Salmos 77
1 Para o músico chefe. Para Jeduthun. Um Salmo por Asaph. Meu grito vai para Deus! De fato, eu clamo a Deus por ajuda, e para que ele me ouvisse.
To the chief Musician. On Jeduthun. Of Asaph. A Psalm. My voice is unto God, and I will cry; my voice is unto God, and he will give ear unto me.
2 No dia do meu problema, eu procurei o Senhor. Minha mão estava estendida durante a noite, e não me cansava. Minha alma se recusou a ser consolada.
In the day of my trouble, I sought the Lord: my hand was stretched out in the night, and slacked not; my soul refused to be comforted.
3 Eu me lembro de Deus, e eu gemo. Eu me queixo, e meu espírito está dominado. (Selah)
I remembered God, and I moaned; I complained, and my spirit was overwhelmed. (Selah)
4 Você mantém minhas pálpebras abertas. Estou tão perturbado que não posso falar.
Thou holdest open mine eyelids; I am full of disquiet and cannot speak.
5 Eu considerei os dias de antigamente, os anos dos tempos antigos.
I consider the days of old, the years of ancient times.
6 Lembro-me de minha canção durante a noite. Considero em meu próprio coração; meu espírito inquire diligentemente:
I remember my song in the night; I muse in mine own heart, and my spirit maketh diligent search.
7 “Será que o Senhor nos rejeitará para sempre? Será que ele não será mais favorável?
Will the Lord cast off for ever? and will he be favourable no more?
8 Sua bondade amorosa desapareceu para sempre? Sua promessa falha por gerações?
Hath his loving-kindness ceased for ever? hath [his] word come to an end from generation to generation?
9 Será que Deus esqueceu de ser gracioso? Será que ele, com raiva, reteve sua compaixão”? (Selah)
Hath God forgotten to be gracious? or hath he in anger shut up his tender mercies? (Selah)
10 Then Eu pensei: “Vou apelar para isso: os anos da mão direita do Altíssimo”.
Then said I, This is my weakness: — the years of the right hand of the Most High
11 Lembrar-me-ei dos atos de Yah; pois vou me lembrar de suas maravilhas de outrora.
Will I remember, — the works of Jah; for I will remember thy wonders of old,
12 Também vou meditar sobre todo o seu trabalho, e considere seus atos.
And I will meditate upon all thy work, and muse upon thy doings.
13 Seu caminho, Deus, está no santuário. Que deus é grande como Deus?
O God, thy way is in the sanctuary: who is so great a god as God?
14 Você é o Deus que faz maravilhas. Você deu a conhecer sua força entre os povos.
Thou art the God that doest wonders; thou hast declared thy strength among the peoples.
15 Você resgatou seu povo com seu braço, os filhos de Jacob e José. (Selah)
Thou hast with [thine] arm redeemed thy people, the sons of Jacob and Joseph. (Selah)
16 As águas o viram, Deus. As águas o viram, e eles escreveram. As profundidades também são convulsionadas.
The waters saw thee, O God, the waters saw thee; they trembled, yea, the depths were troubled:
17 As nuvens derramaram água. Os céus ressoavam com trovões. Suas setas também piscaram ao redor.
The thick clouds poured out water; the skies sent out a sound, yea, thine arrows went abroad:
18 A voz de seu trovão estava no redemoinho. Os relâmpagos iluminaram o mundo. A terra tremeu e sacudiu.
The voice of thy thunder was in the whirlwind, lightnings lit up the world; the earth was troubled and it quaked.
19 Seu caminho foi através do mar, seus caminhos através das grandes águas. Seus passos não eram conhecidos.
Thy way is in the sea, and thy paths are in the great waters; and thy footsteps are not known.
20 Você liderou seu povo como um rebanho, pela mão de Moisés e Arão.
Thou leddest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
