Salmos 139
1 Para o músico chefe. Um Salmo de David. Yahweh, você me procurou, e você me conhece.
To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David. O Lord, thou hast tried me and knowen me.
2 Vocês conhecem meu sentar e meu levantar. Você percebe meus pensamentos de longe.
Thou knowest my sitting and my rising: thou vnderstandest my thought afarre off.
3 Você busca meu caminho e meu deitado, e conheço todos os meus caminhos.
Thou compassest my pathes, and my lying downe, and art accustomed to all my wayes.
4 Pois não há uma palavra em minha língua, mas eis que Yahweh, você sabe disso perfeitamente.
For there is not a word in my tongue, but loe, thou knowest it wholy, O Lord.
5 Você me bainha atrás e antes. Você colocou sua mão em mim.
Thou holdest mee straite behinde and before, and layest thine hand vpon me.
6 This o conhecimento está além de mim. É sublime. Não posso alcançá-lo.
Thy knowledge is too wonderfull for mee: it is so high that I cannot attaine vnto it.
7 Para onde eu poderia ir de seu Espírito? Ou onde eu poderia fugir de sua presença?
Whither shall I goe from thy Spirite? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
8 Se eu ascender ao céu, você está lá. Se eu fizer minha cama no Sheol, eis que você está lá! (Sheol h7585)
If I ascende into heauen, thou art there: if I lye downe in hell, thou art there. (Sheol h7585)
9 If Tomo as asas do amanhecer, e estabelecer-se nas partes mais remotas do mar,
Let mee take the winges of the morning, and dwell in the vttermost parts of the sea:
10 mesmo aí sua mão me conduzirá, e sua mão direita vai me segurar.
Yet thither shall thine hand leade me, and thy right hand holde me.
11 If Eu digo: “Certamente a escuridão me esmagará”. A luz ao meu redor será noite”.
If I say, Yet the darkenes shall hide me, euen the night shalbe light about me.
12 mesmo a escuridão não se esconde de você, mas a noite brilha como o dia. A escuridão é como a luz para você.
Yea, the darkenes hideth not from thee: but the night shineth as the day: the darkenes and light are both alike.
13 Pois você formou o meu ser mais íntimo. Vocês me uniram no ventre de minha mãe.
For thou hast possessed my reines: thou hast couered me in my mothers wombe.
14 Agradeço a vocês, pois sou temerosa e maravilhosamente feita. Seus trabalhos são maravilhosos. Minha alma sabe disso muito bem.
I will praise thee, for I am fearefully and wonderously made: marueilous are thy workes, and my soule knoweth it well.
15 Minha moldura não foi escondida de você, quando eu era feito em segredo, entrelaçados nas profundezas da terra.
My bones are not hid from thee, though I was made in a secret place, and facioned beneath in the earth.
16 Seus olhos viram meu corpo. Em seu livro, todos eles foram escritos, os dias que foram ordenados para mim, quando ainda não havia nenhum deles.
Thine eyes did see me, when I was without forme: for in thy booke were all things written, which in continuance were facioned, when there was none of them before.
17 Como são preciosos para mim seus pensamentos, Deus! Quão vasta é a soma deles!
Howe deare therefore are thy thoughtes vnto me, O God! how great is ye summe of them!
18 If Eu os contaria, eles são em maior número do que a areia. Quando acordo, ainda estou com você.
If I should count them, they are moe then the sand: when I wake, I am still with thee.
19 Se apenas você, Deus, matasse os ímpios. Afastem-se de mim, seus homens sedentos de sangue!
Oh that thou wouldest slay, O God, the wicked and bloody men, to whom I say, Depart ye from mee:
20 Pois eles falam contra você de forma perversa. Seus inimigos levam seu nome em vão.
Which speake wickedly of thee, and being thine enemies are lifted vp in vaine.
21 Yahweh, eu não odeio aqueles que te odeiam? Não estou contristado com aqueles que se levantam contra você?
Doe not I hate them, O Lord, that hate thee? and doe not I earnestly contend with those that rise vp against thee?
22 Eu os odeio com ódio perfeito. Eles se tornaram meus inimigos.
I hate them with an vnfained hatred, as they were mine vtter enemies.
23 Procure em mim, Deus, e conheça meu coração. Experimente-me, e conheça meus pensamentos.
Try mee, O God, and knowe mine heart: prooue me and know my thoughtes,
24 Veja se há algum modo maligno em mim, e me conduzir da maneira eterna.
And consider if there be any way of wickednes in me, and leade me in the way for euer.
