2 Cronici 26
1 Atunci tot poporul din Iuda a luat pe Ozia, care era în vârstă de șaisprezece ani și l-au făcut împărat în locul tatălui său, Amația.
And they took all [the] people of Judah Uzziah and he [was] a son of six-teen year[s] and they made king him in place of father his Amaziah.
2 El a construit cetatea Elot și a dat-o înapoi lui Iuda, după ce împăratul a adormit cu părinții lui.
He he built Elath and he restored it to Judah after lay down the king with ancestors his.
3 Ozia era în vârstă de șaisprezece ani când a început să domnească și a domnit cincizeci și doi de ani în Ierusalim. Și numele mamei lui era Iecolia, din Ierusalim.
[was] a son of Six-teen year[s] Uzziah when became king he and fifty and two year[s] he reigned in Jerusalem and [the] name of mother his ([was] Jecholiah *Q(K)*) from Jerusalem.
4 Și el a făcut ceea ce era drept înaintea ochilor DOMNULUI, conform cu tot ceea ce a făcut Amația, tatăl său.
And he did the right in [the] eyes of Yahweh according to all that he had done Amaziah father his.
5 Și a căutat pe Dumnezeu în zilele lui Zaharia, care avea înțelegere în viziunile lui Dumnezeu, cât timp a căutat pe DOMNUL, Dumnezeu l-a făcut să prospere.
And he was to seek God in [the] days of Zechariah who was skilled in [the] seeing of God and in [the] days of seeking he Yahweh he made prosper him God.
6 Și a ieșit și s-a războit împotriva filistenilor și a dărâmat zidul din Gat și zidul din Iabnei și zidul din Asdod și a construit cetăți lângă Asdod și printre filisteni.
And he went out and he fought against the Philistines and he made a breach in [the] wall of Gath and [the] wall of Jabneh and [the] wall of Ashdod and he built cities in Ashdod and among the Philistines.
7 Și Dumnezeu l-a ajutat împotriva filistenilor și împotriva arabilor, care au locuit la Gur-Baal, și a mehunimilor.
And he helped him God on [the] Philistines and on (the Arabs *Q(k)*) who were dwelling in Gur Baal and the Meunites.
8 Și amoniții au dat daruri lui Ozia; și numele lui s-a răspândit departe până la intrarea în Egipt, fiindcă s-a întărit peste măsură.
And they paid the Ammonites tribute to Uzziah and it went name his till to [the] entrance of Egypt for he displayed strength to upwards.
9 Mai mult, Ozia a construit turnuri în Ierusalim la poarta colțului și la poarta văii și la întorsura zidului și le-a fortificat.
And he built Uzziah towers in Jerusalem at [the] gate of the corner and at [the] gate of the valley and at the buttress and he made strong them.
10 De asemenea a construit turnuri în pustiu și a săpat multe fântâni, fiindcă avea multe vite, deopotrivă în țara de jos și în câmpii, de asemenea agricultori și vieri în munți și în Carmel, fiindcă iubea agricultura.
And he built towers in the wilderness and he dug wells many for livestock much it belonged to him and in the Shephelah and in the plain farmers and vinedressers in the mountains and in the orchards for loving [the] ground he was.
11 Mai mult, Ozia a avut o oștire de războinici, care ieșeau la război în cete, conform cu numărul socotirii lor prin mâna lui Ieiel, scribul, și a lui Maaseia, conducătorul, sub mâna lui Hanania, una dintre căpeteniile împăratului.
And it belonged to Uzziah an army doing battle [those who] go forth of war to troop[s] by [the] number of muster their by [the] hand of (Jeiel *Q(K)*) the scribe and Maaseiah the official on [the] hand of Hananiah one of [the] officials of the king.

And [was] on hand their an army of war three hundred thousand and seven thousand and five hundred doers of battle with power of strength to help the king on the enemy.
14 Și Ozia a pregătit pentru ei în toată oștirea: scuturi și sulițe și coifuri și armuri și arcuri și praștii pentru a arunca pietre.
