustiului.
For, behold, I will raise up against you a nation, house of Israel,” says the LORD, the God of Hosts; “and they will afflict you from the entrance of Hamath to the brook of the Arabah.”
