Salmos 94
1 Yahweh, seu Deus a quem pertence a vingança, Deus a quem pertence a vingança, resplandece.
O Lord God the auenger, O God the auenger, shewe thy selfe clearely.
2 Levantem-se, vocês julgam da terra. Retribuir com orgulho o que eles merecem.
Exalt thy selfe, O Iudge of the worlde, and render a reward to the proude.
3 Yahweh, por quanto tempo os ímpios vão durar, por quanto tempo os ímpios triunfarão?
Lord how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
4 Eles despejam palavras arrogantes. Todos os malfeitores se vangloriam.
They prate and speake fiercely: all the workers of iniquitie vaunt themselues.
5 Eles quebram seu povo em pedaços, Yahweh, e afligir sua herança.
They smite downe thy people, O Lord, and trouble thine heritage.
6 They matar a viúva e o estrangeiro, e assassinar os órfãos de pai.
They slay the widowe and the stranger, and murder the fatherlesse.
7 Eles dizem: “Yah não vai ver”, nem o Deus de Jacó irá considerar”.
Yet they say, The Lord shall not see: neither will the God of Iaakob regard it.
8 Considere, você não sente nada entre o povo; seus tolos, quando vocês serão sábios?
Vnderstande ye vnwise among the people: and ye fooles, when will ye be wise?
9 Aquele que implantou o ouvido, será que ele não ouve? Aquele que formou o olho, ele não verá?
Hee that planted the eare, shall hee not heare? or he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
10 Aquele que disciplina as nações, não castigará ele? Aquele que ensina o homem sabe.
Or he that chastiseth the nations, shall he not correct? hee that teacheth man knowledge, shall he not knowe?
11 Yahweh conhece os pensamentos do homem, que eles são fúteis.
The Lord knoweth the thoughtes of man, that they are vanitie.
12 Abençoado é o homem a quem você disciplina, Sim, e ensinar a partir de sua lei,
Blessed is the man, whom thou chastisest, O Lord, and teachest him in thy Lawe,
13 que você pode lhe dar descanso dos dias de adversidade, até que o poço seja cavado para os malvados.
That thou mayest giue him rest from the dayes of euill, whiles the pitte is digged for the wicked.
14 Pois Yahweh não rejeitará seu povo, nem renunciará à sua herança.
Surely the Lord will not faile his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
15 Para o julgamento voltará à retidão. Todos os retos de coração devem segui-lo.
For iudgement shall returne to iustice, and all the vpright in heart shall follow after it.
16 Quem se levantará por mim contra os ímpios? Quem vai me defender contra os malfeitores?
Who will rise vp with me against the wicked? or who will take my part against the workers of iniquitie?
17 Unless Yahweh tinha sido minha ajuda, minha alma teria logo vivido em silêncio.
If the Lord had not holpen me, my soule had almost dwelt in silence.
18 Quando eu disse: “Meu pé está escorregando”! Sua bondade amorosa, Yahweh, me atrasou.
When I said, My foote slideth, thy mercy, O Lord, stayed me.
19 Na multidão de meus pensamentos dentro de mim, seus confortos enchem minha alma.
In the multitude of my thoughts in mine heart, thy comfortes haue reioyced my soule.
20 Shall o trono da maldade tem companheirismo com você, o que traz maldades por lei?
Hath the throne of iniquitie fellowship with thee, which forgeth wrong for a Lawe?
21 Eles se reúnem contra a alma dos justos, e condenar o sangue inocente.
They gather them together against the soule of the righteous, and condemne the innocent blood.
22 Mas Yahweh tem sido minha torre alta, meu Deus, a rocha do meu refúgio.
But the Lord is my refuge, and my God is the rocke of mine hope.
23 Ele trouxe sobre eles sua própria iniqüidade, e os cortará em sua própria maldade. Yahweh, nosso Deus, vai cortá-los.
And hee will recompence them their wickednes, and destroy them in their owne malice: yea, the Lord our God shall destroy them.