And he prepared for them Uzziah for all the army shields and spears and helmets and body armor and bows and stones of slings.
15 Și a făcut în Ierusalim mașini, inventate de bărbați iscusiți, să fie în turnuri și peste fortificații, să tragă săgeți și pietre mari cu ele. Și numele lui s-a răspândit foarte departe, fiindcă a fost ajutat minunat, până a ajuns tare.
And he made - in Jerusalem war engines of invention of an inventor to be on the towers and on the corners to shoot with arrows and with stones large and it went out name his to from a distance for he made wonderful to be helped until for he was strong.
16 Dar după ce a ajuns tare, inima lui s-a înălțat spre nimicirea lui, căci a încălcat legea împotriva DOMNULUI Dumnezeul său și a intrat în templul DOMNULUI să ardă tămâie pe altarul tămâiei.
And according to strengthening his it was haughty heart his until behaved corruptly and he acted unfaithfully against Yahweh God his and he went into [the] temple of Yahweh to make smoke on [the] altar of incense.
17 Și preotul Azaria a intrat după el; și cu el au intrat optzeci de preoți ai DOMNULUI, bărbați viteji;
And he went after him Azariah the priest and [were] with him priests - of Yahweh eighty sons of strength.
18 Și s-au împotrivit împăratului Ozia și i-au spus: Nu ție ți se cuvine să arzi tămâie DOMNULUI, ci preoților, fiii lui Aaron, care sunt consacrați să ardă tămâie; ieși din sanctuar, fiindcă ai încălcat legea; și nu va fi pentru onoarea ta de la DOMNUL Dumnezeu.
And they took their stand on Uzziah the king and they said to him not [belongs] to you O Uzziah to make smoke to Yahweh for to the priests [the] descendants of Aaron who are consecrated to make smoke go out from the sanctuary for you have acted unfaithfully and not of you for honor from Yahweh God.
19 Atunci Ozia s-a înfuriat și avea o tămâietoare în mâna lui pentru a arde tămâie; și, în timp ce era furios pe preoți, lepra s-a ridicat pe fruntea lui înaintea preoților în casa DOMNULUI, lângă altarul tămâiei.
And he was enraged Uzziah and [was] in hand his a censer to make smoke and when enraging he with the priests and skin disease it arose on forehead his before the priests in [the] house of Yahweh from on to [the] altar of incense.
20 Și Azaria, mai marele preot, și toți preoții, s-au uitat la el și, iată, era lepros pe frunte și l-au grăbit să iasă afară de acolo, da, el însuși s-a grăbit să iasă afară, pentru că DOMNUL l-a lovit.
And he turned to him Azariah [the] priest of the head and all the priests and there! he [was] leprous on forehead his and they hastened him from there and also he he hurried himself to go out for he had struck him Yahweh.
21 Și împăratul Ozia a fost un lepros până în ziua morții lui și a locuit într-o casă aparte, fiindcă era un lepros, căci a fost îndepărtat de la casa DOMNULUI; și Iotam, fiul său, a fost peste casa împăratului, judecând poporul țării.
And he was Uzziah the king leprous - until [the] day of death his and he dwelt [the] house of (separateness *Q(k)*) leprous for he was cut off from [the] house of Yahweh and Jotham son his [was] over [the] house of the king judging [the] people of the land.
22 Și restul faptelor lui Ozia, cele dintâi și cele din urmă, le-a scris profetul Isaia, fiul lui Amoț.
And [the] rest of [the] matters of Uzziah former and latter he has written Isaiah [the] son of Amoz the prophet.
23 Astfel Ozia a adormit cu părinții lui și l-au îngropat cu părinții lui în câmpul de înmormântare care aparținea împăraților, fiindcă au spus: El este un lepros; și Iotam, fiul său, a domnit în locul său.
And he lay down Uzziah with ancestors his and people buried him with ancestors his in [the] field of grave which [belonged] to the kings for they said [was] leprous he and he became king Jotham son his in place of him.
