Salmos 98

1 Um salmo. Cante para Yahweh uma nova canção, pois ele tem feito coisas maravilhosas! Sua mão direita e seu braço sagrado trabalharam a salvação para ele.

“A psalm.” Sing to the LORD a new song; For he hath done marvellous things; His own right hand and his holy arm have gotten him the victory!

2 Yahweh deu a conhecer sua salvação. Ele demonstrou abertamente sua retidão aos olhos das nações.

The LORD hath made known his salvation; His righteousness hath he manifested in the sight of the nations.

3 Ele se lembrou de sua bondade amorosa e de sua fidelidade para com a casa de Israel. Todos os confins da Terra viram a salvação de nosso Deus.

He hath remembered his mercy and truth toward the house of Israel, And all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.

4 Make um alegre barulho para Yahweh, toda a terra! Explodir e cantar por alegria, sim, cantar louvores!

Shout unto the LORD, all the earth! Break forth into joy, and exult, and sing!

5 Cante louvores a Javé com a harpa, com a harpa e a voz da melodia.

Sing to the LORD with the harp, With the harp, and the voice of song!

6 Com trombetas e som da buzina do carneiro, fazer um barulho alegre diante do Rei, Yahweh.

With clarions, and the sound of trumpets, Make a joyful noise before the LORD the King!

7 Deixe o mar bramir com sua plenitude; o mundo, e aqueles que nele habitam.

Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof; The world, and they that dwell therein;

8 Let os rios batem palmas. Deixem as montanhas cantarem juntas por alegria.

Let the rivers clap their hands, And the mountains rejoice together

9 Let eles cantam antes de Yahweh, pois ele vem para julgar a terra. Ele julgará o mundo com retidão, e os povos com equidade.

Before the LORD! for he cometh to judge the earth! With righteousness will he judge the world, And the nations with equity.
